  1. I don't care if she actually likes him now or is pretending to in order to save face, but even if she was in LOVE with him (like he claims to be with her), there is no bloody chance in hell that Liz would ever choose Austin over Julia in this game (or any other time, not that I expect them to have a post-game relationship anyway). I just want her to be faced with this scenario because I believe that Austin is just delusional enough to believe there's a chance she would. He would totally campaign, and probably throw Julia under the bus. This would give Liz the perfect out with his gross ass and I think she would take it in a heartbeat. As for Johnny Mac, he really is so hilariously bad at this game. In the beginning I liked him - his DRs were funny (not so much now, I think he's trying too hard because production has told him/hinted that he is popular) and I did think he was playing a pretty decent social game. He threw 2 BoBs to try and gain favor from the HOH (Shelli, and by extention Clay) but never tried to cash in on those favors. All he did was whine and mope and mourn Clay when he was gone. What? I thought his laying low and being friendly and non-threatening was a strategy and he would be able to then take those personal relationships he forged and turn them into alliances later on, start winning comps when his ass wasn't on the line, etc. Turns out, he really never had any real personal connections with anyone (hard when you speak like you're comatose unless you are in the DR) and actually thinks that with eight people left they would all THROW HIM HOH and that he shouldn't try to win veto because he's safe. Honey, NO. Steve, for all his own game related shortcomings, sees the truth and has apparently tried to explain this to John, but he still doesn't get it. And if he won't listen to his number one ally and literally refuses to even pay attention to his surroundings most of the time, there is NO HOPE for him. None. And he's supposed to be a superfan? Not that they all turn out to be great players (hi Jason!) but JMac is way more clueless about the game than the recruits. Zingbot veto is usually a puzzle type thing, right? I think there's no way Steve doesn't win. He tries when he's on the block. Maybe Vanessa but there is no way an Austwin wins something like that. No need to even speculate about Meg.
  2. Sierra. I thought it was her too. But Amy makes more sense. And I SO hope it's her. She may be a greedy famewhore with questionable taste in men, but she comes by it honestly. And quite frankly Amy looks like Mother Theresa compared to the rest of her fucked up family (Deanna and the minor children excluded). I would LOVE LOVE LOVE it if the "source" was Grandma.
  3. Nah, he should have aimed higher! At one point Art Vandelay was an architect. And a marine biologist! Josh is disgusting. That's all I got.
  4. I just read on Twitter that Austin is fingerbanging Liz again. She is telling him to "restrain" himself. Also, there are photos. I CAN'T.
  5. No feeds for me so I can't watch, which is why I rely on you fine peeps for keeping me in the loop. I'll take your word for it though - I'm glad to hear that Vanessa CAN adapt and still has the capacity to be persuasive. Maybe there's hope for her long term. I'd love it.
  6. It's no secret that I'm a fan of Vanessa, but I think she gets way more credit than she deserves for gameplay. In the beginning of the game she was great. But then she made herself a target needlessly for 86ing the backdoor Austin plan, and look at where the nasty sasquatch is sitting now. Not only does he seem to be coasting to F3, but he has rewritten history to make Vanessa out to be this evil mastermind who is plotting his demise (a victim of groupthink, I believe) when she SAVED HIM at her own expense and would not go after him until literally everyone but herself and Austwins remain. Even then I think she's smart enough to try to break up the twins first. She knows now (on some level at least) that she's on the outs with him (and by extension, Liz), but she still has bigger fish to fry, IMO. Unless she teams up with the returnee - then there's hope she'll target them, but as things stand now... no. Point is, Vanessa basically cooked her goose by BDing Jason and then all the backpeddling/fast talking/crying that came afterward when her back was up against the wall. It's ironic because she has actually been one of the most loyal (if not THE most) to her allies this entire game, but no one believes that for a minute because she can't relate to people who don't think the way she does. Again, I like her, but she's not very adaptable (in this environment). And I HATE that she unknowingly strengthened Austin's game in the process. UGH All that being said, Austin was smart to not nominate her. He DOES know he/twins are not HER imminent target. He knows virtually no one trusts her and as long as she's around she's a shield. He knows John and Steve are potentially dangerous as a duo (moreso than James/Meg, because Meg), and he also knows if he boots Vanessa this week she could walk right back in the door. As much as I'm rooting for her (ADAPT!) I don't see a way she gets near the money and neither does anyone in the house, which is why she shouldn't be a priority, ESPECIALLY for Austwins. I do hope that the returnee is either Shelli (despite what she says I think she and Vanessa can/would team up again) or UGH (can't believe I'm saying this) Basic Becky, because she said she'd try to work with Vanessa to break up Austwins. Jackie would be bad for anyone not named James/Meg. Austin is delusional if he thinks Jackie coming back is good for him (don't know if he told James he wanted Jackie back to blow smoke or if he really believes it's a good idea, but he said that last night). Anyway sorry for the novel and for being all over the place... I do hope V can pull some shit out but I don't think she kept herself off the block this week any more than I think she saved herself on the block vs Shelli. I didn't hear her convo with Austin but Austin dislikes Steve more than almost anyone and does know he's working with JMac (hence a vote to save him if they're not nommed together, and a potentially formidable duo if they both stay). Also I think despite what he says, Austin is scared of Vanessa. I mean she may have worked him before noms but rarely does a HG change their mind for reals literally five minutes before the ceremony. Now he just has REASONS to take back to James/Meg etc when questioned why she wasn't nominated.
