  1. Andy Cohen explained that CARL doesn't have this power. He doesn't have cameras. It's up to PRODUCTION to say when and where the cameras are working. If there were cameras filming in "their apartment," perhaps it was at the suggestion or with permission of Production...not your Lapdog Yesman, Carl. the story you've repeated was more likely originated by Lindsey's PR people...to promote HER bidnesseseses. Is this Carl's production company? Is this Carl's call to make? Andy doesn't think so.
  2. This reminds me of my ex-daughter-in-law who actually gave "a testimony" in her church. Videotaped, and published on social media. She broadcast that she "had to" leave my son and the marriage because SHE wanted children and HE did not. That's not the complete story. What happened was that he said he didn't think they should have children while they were still struggling in marriage counseling. He hadn't come to the point where he was willing to say, "I've always wanted kids; I don't think I should have them with you." SOOO...maybe Carl still wanted to get married (some day) when Lindsey asked ... just not to her at that time.
  3. She's more grand in everything. She makes more money. She has better ideas (for his life). She's prettier and more fashionable. She's more passionate (and willing to broadcast his "shortcomings"). She's more INFLUENCIAL. She got a New Man immediately--just to prove herself to us...and herself. She SUCKS big time ... more than anyone on the series.
  4. WHY do the producers continue to hire him. He's probably miserable to work with for them too. His/Liz's "romance" is one of them that gets the FAST-FORWARD treatment from me. Ed and Angela should ride off into the sunset together (and never return).
  5. I watched two completely different people. I doubt if Carl's "very intentional" camera manipulation is an actual fact. Lindsay (Lindsey?) is oblivious to nothing. How many does THAT make? Pleeze, let's not watch another human be cannibalized on this show. He "hates" her now because he used to enjoy/promote her. HE feels blindsided by her chronic cruelty...he was BLINDED by her "beauty," style, and wealthy appearance (the most important things in his life).
  6. Haven't watched it yet, but I'm SO GLAD to read this. I don't like her either. She's a dangerous angry woman. The chip(s) on her shoulders have been there ever since early childhood. Apparently nothing will help. Hope New Guy enjoys being a Whipping Boy. Hope WE don't have to watch her antics...ever again. Andy seemed (originally) to really like her; I don't think he feels the same. I'm willing to quit watching if she's a "regular" next season. Has that been proven? That HAS been proven...over and over, season after season. Bravo show after Bravo show.
  7. Class? IQ points? Compassion? I enjoy fast-forwarding through MOST of the couples' stories. Not most "stories," but most "couples."
  8. I almost turned off tonight's episode 2-3 minutes after it started. Danielle, Danielle, Danielle. I've never liked her and she doesn't add anything to the show. She seems to be an Andy Cohen favorite. Looks like she's becoming a more important "regular"; might make it easier for me to quit altogether.
  9. Carl's lucky to get a word in to call "Lindsey a drunk in every...episode." My opinion is completely the opposite to the post above on almost every point. Lindsey (so much more than a "strong personality") seems to abuse those closest to her...and always makes sure she tells "her side" of every "fight" to the girls--immediately. After being in an abusive non-marriage relationship, so many survivors marry someone new very quickly. Wonder what will happen on this soap opera.
  10. He wants to have this both ways; he NEEDS everything. Amanda is "lazy and doesn't help enough," YET...when she'd like to do something more in line with her talents and interests, Kyle NEEDS her--can't lose a moment of her time, so much he drives himself to tears. Was he the Golden Boy growing up, whose parents doted on every breath he took?
  11. Whoopi couldn't agree. My kids know how difficult our life was financially...and that I did MORE than we thought I could. We three would help each other...no matter what...no matter how long. We've been a team and remain a team forever. Had their father been honest (a word he didn't know), I could have been working from Day One of motherhood and not have to start at age 40.
  12. I might just steal that line. At almost-84, "my stretch marks glow in the dark" is probably inappropriate.
  13. Haven't been able to watch for several days...but when she started wearing them EVERY DAY, I noticed that sometimes the only difference was the color of the buttons. Is it her latest merch? What gives? For months she was looking so good.
  14. This should be a boilerplate we can just copy and paste. "Here's the thing..."
  15. Captain Kerry probably won't have an educated opinion until after the season is over and he watches the shows. Hope it's not too late.
  16. But, if chef had had some help, he may not have had to serve cold food. And Jill's interference caused the chef to create foods not planned for when they went over the primary's/guests requests. I think Jill needs to pitch in $10K. Aside from the fact that the crew had to tolerate Jill, the fact is that when your dinner comes out cold, you don't get a huge tip. Jill's MEDDLING was the "contribution" that caused many of the kitchen problems.
  17. Her "tone" does MORE than baffle me. Still, I'm not as tired of her as I am of Whoopi...but it's getting close.
  18. As an atheist for the past 59 years ... but a devout and happy Catholic the first 25, all "Catholic upbringing" isn't CRAZY. Mine: Non-practicing Episcopalian father. Strict, devout Catholic mother...12 years of Catholic school...and still I was taught to respect others' beliefs. In respecting, one can't help but understand how others might view mine. What I've noticed is that there are many fears and superstitions brought from "the old country" that Catholics as young as Sunny seem to believe and carry with them. Sunny mixes a lot of her superstitions with her faith. She seems to think all Catholics should believe as she does. They don't. I'm always disappointed in the abortion discussions where she says her strong stance on that topic is "because I'm Cath-o-lic." Apparently she thinks that's enough. Is it the only tenet she uses to support an opinion? Does she never go against her church's teaching on anything else...like IVF? It's time that she gives an honest opinion--and doesn't shirk the responsibility of her opinion...like many "Cafeteria Catholics."
  19. I agree, GHScorpios... Copied/pasted from the 'net. I'm in Arizona, so I want readers to take particular notice of the last sentence. We hear them every summer and see their interesting little empty shells stuck on trees, etc. "Periodic cicadas, however, do synchronize their emerging, so every 10–17 years depending on the species, large groups (broods) of cicadas emerge at the same time. In the Northeastern United States, Brood X emerged during the summer of 2021. In Arizona, annual cicadas are more common."
  20. So typical. Thanks, HJ.
  21. I think about that occasionally, but an hour a day of "The View" is sometimes a bit too much. Here's the thing, if Whoopi is retired, I could change my mind.
  22. WHAT? Whoopi "here's the thing" missed a point?
  23. Until last night on WWHL, I had never considered Amanda beautiful. She looked fabulous...and was happy and fun.
  24. Has there been any information on the "cast" on Sunny's right hand. The padding is starting to look dirty.
