I thought that maybe the reason Dorit didn't return the dog to VPD was because she stupidly thought that the $5000 fine came into play if she returned the dog to VPR so she just figured that she could dump the dog elsewhere. I would like to know just how this adoption was handled by VPR. Did she just waltz in a pick out a dog and take her home? I adopted 2 kittens from a local pet rescue 2 years ago. I had to read a multiple page contract, undergo an interview where they asked all sorts of questions about my home, my financial ability to take care of the kittens, and agree to keep them as indoor cats. Yes they stressed that I had to return the cats to the pet rescue if for any reason the adoption didn't work out. I have the feeling that Dorit didn't have to do any of this. For her to claim that she didn't know about the return policy does nothing to absolve her from responsibility in this case. Just makes her look stupid. And for the love of God why would Lisa VDP need to "protect" Dorit? I really feel for Lisa because she just doesn't seem to have the heart to take on these bitches. She is grieving.

I was surprised to hear that Josh Flagg has a sister. The only info. that I found on the internet about him is that he is an only child and that he is his grandmother Edith Flagg's only grandchild. So this is a mystery.

This is something that fundamentalists have been saying for awhile now. I heard a QVC host say that about her son who was about to be married that when he was born she and her husband began to pray for a Godly wife for him. Never heard that before. That would be the last thing on my mind to pray for God to reserve a Godly spouse for a new baby. In fact this term Godly bothers me. It seems somewhat sacrilegious to refer to a human as "Godly." I am so tired of hearing about their Godly spouses.

As a public service employee Zach most likely has very good health insurance for a small premium. He probably has a pension plan and pays very little for that. I imagine life insurance through his job also. Those are the benefits of working for the government, small salary but good benefits. Being a retired state employee I also had and continue to have these benefits. He would be smart to keep that job. Reality shows are very cheap to produce. One of the housewives explained that production almost pays for trips that are part of the script. Every time they go into a store and the name is featured that's free advertisement. The Bates don't take extravagant trips and always they feature restaurants, stores and these place get free advertisement in exchange for free or reduced prices for goods and or services. Also they do receive money for participating in the show. Certainly not as much as one of the housewives but they aren't doing this for nothing. I would bet that the dumb vow renewal was paid for in large part by production.

I just watched this scene again. Kate asked one of the guests what she recommends and the guest said just let her stay there and sleep. Kate says so stay up while she sleeps? The guest says yes and proceeds to walk off to bed I assume. Kate then says hell no that's not happening. Then she says to Josiah to get the hose. So yes the guest meant for the staff to stay up all night and watch that crazy bitch.

I was impressed that they used pretty china cups and plates but it looked like they ran out of china plates and some people had paper plates. Oh and cloth tablecloths not plastic from the $ store. Their life if not for UP and TLC would have been nothing like what it is today. I don't have a problem with them having a better life. They haven't sacrificed their children's childhoods. Don't share their religious or political values at all but that's OK.
