I actually hope the do end up with some people staying in Lima (Sam, Brittany and Blaine would be my preference) otherwise there is no big deal in getting out. Having said that, that has been a problem since season 3, every single graduate has had an opportunity to get out of Lima and it didn't seem that difficult for anyone.

I mean he's still suppose to have his mom and two siblings in Lima so it's not impossible had has a decent explanation for being back. If they were bringing back the old newbies it would make more sense if he was tied into a storyline with Jake. Having said that they seem to have forgotten they were brothers after Christmas in season 4.

These writers can ruin anything. They screwed Mike and Tina with one line about him dumping her for not being asian enough. And they seem to think since Glee has been on TV homophobia is no longer an issue for teens (or anyone) coming out. As someone said to me on twitter that's both hilarious and awful.

When I heard about the new newbies I thought it would be funny if one of them was a Puckerman, a nice bit of continuity that there was one in every group. Maybe if Mark Salling is back I could be onto something!! Are we sure the old newbies aren't back in the capacity the were in the second half of season 5 (sit in the back and sing and dance basically)? That would make sense, which would explain why it's not being done. NOoooooooooooooo.

The characters that will come out of this the best are Quinn, Mike and the old newbies who look like they will be neither seen nor heard from.

Oh for the love of god that sounds dreadful. I do think Ed Sheeran is perfect for The Warblers, and that's not a compliment to either. Word to whoever said Lea either copies Barbra or Idina, unfortunately for her she's not in the same league as either of them. Also Karma Chameleon is a love song written by a man about another man, Boy George is very clear about that, as are the pronouns in the song. I know Glee likes to change meanings and the gender of who is singing, but there aren't a whole lot of songs about gay relationships, they already ruined one of them, couldn't they have left this one for one half of the one gay relationship they have on screen. This seems especially stupid as it would fit Kurt's situation perfectly.

They could be at McKinley but not in glee. Or they've all mysteriously transferred.

Hopefully all these new songs are all done sitting down or standing still, because apart from Matthew Morrison there's not a decent dancer left.

I think part of the problem was those in charge could never make their minds up between it being 'The Rachel Berry Show' and it being an ensemble show. The main narrative for the first three seasons was a bait and switch between glee being a place everyone could shine, or Rachel was the star and everyone could take a seat until she said otherwise, and they never really decided which it is. I'd much prefer Glee was an ensemble show, mostly because I preferred the supporting characters/actors, and personally if I'm watching a show with a diverse cast I'd rather they didn't just tell stories about one white women, and a few white men.

Surely the character that would make total sense would be Sam. Don't get me wrong, a storyline where Blaine is torn between Kurt and Sam still sounds like it sucks, but at least there is a foundation there. Hopefully it will end with Kurt telling both Blaine and Karofsky to beat it, but I doubt it.

I've often wondered if that's Lea or Rachel. Does she perform that way because it's how Rachel would perform it (which I think is accurate), or is it just Lea that doesn't connect with emotion lyrics the same way as other performers on the show.

I know he wasn’t in the show at the time but I wish Jacob had done ‘Wanna Be Startin Somethin’. He's probably the best all-round singer/dancer among the students. I’d love it if Puck leaving for the Airforce had been a different episode and he’s been the once singing Movin Out, or if they shown him moving to LA with the same song. I’m not sure if it would work with her voice, but I think ‘What I Did For Love’ would’ve been perfect for Quinn about Beth either in season 2 or 3. I wish Jenna had sung ‘The Rose’, don’t care why. I also wish Breakaway had been a Tina solo, she was the one really breaking away, leaving her friends behind. The rest were going together.

I don't mind listening to 'You're All I Need To Get By' or 'Crazy/U Drive Me Crazy' but they look ridiculous performing together. I like Melissa's voice but she is probably the worst female dancer ever to perform in Glee, Jacob is one of the best dancers on the show. Their duets either have them both completely still or her sitting/standing while he dances. I actually wish they'd kept Jake and Kitty together or establish some reason for them to duet again because I thought Jacob and Becca doing 'Everybody Talks' was fantastic.

I love listening to him, I think he's a really great all-round performer. One thing though, he cannot duet with Melissa, their duets sucked.

I love Mark Salling's voice, his rendition of Beth is outstanding. I was beyond gutted they did a Billy Joel tribute episode and he wasn't in it.

I think that's why I chose 'Don't Rain on My Parade' as my favourite performance from Lea. There is genuine emotion there, I believe every word. Then you get actual emotion ballads like 'What I Did For Love' and 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' and there's nothing.
