Good analysis @guilfoyleatpp. I think in many ways Kanal is just like Susie. She doesn't have to be an alcoholic to mirror her own mother's behavior. So many similarities. And let's not forget, Kanal also has a father. How much of her behavior and attitude is like her dad? The mom's get dumped on so much because they are the ones who appear on the show, but the father's of these girls are just as responsible for how their children turned out. With that said, these people are no longer children. They are now full-grown adults. They are now parents themselves who are making choices that gets them a lot of side-eye and shade.

You can tell in that side-by-side photo with Leah, Chelsea's make-up is what she is wearing in that photo with her mom as she is wearing the same jacket and white t-shirt. Not sure why the make-up looks heavier in the side-by-side photo as it seems toned down in the other. Could it be the filter being used? Also, her eyebrow doesn't look real good in the close-up photo, but then it appears she is lifting her eyebrow. Look at the photo of her with her mom, the eyebrows look better. Leah's eyebrows are just bad no matter the photo. Leah's eyes look like she put globs of mascara on her fake eyelashes and it has that clumpy look. Leah looks better when she tones it down. Not sure why she is going for that bushy eyebrow look.

Kail and Jenelle do have similarities. They're abusers. If Kail were a guy (and the jury is still out on that) I am not sure she would be looked upon as a good father. I think @ghoulina hit it on the nose by pointing out it is the support system around her that makes Kail look good as far as parenting goes. If she truly had to be a parent FULL-TIME, I think Kail would have lost it long ago. More so if she didn't have the MTV money to hold her afloat.

I think you are right. Amber has no self-control. Anything can set her off. We watched how she got upset over the mere mention of paint colors. His response was so low-key and that only seemed to infuriate her more. From what I observed of Amber "elsewhere" she takes issue with anyone leaving her even if it is just to take refuge in another room. Her need to be the center of the universe means no one else can ever walk away from her. Her needs require that someone must always be at her beck-and-call. Even the needs of her newborn will cramp her style. Remember how upset she was when Leah was a newborn and Amber could not sleep? How dare a newborn's needs override her needs! Pretty much sums it up. Thank you! Another reason she is hated so much is her stance about DV. She has claimed abuse at the hands of Matt. All the while she was defending her supposed abuser by taking to social media and shutting down the "haters" who felt she was in an abusive relationship. Her other outrageous comments pertaining to DV occurred when Simon Saran took to his social media page and implored victims to not remain silent about domestic violence in response to allegations Amber made about being a DV victim AND an aggressor in her relationship: “I’ve been through domestic violence, I was the one on the other end with the domestic violence — it went both ways. However, I never opened up my mother f--king mouth about anybody ever f--king hitting me — because that’s what a real woman does.” Amber is no spokesperson by any means on the subject of DV. She has no fucking clue about the subject because 1) she is a full-blown idiot and 2) she IS AN ABUSER. She is no woman and she is certainly no mother just because she has been able to give birth. Even cows give birth and they are better mothers to their offspring.