  7. I asked this when the discussion first came up about this (and did not get an answer), but has Vanessa ever said she takes Adderall? Otherwise, I am really uncomfortable with the speculation about HGs meds (which always seems to happen, but just IMO). Also, if she complained that she got her meds (whatever they may be) late/not at all, she has every right to be pissed off. BB could face a major lawsuit for not distributing prescription meds correctly.
  8. Waste of what? He also seems like a caring, considerate and clearly intelligent guy. Too young for me, but once he cuts the apron strings and grows up a bit (isn't he only like 21 or 22?) he'll be quite the catch for some chick (or dude, who knows), IMO. I don't think he's particularly great at the game of Big Brother, but that's neither here nor there with regards to his dating potential.
  9. I would live for Julia getting Austin out. Maybe next week :) I don't think Austin will target Vanessa either. Julia doesn't want that and if she convinces Liz it's a done deal. Also, Austin can squawk all he wants about betrayal (which Vanessa never did to him or the twins) but he also knows she won't come after him. His new alliances (with the entire rest of the house, lol) are on much shakier ground. So he can shit talk Vanessa all he wants but he knows it's better to get out JMac or James (better competitors, and people the returnee would be willing to work with). He may WANT Vanessa gone, but he wants someone else to do it for him. And despite Freaks and Geeks or Scamper Squad or whatever dumbass thing they're now calling themselves, Austin does not like Steve. I think if he noms Steve and JMac and John wins veto, Austin will pull some shit like put up Meg to ensure Steve goes. Actually, no he won't because he'll do what Liz tells him to. I guess James will go in that case. Boo. When did I start rooting for James???
  10. Ugh yes this is going to be a very gross week (glad I don't have feeds)... BUT as mentioned he has deals with EVERYONE. This will blow up his game one way or the other. Good, because I want him gone before either twin. Actually I want him gone more than anyone left, but alas it won't be this week...
  11. Johnny Mac out according to twitter. YAY. I'm rooting for James, he is the only hope I have that might catch a clue about the Austwins.
  12. The problem with that is, don't Anna's parents live in a tiny trailer with a couple kids still at home? No way can they afford to support Anna and four small kids financially, or even have them move in. Unless they've upgraded. She does have SOME hope with the sister who broke from the cult, but I'm not sure what her financial/family situation is like. Anna could and should sell her story (ghostwritten of course). Free herself, make some $$ and humiliate Josh and his fucked up parents all at once. Win/win/win Matt Walsh, like Joshie, is the epitome of hypocrisy but I can't fathom how even he defended Josh initially. I'm not terribly surprised (seriously the dude is a whackjob) but he's CATHOLIC (so not a "real" Christian in the eyes of Josh and his ilk) and has two small children (at least one girl). I know Walsh just chomps at the bit to cry RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION, but defending Josh post molestation scandal was still a huge head scratcher for me. But that site linked above is great. And if Walsh is actually admitting he was wrong, that would also be a first, so bonus?
  13. I don't think Julia or Austin actually want to win because then they would expose themselves. They have deals with literally everyone in the house except for the one who will be airlifted out tonight. STUPID PEOPLE....
