  1. What was it that Douglas whispered to JM after the litigants had been sworn that had her so amused?
  2. http://imgur.com/X4dblVL Upon seeing this meme, I've come to the conclusion that a group of litigants on JJ must surely be called a...KerFluffle
  3. I have to agree with the posters above. I was so disappointed in this episode, also finding it difficult to watch. They were all just so mean. However, I'm not going anywhere. I want to find out more about "lost in space".
  4. I was thinking the exact same thing! "Walter, get Heidi another outfit!"
  5. Since this was the season finale, what ever happened to the follow up to the "live" first episode of the season?
  6. I was rooting for Lawrence tonight. The "all right" lady was getting on my nerves a bit, too.
  7. Wow...so annoying and yet Alex was apparently enchanted. I would call her a "look at me" girl. I think she missed her turn to the Wheel of Fortune studio. I was fortunate enough to have a Jeopardy! audition a couple of years ago and they encouraged you to be animated and "not so serious", reminding us that "it's just a game". But I can tell you that of the 30 of us in that room, no one acted like that. Of course, I didn't get the call to LA so maybe I should have :) I was also annoyed when she pulled out the drumsticks because she stole my "schtick". I took with me to the audition, a "good luck" guitar pick from my favorite band, "Chicago" and thinking it all the more serendipitous since they had me go to Chicago for my audition. I planned on having it with me if I should get the call to LA. Ahhh, the difference between a "look at me" girl and us regular folk...she had drumsticks IN A HOLSTER and I had an unobtrusive guitar pick.
  8. Well, I doubt they'll win any new fans with the "live" format, but I believe (and really, really hope) that's just a one-time deal. According to her Facebook page, Dr. Tonya Harding looks like she'll be back. Also, looking at the clip on Lifetime's page, I saw Dorothy and Dr. Suzaaaahhhn Chabaud. My guess is that the whole "Live" thing was to get some initial buzz. and the old format with maybe a few tweaks will be back. Regarding the last night's episode, I thought the guy seemed a little off, too. Sort of developmentally delayed. The toilet/mice thing was gross. I noticed that when they first went into the bathroom, Richard came towards the camera and leaned over, a little out of the camera shot, and you could hear the sound of the toilet lid closing. Was he trying to hide Tom and Jerry? All the "manufactured" drama of "will he let us in" was such BS. He clearly let the cameraman in before the rest of us. I like Dr. Tolin, but not in this role. I'm just going to hope that the old "gang" is back and the old Hoarders format we know and love will be back in it's neat and tidy segments. Oh, and this old cougar is all about the Cory love train.
  9. I fell asleep watching last night's (actually, early this morning's) HHI episode called "Manuel Antonio Pura Vida" from Costa Rica. I won't lose any sleep (obviously) over not knowing but I am curious as to which house they chose. The "Mrs" seemed pretty adamant about being able to walk to the beach and only one of the three met that requirement. And it was an odd home with water canal-type things running throughout the inside of the house. Did anyone see this episode?
  10. I stumbled across the Rachel Ray show last week and thought I had missed an episode of FNS. I honestly wasn't real impressed with anyone's presentation. Just from watching the actual RR show, I thought {{shudder}} Sarah and Luca did the best. Nicole's presentation was frenetic. I know you have to avoid "dead air" on live TV, but she was like Red Bull rambling. Drove me crazy. I was also surprised to see Lenny seeming very uncomfortable and awkward. I had no idea, watching RR that he split his pants. Loreal was a total flop. I thought her "bad (big?) ass" comment, which was bleeped on RR, was inappropriate for a daytime, network TV show segment featuring families. You need to know your audience. I doubt I'd watch a show featuring any of the remaining contestants. Also, it's been bugging me as to who Sarah reminds me of. Maybe this has been mentioned here before, but today while seeing a bit of The View, I had that "eureka" moment. She's Jenny McCarthy!
  11. The Deborah/Ron marriage never seemed quite right to me. I believe there was a whole lot more to Ron's alcoholism and suicide attempt than just his wife's hoarding. My heart breaks all over again seeing Sam. Not seeing "where they are now" makes me suspect that things are not going well. I hope all of their mental health issues are being addressed, but especially for Sam, who seemed to be carrying the weight of the family's problems.
  12. I read this as "She looked like she was having a moVEment. Made myself chuckle :)
