They had ALL SUMMER to come up with the continuation scene, and THAT is what they wrote.

That sneak peek kind of sucked monkey balls. Shockingly underwhelming. I found the writing & staging incredibly clunky, and Lana didn't help stomping around and huffing like a petulant teenager whose parents told her she couldn't have the car tonight, and insulting people who were in pain. That should have been an incredibly emotional scene, and it came off as rote and cold. And, of course, the writers & Lana made it all about Regina, except for a brief bit of Hook. (Colin was legit the only one I felt emotion from.) And Hook & Regina will disagree on how to help Emma. Anyone doubt that Regina will be proven right in the end? Since it's TS, TW.

Periscope of the D23 panel if you want to watch. They show the continuation of the dagger scene at the end. IMO, you don't want to watch without a copious amount of booze. Lana & Eddy throw Jen under the bus by saying that Emma sacrificed herself for Regina. There's a LOT of Regina/Lana.

So Liam & Sinqua filmed today, and Elliott (Merlin) flew to Vancouver. I smell Camelot flashback. That would fit the "Fractured Kingdom" title. And I also wonder if this is the ep where we see our group really divided on how best to help Emma.

I ordered the Hook mug & black tank online since they didn't have either at my local Hot Topic. Went tonight to pick them up at the store -- and of course they have the mugs in now! I didn't look to see if they'd gotten anything else in because it made me cranky. I'm scared to use the mug because I fear I might break it.

It's such a shame online hate got so awful for the actors. Ginny used to post such great BTS pics.

I got to thinking. Can anybody point to A&E saying ANYTHING about Hook that wasn't a response to a direct question? I can't remember him or his role being mentioned by them in any of their spoiler talk from SDCC or articles.

Could be, but it fits with all the Regina-centric spoilers that the writers & cast have been giving out. The Merlin actor has been posting pics from Australia as recently as Sunday the 9th. He seems to have gotten there on the 6th.

Some people are assholes or idiots. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't let the show use the house anymore.

Saving Emma will be "led by Regina."

I saw somebody on Tumblr speculate that the Rumple tutoring Emma is his "soul." Since he didn't die when she became the Dark One, his soul is now attached to her because it was all tied up with the Dark One. So his body is in a coma in Storybrooke, but his soul is traipsing around Emma's mind. Which sounds utterly nightmarish, frankly. Though I'm not sure how that would work with that B&B jar Belle was carrying. Maybe it's empty now but they plan to use it for Rumple later.
