Ok, I know this will get me branded as a heretic, but... I DESPISE fried potatoes in any form (other than latkes, which I sort of tolerate. ) I don't care if it's French fries, potato chips, home fries, hash browns... if it's potatoes that are fried, that's a definite pass for me. Blargh.

My biggest kitchen disaster was 30+ years ago. I'm a fan of very spicy foods. I was making an authentic Vietnamese recipe for hot and spicy chicken (following a recipe, since I'm not Vietnamese) and misread the tsp quantity of hot chili powder as TBSP. The fumes in my kitchen were so potent I couldn't breathe. No way I was going to try to eat it. Into the garbage it went, and out we went for Mexican. 😄😄

I originally saw the article on the Babylon Bee's true news site Not The Bee (they report real stuff that is so weird you'd swear it was made up.) In the story are actual tweets. I also Googled the term and the first use I saw was in a Psychology Today article from 2017.

Oh FFS. OBESITY is now being spelled OB*SITY because the words obese and obesity are "triggering. " Ditto for why Weight Watchers was changed to WW. Someone stop the world --- I want to get off.

Heh. My clothes mostly consists of cotton shorts and men's white cotton undershirts that are three sizes too large. A pair of elastic waist jeans (2 sizes too large) that i wear to the grocery store. Since Rona my excursions pretty much consist of the gym and the grocery store.

My long haired cat gets combed daily (she hates the brush and loves the comb --- wants to play with it when we're done.) The short-haired kitty that I lost the day after Thanksgiving preferred the brush.

*snort* I buy my workout stuff (other than swim wear) from Walmart and Goodwill. I do this because (1) I'm old and nobody wants to look at that (2) I'm there to work out, not show off (3) I'm trying to lose weight --- why pay a lot of money for something that hopefully will be too big in a few months (4) I'm so tight with a dollar it makes George Washington fart.

But do we need workout tights that cost $98 ? By the way, Kate Hudson's line, Fabletics, also has larger sizes but I don't think they go up to Whitney size.
