Kanal's Cornucopia of Chaos? @Bridget I agree. I helped my youngest child with many of those bio projects (I will try and get a photo of the ones he did. I kept all his projects. One is from five years ago when he was 11 years old) and me being the kind of parent who always made my kids rewrite a paper (because it was messy) or retype a paper (it wasn't up to par), there was no way I was going to have my youngest turn in a project that was lacking. Usually those kind of bio projects require a lot more information about the person. My son liked to go to the craft store and buy those stickers to put on his projects. Kanal failed. It looks like minimal effort was put into that project. It is not Isaac's fault. I am sure she took over the project and didn't want any input from Jo or Vee.

I wish these girls would use birth control regardless if a condom is being used. Double guard that shit. Condoms should be used for protection from STDs, HIV, and AIDS. Bruises on kids can happen in a variety of ways. Where is the proof that those bruises came from abuse versus playing outside on the 4-wheelers, falling down, slipping near the pool, falling on the steps or any other way that a child is capable of receiving bruises without it being abuse? Without concrete proof and evidence of child abuse (which in many cases has still not been enough reason to remove a child), the courts would not accuse a parent and remove that child. CPS has been to her home over 30 times and the children remain in her care. So, as far as the system is concerned, there is nothing that warrants having the child(ren) removed from her care. Even having her newborn with marijuana in her system wasn't enough to remove her child. Although I don't think the children are safe in her care and custody, the system is on Jenelle's side until something more concrete comes up or something far worse happens. Having worked in family law, I saw many cases where children remained with a parent even after they committed far worse than Jenelle. All of Jenelle's kids have therapists.

And what exactly is Jenelle doing that the courts would view her as a irresponsible, unfit and neglectful parent who should not have custody? It takes a lot to remove a child from one parent and hand them over to someone else who is not the parent. I know we know she is not a fit parent, but in the eyes of the court, she is just a parent who may have a household that is dysfunctional, but the courts don't view a dysfunctional family as reason enough to remove a child. If that is all it took, many of the children across this country would have been removed from their parents when an adult took their case to family court. Nathan did go to court almost two years ago. He received joint custody and visitation.

Of course she is going to say Isaac has no problem with his name being changed. Anyone else recall when Kanal had Isaac's school art on her refrigerator and it had "Isaac Rivera-Lowry" written on it? I remember clearly because Kanal was obviously pushing him to write his name that way. That was around the time she was trying to cut Jo out of Isaac's life. This is her trying to control everything. Swapping your kids' names around on a whim is more of her stank and vile behavior.

I don't know about that @AmandaUnbidden re Tyler not leaving his child with Butch or April if he thought they were back to their old ways. Apparently, Butch had returned to his old ways and he had been watching Nova for quite some time. Butch was also watching his daughter's kids. Tyler himself had left his own sister, Crystal Meth, to watch Nova while he and Cate went out of town for a vacation. She didn't even show up to watch Nova, likely due to one of her drug binges. Butch was called in at the last second to watch Nova.

I keep wondering if MTV aired these episodes because they didn't have much footage to air of the two Dumb Fucks due to DF#2 getting fired. Then, Jenelle wasn't cooperating and filming her scenes. I recall an article posted here about the producers scrambling to fill the season with footage.

She expects things on her terms such as her attitude that she has had "8 years of job experience on television" and expecting a job to be handed to her immediately upon her graduating from college. As she put it, "I don't want to be filling out job applications for the next three months" when she was asked about seeking a job in the mass communications field. Yep. They are Teen Mom stars.

As I pointed out back when this TRO was filed, Maci should have filed the TRO back when the threats were initially made. I mentioned too much time had passed. There is a gap from the times he had made those threats to the time she filed the TRO where Ryan wasn't making any threats to her or her family. Maci had allowed Bentley to be around his dad and his new wife. The way the courts see it, there was no imminent threat or danger posed to her and her child. Ten months had passed after the threats were issued when she finally sought out a TRO. Ryan apparently had not been making threats because nothing is listed on the TRO other than the incidents from almost a year before. Now, the restraining order that is in effect is not one that will be enforced by the police should something happen. smdh
