My take: More Jet and no Malachi. Can't get fix on Darnell. Donnelly (Leary) fast talker, not going to end well for him. Still despising Bubba Gump, although his presence was minimal.

Looks like Spader's bringing in old friends. The Chairman played by Craig Bierko was Jeffrey Coho on Boston Legal. Did the four federal pall bearers get clearance from the Grave Diggers Union? And why was the body returned at night? Was it for a ghostly affect? I can't get the image of a naked Ressler rolling around in vomit out of my head. What a revolting picture to give the viewers.
-
OK That sounds plausible and relieves some of my confusion.
-
As was I. But how is she able to drive around in late model Lexus? So, I'm assuming the car and the money belonged to Escano. Although from what we've seen in the past he does some sort of business using the pink bakery boxes. Therefore I'm even more confused.

When Voight was talking to Anna he was acting like a school teacher giving her a lesson in Under Cover 101. As soon as Adrian did the deed to himself my mind switched focus to the Alex Baldwin case. Anyone else? What's up with Mr. & Mrs. Halstead always with the puzzled blank stares, and push back on Voight? They look like, gee I don't even know what they look like. Is the Micalya case over, or will it be resurrected in a few weeks? I see Ruseck still has his arm in a sling.

This is so far-fetched. It would NEVER happen IRL.
-
Does anyone care about this "romance plot" I don't. The supervisor dating/screwing/marrying a subordinate plot has been so overplayed on almost all drama shows. Let it go writers, no one cares.
-
Yes, she is. He was helping her rehab when he worked/volunteered at the drug place.

Lot of stuff going on tonight. Millionaire, Dr. Halstead, ventures into Chicago Real Estate; what could possibly go wrong? Dr. Marcel saves the day with two baby surgeries, and hits a home run with his mentor/bed partner. Dr. Charles weighs in on arranged marriage statistics & gifts his date with chocolates that he may have pilfered. The return of Dr. Asher and because Dr. Archer (her new boss) doesn't endorse her return, will she become Dr. Ash_hole? I recall she had some previous negative history with Dr. Halstead.
-
Then he can transfer to Chicago Med, The Good Doctor, The Resident, or New Amsterdam. Located in Chicago, San Diego, Atlanta, or New York respectively. Are there any medical shows in Texas?
-
IMO the guy who played Polis looked a lot like a young Scott Bakula (NCIS, N.O.)

ITA! It seems that quite a few shows [that I watch] have adopted {pun intended} the despised "baby/kids/pregnancy" drama. On another note when and why did Ana reappear? It seems she was bunking in Callen's apartment. She added no value to the episode except that she was face-timing with Callen's clone. Are the actors now doing shift work? Hannah off, Roundtree on, etc. Also, I'm hard-pressed to recall Nate.

Why do they always write the characters that are rapists as totally entitled DOUCHE BAGS?
-
I kept waiting for him to be not guilty because she was not dead and the entire caper was a stunt.
-
But now we have to deal with "Bubba Gump," who I despise about as much as I do Wheatley.
-
So tell me how the ultra racist, lily white institution winds up with a "person (female) of color" as the administrator? It just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. When I first saw Olivia talking to her I made no connection to her and the school. I thought she was part of the DA's office.
-
Absolutely infuriating, more than 50 stab wounds to the victim, not a drop of blood on the husband, and he gets "tunnel-visioned" into a conviction. What a tragedy. Those cops and the DA should have been hung from the rafters.
-
Mixed bag with not too much OTT drama except for the surgeon that head butted Dr. Marcel. What's up with that asshole? Kudos to Dr. Halstead for keeping the buck$. I'm sure he can use whatever amount he kept. Hopefully he pocketed a cool $mil and donated the $200k.

IMHO, I think they should have opted to run out this season without LeCroix's replacement and bring in McDermott to open next season. That way the L&O: OC viewers can get rid of the bad taste of Wheatley. I read the highlighted article (above) and staring me right in the face was Mr. SuperVillian with his pompous shit eating grin. I really despised that character.

Just found this over at TV Insider: What We Know About Dylan McDermott’s ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ Character: https://tinyurl.com/y7nnhsso

In addition to the fact that every arrested person MUST BE READ THE MIRANDA WARNING. However, Miranda rights do not go into effect until after an arrest is made.
-
In the past I've read that when actors choose to leave a project, especially if it is not amicable, TPTB in certain cases choose to kill off the character as a spiteful retort. I'm not saying that's what happened here, but on the other side of the coin LeCroix's replacement from L&O:OC, Wheatley/McDermott's demise was left open leaving the possibility of his return to that show.
-
ITA, but the family must have given the "go ahead" on the project and likely got a ton of money for doing it. But that's pure speculation on my part.
-
It was a known act for weeks, and it sucks how it ended, but it was predictable. Now on to the Richard Wheatley (aka Dylan McDermott) era. I'm hoping he leaves all traces of Wheatley at the L&O OC studios.

Arman was allegedly recuperating for a week. (He asked his wife in the motel how long he was "out." She said 7 days) Why would they (Hayek & Co) keep the body on ice if they didn't know Arman was alive or returning? It just makes no sense.
