  1. I will leave off my personal thoughts on Kayla Sessler having a third "accidental" pregnancy in the first place. I will say I respected how she handled the situation. She considered her two kids and her strained relationship. She made a difficult choice, but the right choice for her current circumstances. I think Brianna needs to move. I'm not crazy about her. She's spoiled and immature. I don't like the constant yelling at her Mother, who does a lot for her. But I think being on her own, paying her own bills and not having built in child care may help her grow up a bit. If it is too soon and she comes back then perhaps she'll come back with a bit of an attitude adjustment. I feel for Hazelee. She is going to have a string of Daddy figures in and out of her life. It was also a trip when Rachel was talking about Mallory's shitty trailer. Mallory appears to be trying to do something for herself and her kid. All Rachel does is man hop and hope to get serious and move in with them after five minutes. She might actually learn something from her sister if she paid more attention to her then her flavor of the moment. A part of me wants someone else to take Teazha under their wing. It's nice that Kiaya's Mother seems to do that. However, she needs someone who isn't connected to Kiaya and Amour. Someone who is free to perhaps tell her some hard truths. Teazha and Kiaya's relationship is not healthy for Teazha. I think she may need a little distance to see it.
  2. Wow, worst proposal ever. I mean it's almost impressive how lazy and sad that was.
  3. Six with Kelly....I'm sure that shit has more we don't know about.
  4. Someone needs to connect Sara to some of Shawn's actual kids. Maybe the one who said he was bad father. Bringing a kid into his house is just stupid.
  5. Anyone else notice how all Britney's scenes involve wine? For someone trying to get knocked up that seems weird.
  6. Okay, now I just feel bad. I sincerely hope Kristianna can continue to maintain her sobriety through this. Cancer is the worst.
  7. Jesus, the eyebrows in her talking head. Does she draw them on in the dark, with crayon?
  8. I was so surprised they showed her nude, we mainly just get bad underwear shots, I must have missed that she had a mask on. Forgot to look at her face.
  9. Agnes really turned out to be the most gangster of the bunch. She chose the Albanian mob over her son; she tried to kill a cop in a courtroom. It's always the quiet ones. Last week, I thought Reggie may get killed before this arc was over. Honestly, where we last see him I think he may kill himself. I do still feel bad for him. I don't think he's terribly bright, and the mob was all he knew. I really hate that the show is continuing the Wheatly storyline and dragging SVU further into it. I'm hoping this is brief and not a multi-episode Wheatly arc.
  10. I can't bring myself to feel sorry for Kayla having to deal with Luke's family being all up in her business. She seemed to be perfectly okay telling Noopie about what her son is really doing. She's didn't seem to need to keep her private life private when he looked bad. So yeah, now she gets to deal with Noopie when she does something that looks bad. Maybe, just maybe, if she isn't a complete idiot, she may learn a lesson about what things the whole family needs to know and what things are just between a couple and possibly their therapist. Also, Rachel Beaver just makes me sad. There is just something about her that is not entertaining, or interesting, it's just sad. I mean none of these girls are on their way to being brain surgeons, but Rachel just seems especially...well...sad.
  11. Both Condola and Lawrence made mistakes regarding Elijah. Condola started it with telling Lawrence he could be as involved as he wanted. Both of them continued messing things up by not having follow-up conversations about what specifically the parenting plan should be. It sounds like they didn't even have a conversation about names. And once the baby was here the resentments grew as Condola became a single parent, because Lawrence lives in another city. I'm glad they are going to talk. If I had to guess, I suspect one of them may have to move so they can actually co-parent. I'm going to miss Kelli when this show ends. Her toast cracked me up. I also loved her high cousin dressed up like Peppa Pig.
