yeah I knew he didn't renew but the way the finale and even Season 8 began it seems like they hoped he would come back. The cliffhanger and lack of resolution just seems weird rewatching now. His podcast with Tom made it clear he was done with being on the show by that point. Too bad because the show definitely missed him. I noticed that Allison was noticeably thinner as the seasons went on and at the time I thought it was just due to the Hollywood pressure but given what we know now I wonder if the cult was starting to have an effect on her at this point.

Just finished Season Seven in my binge rewatch and my biggest note from the season? STOP TRYING TO MAKE JIMMY HAPPEN!! I really dislike his character and the 2 episodes where he was the defacto lead were probably 2 of the worst episodes this show has ever done. Yuck. Needed more humor and more Oliver Queen as a whole. I actually really liked Apocalypse a lot. Were they hoping Michael Rosenbaum would be coming back as Lex when they wrote and filmed the season finale?

Apparently Allison and Nikki Clyne are married. I guess for Visa reasons.

Based on the single winner format, the winner will be right under Bananas is total prize winnings from the challenge I believe. I have always and still continue to HATE the huge disparity between the first place and other finishers. I mean a lousy $5K for potentially coming a few seconds behind the first place winner who gets over $370K? They could have had the last place get 25K, the 3rd place get 50K and 2nd place get 75K and first place would still get like triple the 2nd place finisher.

I know it and other DC shows were renewed but did they say for how many episodes for each show? Did they all get full 22 episode orders?

Ok, I just read the official arrest warrant and Allison is getting arrested probably very shortly. I know actors act but it is hard to reconcile that the Allison Mack who played Chloe Sullivan and seemed so honest and intelligent back during the show could fall to such depths. Just wow.

So looks like the cult leader Keith Reiniere was arrested. Could Allison be arrested too?

Cara is not a good swimmer. She has improved but she will be the first admit height and water challenges are her biggest weaknesses. I do think being smaller and lighter does pay a part in being able to dive down but neither Cara nor Kailah are good enough swimmers to make up for their size. Kam flat out cannot swim at all so there was not even a hope that she would be able to do this one at all. I don't think anyone on their team got one ball in.

Cara said that when people try to hide either going in and out of the bathroom or trying to hide in their bedroom under the covers is how people get caught on camera and the producers would use that footage to show the hookups. They figured out if they just fucked right out in the open on the porch or on the couch or chairs in the main rooms that they couldnt show the footage because it was too graphic with no way to hide it via camera tricks. This was confirmed by multiple cast members as well. It was on one of those after shows or shit they should have shown specials I think.

I have been re-watching the series again for the first time since I originally watched them on air date and it is so funny when binging how you can see the technology change so quickly as each season progresses. From the phones to the computers, monitors, and other things it is kinda neat to see in retrospect. Also despite what I now know about Allison Mack in real life, I still love Chloe and wish the powers that be had pulled an Arrow and recognized the chemistry between the actors and explored it instead of being so tied to canon mythology. Erica Durance was not bad in the early seasons but she looks about 5 years older than Tom despite them being the same age. No way does she look like a college age student especially one who I think was underage(under 21) when she first appeared. Oh and my opinion that MR was the best overall Lex in live action history remains steadfast.

I hardly think making a joke praising someone's bedroom skill like that which I guarantee she would approve of is the same as a pyscho boyfriend who is physically threatening, emotionally abusive, cheating and bragging about it as a way to put you down. Not even close. This is a woman who brags about being a dominatrix, took pride when Kyle said having sex with her was like a fight, and used to bang Abram out in public in front of the entire cast all the time so the producers couldn't use any footage. Context and who the joke is targeted at do matter. Just a few days ago she was bragging on Twitter about how good his dick was and she recommends it and gives it "two cums up!"

Well to be fair based on what has been shown anyway, he is a marked step up from Abram. At least he doesn't seem to be abusive even if he doesn't even know her full name...

Laurel constantly would put Cara down in front of her friends and apparently Evelyn when they lived together briefly which Cara finally had enough of and ended their friendship. They sort of became friends again but not as close as they once where until this whole Nicole thing happened which sent Laurel off the deep end. She is a very salty bitter person. I also think Cara has low self esteem so she is very passive aggressive especially on social media and in private which exacerbates the issue.

