The last few weeks I have wondered am I watching the United States of Al or Love Connection?

Like Oscar was in the right the night before? I mean I’m not defending Kat for kissing Max and going through with the sex and failing to get through to him but Oscar was just as much at fault. Kat was trying to dump him the night before and he was in denial that she was clearly trying to end it. And then Oscar goes and punches Max before Kat had a chance to explain.

Did anyone else think Cindy was going to walk in while Al and Ariana was watching the game? And Riley told Holly even though both swore what happened wouldn’t leave the bedroom, so does Vanessa plan on telling Freddy?

How do you figure? The Conners should be fine. It’s Home Economics or maybe the Wonder Years that should be worried.

And its season finale is the 21st. After that I guess it will be all repeats of Ghosts or Young Sheldon at 9. So dumb. If there were only going to be 18 episodes of Ghosts, that should’ve wrapped up before the NCAA tournament when B+ did and B+ should’ve had 22 or 23 episodes like YS and Al have. I liked the episode last night but I can’t see this getting a second season. At least not it, Al, AND B+.

That awkward moment when Gerica’s breakup lasted longer than Breadam’s…🤦🏼‍♂️….the kiss in the sneak peek kinda gave it away….that and it was Valentine’s Day. I really liked the Barry/Erica storyline. For once Barry wasn’t a moron. I’ll have to say it was a good episode and welcome back Emmy Mirsky! No Murray.

I’ve enjoyed this show but I doubt it will see a Season 2 unless the ratings improve quickly. The football audience from the premiere didn’t carry over to the second episode. The “My Friend Died” second episode wasn’t great. It felt like the girls felt the world owed them something. Also also having Joe Millionaire as a lead-in hasn’t helped it and Call Me Kat. Fox should’ve stuck with Hell’s Kitchen.

About time Brea broke up with Adam! He had it coming a season ago. But this was the last straw. Two wrongs don’t make a right. But at least Brea fessed up. Adam wasn’t going to tell her. And bringing the girl to her house? I am not sure anyone would do that in real life. She’s so much better off. And Beverly was definitely in the wrong for coming between Barry and Joann. I did like Barry and Beverly’s routine. Vic is suddenly a Canucks fan? He was wearing an Edmonton Oilers shirt in “Mama Drama.” Morganna 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That was because Ali Wong and Carly Hughes both left the show due to a toxic work environment. They were replaced by Holly Robinson Peete, Jake Choi and Jim Rash. The youngest daughter Anna Kat was also replaced, Julia Butters left in favor of Giselle Eisenberg. That was what got the show cancelled, despite the fact that it outrated Home Economics. 😢

The real Adam always said the show would be ending with his graduation. He might be getting his wish. He seems to think it’s not coming back next year. He definitely doesn’t seem to want to come back. The show is not what it was when it was based on the real stories, I get it. But I don’t want it to end under these circumstances. I want the final season announced a year ahead of time, like Blackish. The Wonder Years and Home Economics aren’t ready to take over the time slot. That was a difficult read and ABC is a bunch of morons, pun intended, for slinging him through the mud, just trying to dig up dirt.

If only 13 there would only be five episodes left after they get back from December break. The Futon Critic currently has airings scheduled through March 10. The new show How We Roll, formerly Smallwood, has been cut from 13 episodes to 11. That seems to be a good sign for B+. Now I don’t know when the new show will premiere. Likely after March Madness. But even if it takes B+’s time slot after March Madness, I think B+ might get more than 13. Not 22, but somewhere between 13 and 22.

They should’ve had Uncle Marvin in Glascott’s place. Doesn’t Glascott have his own family? I guess they were still pissed about the Nashville fiasco (the “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles” episode. (Angst-Giving). Yeah Beverly was out of line last night.

So we got the real Brea Bee, Valley Erica, Lainey, and old Ren back last night. VALLEY ERICA HAD TRIPLETS!!! That episode was pure gold last night. I like Kelli better than Carrie as Ren. Beverly and Adam both showed their tail last night but it worked out in the end.

A new intro debuts tomorrow night, Annaleigh sings it and it includes the entire cast. Probably should’ve debuted in the season premiere but this episode is considered a “soft reboot” of the series.

Was it just me or did Lizzie seem to have the hots for Mo? And yes how did Hazel get off so easy?

SEASON PREMIERE So no one started the episode thread tonight, so I figured I would. If the episode threads are not active enough, might as well just go to a Season thread like The Goldbergs. I was very happy with the episode, Gina and Gabby were the best, RIP Mr. Knudsen. The scene in the dialysis clinic was awkward though. Going to miss Samantha, and Adriana has been recast, she will now be played by Michelle Ortiz starting with next week’s episode. Annaleigh is singing a new version of the theme song starting with the October 28 episode.