  12. So do we meet Shawn's backup next week? We all know there is one.
  13. The show makers are trolling us right? Like there is no other reason to keep showing Stan with his pants off.
  14. Reggie is such an unfortunate character. The mafia never valued him, even though all he wanted was to move up. I mean he was disposable enough to be used to kill the politician. The Albanian mafia now wants him killed. The person he loves the most, his mother, took the first opportunity available to signal to the mafia he was talking to the grand jury. So even she would pick the mafia over him. I don't think he will live until the end of this. I wonder if this case will fall apart should someone manage to kill Reggie. I don't think Eddie Wagner's son planted the bomb, I think the mafia did it because they are onto the grand jury. Easy way to destroy evidence. I doubt the son knew about it. If Wagner's son did it, he's pretty bad at this type of thing. I imagine the goal is to get safely away before any explosion. I do wonder why he went back to the gym though. Also, no Stabler family and no Liv! I hope we will get many more episodes like this.
  15. I still find myself disinterested in Floyd and Lyn. We all knew this was coming. The marriage wasn't as open as Lynn interpreted it to be. Her husband was likely never crazy about the open thing. Floyd doesn't get that adults sometimes aren't able to be with the person they "love" for a variety of reasons. The fact that he is as all in as he is with Lyn, despite being the wife of his boss doesn't speak well of his ability to "adult". Lauren has been caught, but Fuentes would rather force her to make further "donations" than out her. Which seems like a Fuentes thing to do. Somehow I suspect Lauren isn't going to be able to keep up the donation scheme, and she'll get outed. I do like Martin. Iggy married well. I don't get why Iggy thought he could just not see patients and not deal with, get help for, his issues. I like that Martin seems like a supportive partner though. Finally, I get that Max is an all in type of person, but you don't really want to rush your kid calling someone "Mum". You two have been together a few weeks. If this doesn't work out after a few more weeks this will make it worse. Let's give it some time, let Helen learn how to make the kid a sandwich, and then transition from Helen to Mum once they have been established as a family for awhile.
  16. I really enjoyed seeing Issa be successful in her in new venture. The character has come a long way since We Got Ya'll. I am not all that concerned with who or if she ends up with anyone by the finale. But given her reaction to her almost hookup with Nathan she may have some serious thinking to do. While it was nice to see her be able to be close to Molly again, maybe she's spending too much time with her and not dealing with her own issues. Clearly Issa isn't over Lawrence, and needs to deal with that, so she can either move on or attempt to reconnect with him.
  17. The conclusion of the story Colin tells in the beginning of the episode, where he says that he was never anyone's first choice just broke my heart. It can make someone work harder to not be a first choice professionally, but to feel like a consolation prize in a family, heartbreaking. I will admit, I'm not a huge sports person. So while I understood Colin really wanting something that it looked like he wasn't going to get. I also respected his determination, drive, and that he didn't let others stop him from going after what he wanted. It seemed like playing baseball is actually is a pretty soft fall. A softer fall than most people would get when their "dream job" falls through. Overall, I liked the show.
  18. This was another good episode. This time focusing on microaggressions. I felt for Colin knowing all of his away games would include bs from hotel employees. I also continue to have mixed feelings about his parents. Colin being pulled over should have been an eye opener. It's clear the cop was racist, and was a second from pulling a gun on their son. But they seemed to not discuss it and go back to normal afterwards. I guess it may be realistic of a white couple who live in a white town and feel they don't need to acknowledge race. I suspect at some point it will be up to Colin to start the conversation about being black and growing up in a mainly white environment with his parents.
  19. I liked this first episode. Colin's parents do love him, but they know nothing about black culture. I do blame them for thinking having Colin be the one black person in their lives was going to be okay. It was clear Mom was uncomfortable around other black people, at the store, the hairdresser's home and even her coworkers. It seems like the effort should have been made to know more about his culture before not knowing became an issue. But I don't think they had bad intentions and his mother did take initiative to find a black hairdresser when she realized it would mean something to her son. I'm in for watching the rest of this.
  20. My eyes! This is the 2nd time they've shown Stan in his underwear. Why does this show hate me?
  21. I don't hate Kristianna. All kidding aside, she seems happy, and I wish her luck.
  22. Did Sara's Mom cut her hair with one of those vacuum cleaner attachments?
  23. Can't say I'm surprised. Doug is a petty piece of shit. It's just too bad that Dougie will likely be the one to suffer because of it.
