Diabetes? When I was first diagnosed, that was the tip-off. I've never been a napper, but on my days off, the day went something like this: get up, eat breakfast, take a one hour nap. Get up, read the paper, eat lunch, take a one hour nap. Get up, do some random stuff, take a one hour nap. Get up, fix and eat dinner, watch a little tv, go to bed. Or, it could be depression.

Yep. Started out using MyFitnessPal, and transitioned to FitBit's food log. The hardest part ---regardless of which app --- is calculating the calories for new recipes I create, like my veggie pot pie.

My friend who is a "natural physique" competitor eats like that when she's getting ready for a competition. Near the end she pretty much eliminates ALL carbs from her diet, mercifully for only a short period (merciful to those of us who have to be around her, LOL.) When she's not in competition, her food and exercise are used to help alleviate/control her RA.

Well, at least she didn't throw shade at Pittsburgh. If she did that, I'd have to rip her face off and hide it.