  14. I don't think Vanessa is really stupid enough to throw it, but I do think it's funny that Austin would believe that kind of blatant nonsense from her and NOT believe she has/had his back when she has shown (not told) him that for the entire summer. Also, CAN SOMEONE, anyone get a fucking clue about the Austwins?? Hell, maybe Julia will find it and get rid of the dirty sasquatch. One more hicky might do the trick...
  15. I think Vanessa (or anyone, even Meg) could win an endurance if it was a real, old school endurance like the One That Shall Not Be Named, or the spider web from All Stars. Grodner endurances are not of the "who wants it most" variety and never have been. Man, I wish they'd bring those kinds of endurance comps back, none of this bullshit that favors height (or lack thereof) or small feet or people with upper body strength, etc. The "stand/sit there and hold something and possibly pee yourself" endurances are the ones that used to expose loyalties. That type of comp might get people thinking about the Austwins, especially if Austin/Julia really do throw it (the other benefit of those comps is that throws are usually quite blatant). But it ain't gonna happen. And yeah, if tonight is endurance, the juror comp likely won't be. Another crapshoot, yay.
  16. Still laughing. Also, I have NO IDEA where JMac's Clay love came from. Was that a thing before Clelli were on the block??
  17. It wasn't just that she failed to evict Vanessa, though. She literally refused to speak to Vanessa, and couldn't keep Vanessa's name out of her mouth all week when talking to others. That's just poor jury management, but more importantly this is someone who might return to the game. Contrast with James' HOH: he puts up Clay and Shelli after explicitly breaking a deal he made with them just hours earlier and yet not only is he still standing, but virtually all of Clelli's allies want Becky gone before James - even though he was arguably responsible for BOTH of their evictions (Meg would have voted however he told her to, and he and Meg were the ones to go to Austwins about flipping the vote from Vanessa to Shelli). To add to that, James has won more comps than Becky and has a much better social game. Camo boy is a HUGE endgame threat, yet he's backburner-ed and will probably stay if he's on the block next to anyone but Meg and MAYBE Steve at this point. Point being, Becky may know she's toast, but she certainly didn't have to be. And she hilariously blames Vanessa and only Vanessa for her fate. The reality is, spilling info to Clelli during James' HOH (not subtly either) and then going all power hungry and refusing to talk to Vanessa/listen to ANYONE at all when she was HOH sunk her. Had she remained Basic (Invisible) Becky, even having won that HOH, James and JMac (not to mention Vanessa, and maybe even an Austwin or two) would all likely be leaving before her. I just think it's hilarious that in Becky's mind Vanessa is responsible for literally EVERYTHING. In reality, absolutely no one trusts Vanessa, but apparently she still has the power to manipulate everyone and everything. I guess she made Steve win HOH by accident, and she had a gun to Liz's head for noms this week (even though Liz threw Becky's name out before Vanessa did and Austwins talked of wanting Becky and JMac as noms when planning ahead last week). Hell, Vanessa didn't even save HERSELF - Austwins and Goblins did. Soon Becky's going to say it's Vanessa's fault that damn train hit her.
  18. I don't think there's any way in hell Vanessa throws anything from here on out. She's bad at reading a room (in terms of knowing when to chill and not appear to need to control everything, hence the rampant distrust) but she's not an idiot and knows she's a huge target. She also knows she's the most expendable to her alliance, not only because they are talking about getting rid of her but simply for obvious reasons - even if they fully trusted her and she them, she will ALWAYS be 4th wheel with Austwins. She can't rely on Steve because he tells everyone what they want to hear and would sacrifice her in a heartbeat if pressured (even a little bit), and he's actively throwing every comp unless he himself is on the block. Vanessa needs to win next week or she's in major danger and she knows this. OTOH, virtually everyone else in that house needs to wake the fuck up and just break up the Austwins already, and Austwins need to focus on James/JMac before Vanessa anyway. They might think it's good for them to have one of those two take out Vanessa, but then what? James/JMac won't go after Meg or Steve before Austwins, and Vanessa will no longer be there as a shield. And despite all the distrust with Vanessa/Austwins, I seriously don't see her targeting them if she wins this week. She knows JMac needs to go first because he's after her like a dog with a bone, just like Becky. And Austwins know this. I think for self preservation for all of them, the stupid ass Austin's Angels alliance needs to stick together at least another week or two. Meanwhile Steve and Meg will just float along to F4...
