Yeah, that was hair and makeup. It would have taken too long to do Kardea's hair, and Duff is bald, so Nancy lost by default.

She's in denial that Janessa is her actual "caboose." She's infantilized her long past her babyhood years. Janessa has outgrown the toddler bed, and Jill sobbed bitterly as she realized that her precious baby had grown into a bratty child.
