I suspect Janelle got different attention from Kody for a few reasons. She had boys. All of his sons were at her place. Paedon also hung out there to be with his brothers. Janelle has repeatedly stated what a great dad he was, how busy he was. Sons carry on the name. The anthropologists noted Kody spent more time with the boys. TLC paid for a girls vacay, because Robyn emphasized to Kody that he needed to spend more time with his daughters before it was too late. Janelle may have believed he was a good dad to the young sons. Janelle managed (finagled?) the finances, probably did all the paperwork for the bankruptcies. She didn't argue with him much. All these things may have elevated her, in his eyes. Until the boys developed frontal lobes.

Robyn was born to a man named Marck. Assuming her mom, Alice Fullmer, married him, that would be Robyn's legal name. Some of the kids Alice had with Sullivan have the name Marck. Robyn presents herself as Sullivan, but I don't know if she ever took that name. I doubt she was legallu adopted. She married Jessop. She may have used Fullmer, too. I read in CJ blog that Jessop's family had to bail them out financially a few times. I can't substantiate that, of course. Just looking at the credit card names, it seems to me she learned early on how to game the credit system.

They did a V-day bouquet thing in Vegas. Kody, while on camera, got 4 bouquets and announced it was for his WIVES. Camera pans to florists shocked face.

I would. I like her kids, Gma Annie, like Janelle's. I'd love to see some adventures. Or them talking about their different ways of coping then communicating with a grandstanding, bullying narcissist.

From my upbringing and perspective,, I can't fathom why Meri would stay, or why the others wouldn't leave. With the exception of Janelle, the wives seem to repeat the examples of their moms. Total speculation here- just my opinion. Bonnie was the 1st wife. She stayed thru 4 other wives while the family grew. She stayed with Barber after the other wives left. Christine's mother Annie, the 1st wife left, as her mother left Floren LeBaron. Christine has stated that she did not want to be the 1st or second wife. Maybe this is what she learned as a young girl in a polygamous community? Third was easier So? So she did what the religion and the women's advice told her, in an attempt to heal her childhood trauma. I think she stayed so her children would not lose their dad. Her mother's presence in her life helped to heal the trauma, and certain questions about interrupting the flow caused Christine to think outside the box. In the end, I think it was her dad that asked the question that gave her permission to leave. Robyn's mom Alice was married, had Robyn and divorced. She remarried Sullivan. I dont think Sullivan legally adopted Robyn for fear of prosecution, but enveloped her in his family. Robyn talks about her mom's marriage as a long honeymoon. Imo, she has patterned her marriage to Kody on her Mom's, learned from Alice's mistakes, fears re: inheritance, and legalities re: plural marriage. She has had advice in this land grab, and acted on it. I think, in obtaining legal wife status, she was trying to heal some childhood trauma in herself, watching her mother's pain. Just my thoughts. I was entrenched in my family's religion and teachings until I was 40. I still revert back to it some times.

Gosh that's right. Maybe this means TWO more seasons? Omgosh.

Garrison talked back to Kody a couple of times that I remember. He spouted off about Russian troops shooting their commander, he tried to correct Sol when he punched Gwen, and stood up for himself when K &J told him to back off.

I remember last year, S 16 right before the TellAlls, Christine made a social media statement that she was leaving Kody. When the TellAlls aired, she answered Sukyana's (?) questions about it. Maybe that's what's in store for after the holidays.

One of the items she lists is personalised bobble head on Amazon. Oh wow. Meri and Robyn? 😆

I couldn't sleep last night. Surfing thru Reddit or FB groups, I saw that a property adjacent to the SheRa Chateau is owned by the producer of the show. I googled the producers name with Flagstaff Az. With the address, I found purchase date of 2019, the same year the Chateau was purchased. Im not sure what to think about this, so I'm just leaving it here.