The "big dogs" like Bananas, CT, Wes, get at least 60k for going on each challenge and sometimes even more depending on how badly they want that person and how well they work with production. Even someone like Nany said a few years ago that she made her normal years salary going on the show. This has been admitted by multiple cast members and insiders for years. Production offers CT and Wes more because they know they bring ratings and they know they will bring drama and provide production with content. I would not be surprised at all that Bananas actually got paid extra due to the notes business.

While I agree about Ray doing what he did at Taylor's work was potentially manipulative, I didn't see the drone as stalking as he wasn't using it to spy on her but as a delivery system of items unless I misunderstood. It looked like he had stuff tied to the drone and was sending it into the shop when Maya stopped it. As someone who actually had a stalker, this didn't seem stalkery to me. Now if he does it again after her clearly rejecting him then... YMMV.

Just have to say in my opinion, no elimination had ever been better than CT carrying Johnny like a child and dumping him into a metal barrel. Nobody has ever been so completely and utterly dominated and humiliated by another competitor. While the drama surrounding the Light Bright elimination may have added to the enjoyment and comeuppance that Bananas got, the actual elimination was basically a crap shoot and it was EXTREMELY close at the end. Johnny could have very easily won that one.

No arguments on any criticism of the FBI tactics. Somebody in this thread said no abuse happened and the report was false which is what I responded to. It was not false and was way more horrific than most people realize or are willing to accept in their blaming of the governments terrible handling of the situation. The gov't acted horribly and probably criminally but that again has zero to do with fact that kids were being raped and beaten. I have no sympathy for Koresh or ANY of the parents/adults who died but the fact that abused kids were casualties in the government dick measuring against Koresh is the true tragedy. I wish they had just sniped Koresh before the assault even happened when they were surveilling him.

I think despite some claims to the contrary, most of the parents there put David and their belief way above any love for their children so when they saw the video which to me shows a bunch of pretty happy kids who were getting to act like kids for the first time, they only saw disobedience which to them was an affront to God and their beliefs. They couldn't be happy for them because they were not their priority. Just shows how twisted and sick Koresh's mind games were.

I think Thibodeau barely knew Michelle and just married her to avoid any polygamy or statutory rape charges against Koresh. They did not have a romance like implied in the show if I remember correctly. After seeing all sorts of documentaries and listening to various interviews with the survivors and reading various information online, I do think the BDs started the fire, but I also think the gas made it spread far quicker than they anticipated and I also think the FBI were shooting into the compound to prevent people from getting out and they likely used an explosive device on the bunker. So I think the FBI decided to just all out assault the compound despite lying about it at the time and later but I also think the Davidians decided to kill themselves by lighting the fire. I mean there are audio recordings of the members talking about and spreading the kerosene and also at least 1 of the survivors said he heard other members upstairs spreading the fuel and lighting it. I think neither side had any intention of letting anyone leave alive. It is by accident that some survivors decided to live and got out of the house without being shot simply because they went out in areas that had cameras unlike the back which was were the shooting was taking place where no cameras were allowed. So there is some truth to both sides and a conspiracy by the government in my opinion going on.

Children were being abused both sexually and physically per admission of the surviving Branch Davidians themselves. Girls as young as 10 were being raped after being groomed for years by Koresh and with their parents permission. The kids were beaten bloody with paddles if they spoke out of turn or acted up. The parents of the kids admitted doing this because they believed they had to make the kids behave and listen to any adult there immediately without question or acting up because they knew the assault would eventually come and the kids had to be obedient in this event. This has zero to do with how the ATF and FBI operated tactically nor does it excuse the way the assaults happened, but the abuse was real and something needed to be done.

My 18 year old daughter uses literally like every other word. Literally. This show is terrible. I couldn't even make it halfway. It is just too unbelievable that the Heathers in this show would be in any sort of position as shown. My daughter who identifies as pansexual and is very into social causes and activism also said it was way too unrealistic and she just graduated high school. All her friends are either bisexual or gay. The most popular and influential kids are still the best looking and either athletes or rich. No way any one of the Heathers in the show would be anything but outcasts or at best hangers on of another social circle. I get what they are doing but it just seems so forced and checking off the PC numbers that it took me out of the show.
