When they paid off the land I wonder is Kody and Robyn either took out an equity loan on their lots or refinanced the lots that had just their names on them and used these funds as a down payment on the new $2,000,000 house. With no credit history, no steady employment, and 6 kids to support a landlord may feel like they would be taking too big of a chance with the Paines. I don't get Erin. One would think that she would look at her BFF Tori and see that if Chad had a steady job like Bobby has they might be able to buy a modest home. But they are never going to qualify for a mortgage the way that they are going.

Where did this come from? I remember when Kelton brought him into his plumbing company and gave him a job. Bobby was going to train to be a licensed plumber. But Bobby must not have liked getting his hands dirty so be became office manager or something like this. I can't imagine him opening a plumbing business if he is not a plumber. He also has very good benefits with Kelton's company. But maybe he is drinking the Bates kool aid. Throw away a good secure job so you can "work" for yourself.

Erin is looking rough in the pictures that I have seen recently. I'm sure a lot of this has to be a result of not knowing where and when they will land and how they are going to pay their bills. There is a huge difference between Erin and Josie, Katie and Carlin. They look like they are living the good life in 2025. Whereas Erin looks like a throw back to the 1980's. Plus they know enough not to use their social media for religious proselytizing. Erin is too busy preaching to offer anything of interest for most people who pay attention to the Bates social media. As long as Erin and Chad are locked into believing that Jesus is going to swoop in and rescue them from poverty nothing will change for them.

They moved to Florida in 1-2023. So they have been there just shy of 2 years. How long will they wait on God to open a door and improve their lives? I wonder if these people ever stop to question why God would open a door for them and provide them with a house. How about people living in war torn conditions who have no place to live not even a tent. Parents who watch their children dying every day. Does God not love these people? Why does he love the Paines more? I am sick to death of lazy irresponsible people sitting around waiting for God to give them a better life.

On what is Chad basing his assumption that they will be in a better situation next year? They have been in Florida what 3 years and they are no better off now than when they moved there. Erin looked like she was on the verge of tears when they were in the car talking about not getting a house in Tennessee. But of course God will eventually open a door for them. Wonder why he keeps shutting doors?

What woman wants to go on TV and admit that she was made a fool of by a crappy husband and his wife who pretended to be her good friend? I think she is fully aware of what they did to her and that she fell for their scheme. She wasn't last season when she was taking Kody and Robyn's side against Christine. For years Meri thought that if she were nice to Robyn she would be given crumbs from Robyn and allowed to continue their friendship and maybe just maybe Kody would come around and take her back. There are a lot of women out there who stay with men who treat them like shit and cheat on them. They do this for reasons the we may not understand but they do. I absolutely believe that Meri was duped and taken advantage of by Kody and Robyn. And it took her years and seeing Janelle and Christine walk away from the family that she finally realized what had been done to her and she no longer had to stay and put up with this treatment.

Kody and Robyn are despicable. They pulled off one of the most underhanded stunts that I have ever seen on reality TV. Robyn befriending Meri. Kody telling Meri that nothing would change in their relationship. Both of them convincing Meri that the solution to the problem of what would happen to Robyn's 3 older children if she would die was on Meri to fix. I am sure that it started out subtle at first and then worked up to Robyn dry crying and becoming hysterical and Kody putting more and more pressure on Meri by saying there is only one solution to this problem Meri, and that is for me to figure out how to legally marry Robyn. There you have it folks. So now these 2 lying liars claim this was all Meri's idea. Sure it was. Just like Kody never said that Ysabel a minor at the time could travel across the country, check herself into the hospital and have serious back surgery alone.

Wasn't it at church that Kody and Robyn first "noticed"each other? Maybe Kody thinks that the church men are after Robyn but it is the other way around. Maybe Robyn is going to church to take notice of what's available. If this happens I want to be around to see his head explode.

How many times are they going to show Christine trying on her fairytale wedding dress?? I guess TLC thinks that we haven't seen and heard enough about her form fitting deep plunging neckline. The Paines have a Christmas video up on Youtube. They are spending Christmas with Tori's family at a house in the Smokies. Erin said they have found a house but no other information on where it is. I wonder if they are waiting until after Christmas and make the announcement that it was a Christmas miracle.

I don't buy this at all. She went from tearfully telling everyone on the boat that she had dealt with infidelity with Todd. She said something about how he had never promised her to be faithful when they married or something like this but he has changed. Now it's no big deal. He was just talking too much to someone else and of course she was at fault because she was just insecure. Yeah he has her convinced or at least saying that he was not cheating but she was insecure. They would need to go with a county Forrest Ranger to determine if the timber is ready to cut for either pulpwood or logs. The more mature trees will yield a higher return.