  19. I think Steve's social game has been abysmal. Not entirely his fault (he is by nature a very socially awkward person, so it's not as if he hasn't TRIED, but...) For the first half of the game literally no one but Vanessa and Julia (when she was "playing Liz" and therefore only in the house a few days a week) spoke to him. Now JMac talks to him because he needs an alliance, and Vanessa's alliance has warmed to him for the same reason (numbers) but does anyone ever talk non-game with him or get to know him as a person? I'm not sure how much that matters, but it'd be hard for a juror, I think, to vote for someone they literally don't know at all despite spending 60-90+ days locked in a house with them. Also, most of them find him creepy. Add to that the fact that I'm pretty sure NO ONE knew what he was going to do when he accidentally(?) won HOH in the DE (and this is past the halfway point of the game), so even game-wise, no one knows what he's doing, and he ADMITS he has no clue what he's doing quite frequently. Could that be a ruse, sure, but all I see is him wandering around and telling people what they want to hear. I think if he's F2 with Vanessa she beats him, despite how hated she is. I mean, a bitter jury is ALWAYS a possibility but most of the hatred directed towards Vanessa seems to be from people who are pissed that she outplayed them, or people giving her some kind of credit as a mastermind that she doesn't even actually deserve. If people are voting on gameplay (or at least if the majority of them are) I think Steve loses to anyone not named Meg or Johnny Mac. And even Johnny MIGHT beat Steve if he comes on strong after this week. I can't see Steve making any huge moves, despite his ability to win comps. He's way too scared. I think he'll continue to throw everything unless he's on the block. I still think Meg should be EVERYONE'S F2 goat, and fear she will be. A Meg/Austin or Meg/JMac F2 would be the absolute worst ending (assuming Becky's toast this week) to what has been a considerably better than average season. The only way Meg doesn't make F2 IMO is if she's F4 with 2/3 or all 3 of the Austwins. I will laugh and laugh if F4 is Austwins/Meg, Meg leaves in 4th, and then Liz wins final HOH and of course, boots Austin. I don't think he'd admit it but I'm sure he believes (at least to some degree) that Liz would sacrifice Julia for him. AAAAND, I'm no longer following BigBrotherLeak on Twitter. https://twitter.com/BigBrotherLeak/status/632788279377702913
  20. I agree with all of this except I think I hate Austin as much as Becky, but for very different reasons. He's just TOO gross. I might like him more (or at least respect the game player he is emerging as) if I could stand to look at/listen to him AT ALL, but I can't.
  21. Unfortunately, I don't see a scenario in which Meg is not final 2, but I very much hope I'm wrong.
  22. Becky is still ripping on Vanessa and "I told you so-ing" about keeping her to Meg in the dentist room right now. On the one hand, she's giving Vanessa way more credit than she deserves. At the same time, she can't get over her (inexplicable, IMO) personal hatred for Vanessa that she's not even remotely thinking maybe she should try to make some sort of truce because if Vanessa is controlling everything as Becky believes, she'll be controlling Liz's HOH. Meanwhile, Meg is just mmhmming (then BBAD cut it off so I don't know if she said anything) but Vanessa won squat tonight and had virtually no influence on the outcome (which would have, IMO been EXACTLY THE SAME) had Shelli stayed. Becky is just not a good player. She was so sure Vanessa was leaving that she made her hatred of her so blatant and literally refused to speak with her. You simply can't be that cocky and sure someone's leaving, and even when it looked like she was, it's ridiculous to go out of your way to alienate/piss off a juror - ESPECIALLY one that might RETURN TO THE GAME. To add to the stupidity, behind closed doors with her "alliance," Becky was so proud of her big, bad move, that she just announced her to her alliance-of-the-week, rather than consulting them first AT ALL - effectively proving to them that her own best interests are virtually the only thing that matters to her. Usually, it's a good idea to get input from your alliance and at least make them think (even if it's BS) that their interests and opinions matter to you too. Because you care about getting further together. Because that's what an alliance is... oh never mind.
  23. They're not aligned and Becky is a threat. It's also smart to keep that loose agreement with ADC by not putting up James. It shouldn't be personal. It's a perfectly logical game move for Austwins.
  24. The best part of the episode for me was Steve just pacing at the end, holding his head and saying "okay Steven. That really just happened."
  25. Production does make them clean up on Thursdays. NO ONE DID!!
