  1. Why do I hear these words in a Jerry Seinfeld voice?
  2. Thanks @Irate Panda. My interest in the show was piqued, now I'm fascinated and will continue my journey of binge watching.
  3. Yes! She was so unrealistic in her belief that a house in "the Midwest" should be cheap. Honey, have you seen the news in the past year? Agree they picked the best choice. Liked him, he was chill. And seeing that yellow tile- yes, it was bright, but looked brand new. Dumb to tear it all out immediately.
  4. Ha! Watcherwoman! Too late! Love seeing the hoarded house. Love watching Matt bark orders. Love Amy scurrying around her cluttered kitchen. Love watching kids with no sheets on their beds sleeping till noon. I'm hooked.
  5. So in for a Pillow Talk or similar format. Jayden, Dannnielle's brother and S-I-L, Janae could all be on. Plus Ick's parents who have the integrity not to be a part of any of it.
  6. Reminds me of the "lost" Duggar boys. Could never tell them apart.
  7. Thanks LilyD. My perspective may be skewed as I'm binge watching. Between summer vaca, the heat and a covid scare, have had a lot of free time recently. Kind of sad I missed this show in its heyday, so much to snark on.
  8. Don't quite get wanting to look "Sexy" at your wedding. Happy, Beautiful, Radiant, Glowing, Sophisticated, Serene, Charming are words that describe how I might want to look. Save the sexy for the honeymoon. I just wanted to look like me when I got married.
  9. That was Diane. She never met a budget she didn't want to raise.
  10. I get you notabug. I'm tall and pretty lean, and am envious of women with the confidence to put themselves in the dress they love. Wish we could have seen Emerald in the dress properly sized. Still disappointed in the lack of variety in dresses after 3 hour long episodes. Used to love this show, now meh.
  11. Agree. It's like they think we need a common thread or theme each episode. We don't. Show a variety of dresses with no over the top family drama.
  12. Relatively new to this sh******. Was a little familiar with their story, knew they had divorced after 4 kids and years of marriage. After watching most of S6, it is incredibly obvious how miserable they are married. Matt doesn't want to parent, he wants blind obedience and wants others to read his mind. Amy is a slob and doesn't discipline or hold kids accountable. They barely can carry a civil conversation (twins are 18 the season I'm watching) Another reality show that starts off with a family who later implodes. Back on thread topic, hopefully their new partners will make them happier.
  13. This whole scenario really makes me wonder how much longer June will have any income. Not sure the status of the show, but I hope she's totally booted from it. Doubtful she has saved much from earlier seasons.Telling her addiction tale to church basements with 11 people attending isn't lucrative. The hillbilly charm is totally gone especially since she has abandoned Alana. Gravy Train pulling out in 3. 2....
  14. I saw that one! Really liked it for the split second it was on. Really wish we would see more variety. Hate the deep v and the netting everywhere. Emerald's dress was too small, but it still wasn't right for her shape. She had a more thick body build.
  15. Team Olivia from the start. She's made some really bad decisions in her relationships with in-laws, however, Kim and, to a lesser extent, Barry were the adults in the situation and should have done better. That being said, not sure what is going to happen at the gravesite (from previews), but Olivia never met or knew the child (Jacob?), and even though I detest Kim, if the choice is between Kim or Olivia at the grave site, back away Olivia.
  16. New to this show, and am going back to old episodes. What a bunch ridiculous people. Am watching S 6. Matt is mean and horrible. Amy is a slob/hoarder. The twins seem like idiots. Jacob is MIA. I like Molly so far. Suggestions for what season(s) are biggest train wrecks? Thanks!
  17. Thanks Absolom for posting this. If Alana gets approved for WLS, shame on the medical team that allows it. She's not ready, she's not mature enough, she won't be able to follow post-surgery requirements. WLS is not a quick fix. You don't lose 100 pounds fast with no effort. I just can't.
  18. ellenr33, I'm a huge 600 Lb Life fan, so weight loss surgery fascinates me. And I ALWAYS root for successes, although I love train wrecks too. I'd watch Alana go through counseling and surgery and retraining her brain and body, and I'd root for her. Just wish she was a 25 year old adult finished with school and embarking on a career. Not a kid. And I agree. Setting next season as Alana, Pumpkin, Josh and their 4 kids.
  19. You forgot "natural light" and "flow".
  20. Surprised and disappointed that Alana is having WL surgery. She's awfully young. No doubt her short life has been full of junk food and bad nutrition. Agree with crazyinalabama, she'll lose weight in the beginning, then fall back into old habits.
  21. Really liked Annette, she could verbalize what she liked and wanted using specific language! Plus she was a "creative". Andromeda said it, she didn't. Annette picked the right one- space for her mom. I want to hang out with her house hunting friend, she seemed cool.
  22. Totally agree. It's turning into a joke. The thing is, I truly believe Layla and Kelly are horrible and will be hateful to any woman who gets involved with their darling sons. Don't need the contrived scenarios.
  23. Plus not much variety. Everything has looked the same, especially week 1 with the overskirt or whatever that thing was. More dresses please, less family/entourage nonsense.
  24. Two episodes in and not a really amazing dress so far. First bride today would look great in most. Hated the deep plunge in front and illusion netting is fug IMO. No favors were done to Kayla with her choices. Agree with above comments, more attention should have been paid to the silhouette. Uncle Crybaby needs to go.
  25. Calling total shenanigans on Kim saying she didn't drink alcohol because Barry didn't/wouldn't approve. I watched this sh**show since Day 1, Kim has worn the pants in this relationship since the show began. In an early episode, Kim was speaking about Olivia and Ethan's wedding. She said something like "if you serve alcohol at the wedding, many from our side of the family won't attend". She was the driving force in making Olivia feel uncomfortable. She made most family decisions- she's "the neck that turns the head." Is this all a plot device? Olivia makes up with Barry, and Kim hangs (and drinks) with Micah, more drama ensues. And the term "process" is way overused in the show. Kim is a manipulative, mean-spirited, hateful person. But she has great hair.
