  1. His posters were on my wall. He used to be very appealing to the teeny boppers.
  2. Oh, haha. I'm a jerk then. There was an extra that "played" Glenn Coco.
  3. Fresh Prince was a huge show! The people who don't know about him are 19 years old. Think about how long Candace stayed in the competition, add dance experience on top of it, and Alfonso is the best bet. 90's nostalgia is a powerful drug and I'm not sure anyone else (besides maybe Antonio) has that decade covered. I think the demographics are splitting the votes for most of the other contestants. Judging off my mom and her friends, they watch just to see Tommy Chong (70's nostalgia), Tavis Smiley (because they are middle-aged black ladies), and maybe Lea. The "youths" have never been reliable with votes, but I'll tell you what I gathered in the under 25 group. Mean Girls and Pretty Little Liars are both pretty important, so Jonathan and Janel split that group. People aren't going to win based off their pre-show popularity alone, of course. I left a lot of people out because they are harder to pin down what group they will speak to. For instance, Betsey Johnson is over 70, but a lot of her customers are in their 30's. I'll shut up now.
  4. A couple hours before the performance, Lolo posted a selfie-type picture on twitter of herself and Keo. It is the most unflattering picture of him possible, and she looks like a supermodel. He is not an unattractive guy, but she just is one of "those" friends who posts pictures where she is the only one who looks good. I know I'm reaching, but she is just a brat.
  5. Alfonso is damn entertaining. They staged it to where it felt like he had just won Prom King and was giving a speech to the masses. He lived up to the expectations, and I am watching him again before bed. Now that the episode is over, besides Alfonso, the stand-outs for me were Tommy Chong and Jonathan Bennett. Couldn't have predicted that...
  6. Jonathan Bennett: His Hair Looks Sexy Pushed Back
  7. Jonathan has the Mean Girls fanbase! I'm sold on him, also he has a huge fanbase in Alison.
  8. She is a bit of a hot head. Her post-race interviews (since she runs track) are usually the same way. Diarrhea of the mouth.
  9. Who is currently in the cast who is good at impressions? Kate, Taran and Jay? I'm interested to see this new season, because a lot of last season was crowded. They will get to show their strengths with a slightly smaller group. Pete could probably play Bobby Jindal better than Nasim. No offense to Nasim, she was just about a foot too short to be believable.
  10. His name is Pete Davidson, and he is funny on Guy Code. I like him! I think I have actually been following him on twitter or insta for a while. Can't believe how young he is, but maybe they will have some more variety in the sketches since everyone isn't exactly 30 years old now. He reminds me of Philip Chbeeb from SYTYCD. Good luck to Pete.
  11. I thought Beck, Kyle, and Mike were all back this season? Did I get my wish of Mike leaving my screen?
  12. Grown Ups is on FX right now. Never really cared for the movie, but I do watch it every time it comes on TV.
  13. Did anyone see their mini-panel at Paley Fest? It was David Caspe, Casey Wilson, Ken Marino, and Tim Meadows. Once the link is on Youtube, I'll add it here. I'm looking forward to the show!
  14. I somewhat agree. Obviously Che has never hosted Update, but I feel like Jost needs Che more than Che needs Jost.
  15. Those three names really go well together. Doesn't Ben get any say on the names? One of them could be named Calzone or Cleo.
  16. Watching the Jeff Goldblum episode. He may be one of the best talk show guests besides "Charm-Monsters" Joe Biden and Amy Poehler. Goldblum has only gotten more attractive since Jurassic Park, and I want to marry him now. He was saying which celebrity each of Seth's band members looked like, and he was spot on. I had to Google Diahnne Abbott (which is the celebrity who looks like 8G drummer Kim), and he was right Also, if you were wondering, Diahnne Abbott was Robert DeNiro's first wife. The one guy, Syd, who looks like Harry Connick Jr, clearly hears it all the time. Edit: fixed the links
  17. I'm not sure who else is similar to Alfonso. The guy who played Steve Urkel (Jaleel White) was on this show a couple seasons back. That's the only guy from that same TV era who played a nerdy guy on a sitcom. But this is the first time Alfonso has been on, for sure.
  18. The reruns will be fun because you can't find a lot of the seasons anywhere. I always watch the 9 pm repeats since nothing comes on before the live episode. I didn't start watching SNL until the Will Ferrel/Cheri Oteri cheerleader years. Anything from the 70's or 80's will be completely new to me. Edit: Michael Che had a 2-minute talk show that was a bit on Best Week Ever. He is funny.
  19. He was the trainer on this show I used to watch called "Diet Tribe". He was an awesome guy, the contestants were all girls (if I'm remembering correctly) and he is a big softie. More like Bob than you'd think. He wasn't douchey like Jake, but I could definitely tell they were related. There aren't a ton of Pavelkas from Texas, I'm assuming. Oh, he went to my alma mater so that's why I even remember him.
