Now that's an interesting spec. I hadn't even thought of that. We do know that they're casting Rump's mother, so it could be her. If so, that would mean it's Rumple's dream. Perhaps Emma running up & yelling represents her trying to get through to him, but he's content to be in his dream world right now. Watt, Once's panel is 10 a.m. PST on Saturday.

Based on the JMo/Robert filming spoilers from today, I'm guessing it's taking place in some sort of Dark One netherworld, where the two living Dark Ones can communicate. Perhaps this mystery person is a past Dark One who somehow got the DO out of her without dying and will be the key to saving Emma. Or even dead Dark Ones can communicate in this Dark One Private Party Room netherworld. Or dream sequence.

Some info about filming today: Alright so went to the #OnceUponATime filming today and saw Jennifer, Robert and a surprise guest. It was pretty interesting ;) Jennifer and Robert in enchanted forest thing haha no we couldn't see who the other person was but she or he is new They told us it was a surprise guest and they really kept him/her hidden from us nope only Jen and Robert in enchanted forest style and costume and I didn't see the guest unfortunately I think it was a woman but not sure. Too many people on set and we were too far away [Emma's] dress was beige and green it was always the same. Emma running up to the set shouting and then she ran towards the others and the rest was behind

TCAs are rigged as all hell and so shady that even the Blue Fairy side-eyes them, but I'm thrilled that CS broke through the CW logjam and got a nomination. No way they'll win, but it's great to get some publicity for CS.

I think anyone expecting a TLK between Emma and Hook out of this storyline, or Snowing playing a main role, is going to be sorely disappointed. It's going to be the Hook's heart arc all over again -- set up for one thing, but that payoff isn't delivered. Or, heck, the first Zelena storyline, which was set up to be Emma to save them and ended up being Light Magic Regina.

Disney is planning a Prince Charming live-action movie.

But we don't know whether that aspect of the finale was planned from the start. It's also possible they added the aspect of Hook dying to try to "make up" for their complete lack of payoff in the heart arc. Either way, they're terrible writers. The options are they effed up the heart arc's payoff so badly they had to write a makeup plot later, or they deliberately withheld from viewers something they'd narratively "promised." Neither recommends them.

I'm so sorry! I'm glad you're making the effort to do things and that planting has helped some. I find weeding therapeutic, too. I mean, I hate it because it's just never-ending, but I get such a sense of accomplishment -- you can really see the difference it makes in how the beds look. Some critter is biting my grape tomatoes in half. They're like 3 feet off the ground, so it seems too tall to be the bunnies that are all over the neighborhood. And my backyard is totally fenced in, so it's not deer. I never see squirrels in my neighborhood. I can't figure it out.

They also had to know that people expected Emma to save Hook's heart -- or at least have SOMETHING to do with it! -- and they decided to forgo that.

The SQ fans are having a field day over the "forbidden fruit" line and think it means Emma is going to seduce Regina or something. My eyes roll, but I have to say, I found it pretty queerbaity, given that it was a prominent line in S1 with Regina saying, "How to get the Savior to taste my forbidden fruit?" Jeez, if even Eddy is queerbaiting now, it's going to be a long rest of the series. And, yes, Eddy, a large portion of your audience IS worried about this storyline, with good reason. Seems clear that Emma will fail in keeping the darkness from taking hold of her and will become the worst villain in all the realms, far worse than Regina or Rumple -- so we can't blame them for any of their crimes. Also, way to rip off the "Black Swan" poster, ABC graphics department.

Yeah, they'll probably just use a wig. It would really fry her hair to go from black to blonde and back to black so quickly.

Adam said on Twitter a couple of months ago that he and JMo did a commentary on one ep. Didn't say which one.

I just got home from a 13-hour 4th of July cookout party. It's the same every year. We cook out for lunch, hang out, watch the traditional campy comedy "Spirit of '76," go see fireworks, then hang out some more. I'm so glad I don't have work the next day this year!

The physical copy of the article says that Emma sacrificed herself for Regina & leaves out "and her family" that's in the online article.

Yeah, I'm not feeling it. I'm not sure what I was expecting -- maybe a touch of feathers along with black leather -- but that outfit isn't it. It's not like I wasn't expecting Regina to be the new Savior, but it still makes me want to alternately weep and flip tables. As always, they're turning Emma's storyline into really being about Regina. It would make more sense to make Rumple the new Savior, since that would be a true role reversal in this arc -- the Savior becomes the Dark One, the Dark One becomes the Savior. But even in that case, it robs Emma's family and boyfriend from playing the major roles they SHOULD have. This show frustrates me so much.
