It's her first acting role, so I doubt she's going to be playing a major role. She was talking about the Fury, I believe.

Only if you have tailored trends. I was checking U.S. & Worldwide trends during the ep. "Regina" trended in the U.S. (I saw a LOT of Regina complaints, so it wasn't all Regina love that drove it.) If you don't change your trends to a location, then your trends are tailored based on who you follow and what you post. The co-writer Andrew Chambliss said on Twitter that the Dark One explained it: It doesn't work if you like the power too much. Everyone does! That is such a perfect analogy! At least, they TRY to. I have yet to want to root for Regina.

"This is Regina's first ball," Lana told Access Hollywood, of the event happening in Season 5's second episode -- "The Price." "We've never seen Regina enjoy a ball. We've seen all of our princesses and… even Emma has danced at a ball, but Regina never has, and so [the writers] wanted to give that to her." -
Fandom and Viewer Issues: "Fan" Is Short for "Fanatic"
Souris replied to Emma's topic in Once Upon A Time
In case anyone isn't aware, an Emma & CS fan named Adriane (sheriffswan on tumblr; her best friend posted this note on her account) just passed away from meningitis. She was only 21. Fans are trying to trend #WatchForAdri in her honor tonight. Colin was lovely enough to tweet about her, and JMo RTed this lovely art tribute. -

Who knows. I think they probably did try to schedule something, b/c the mag tweeted Adam at one point to be put in contact with Colin's publicist. Given that they're filming two eps at once at the moment, I imagine Colin is pretty busy. -

Fandom and Viewer Issues: "Fan" Is Short for "Fanatic"
Souris replied to Emma's topic in Once Upon A Time
It turned out that the founder of the magazine was a Swanfire fan & tweeted derogatory things about Hook during the premiere & tagged Adam in a tweet saying that Hook was useless and his character had been ruined. After that, fans didn't want Colin to do the mag and most I've seen are actually glad he's not doing it. It's a rinky-dink mag that prints only 500 issues, so it's for the best he didn't do it, IMO. -
IMO the only "chemistry" between Emma and Regina has been when they've been antagonistic. They work as foils but fall flat as friends.

Fandom and Viewer Issues: "Fan" Is Short for "Fanatic"

I think a lot of it is that some viewers simply believe what they're "told." The show LOVES Regina. The show says over & over that she's a poor wittle woobie who has suffered so much and has worked so hard to get her happy ending and she deserves everything and don't you just feel so sorry for her??? They haven't actually shown any of this onscreen, but they say it, and viewers simply accept it without bothering to examine it. It's like some people believing anything they read on the internet. Or politicians repeating lies over and over until people accept the assertions as true. -
Is blonde her natural color? If so, that's very likely connected to her pregnancy. She probably didn't want to have to keep up dying her roots over the course of the pregnancy -- a lot of women avoid hair dying during pregnancy. So, go back to her natural color and leave it at that.

So Emilie is pregnant. With Zelena's baby already plotted, I tend to think they won't write in a RB baby. That would be a lot of baby. They can just have Belle stand behind the shop counter a lot. Or sleep more. And it's not like she's on a lot anyway. -

Oh, poor, pitiful Regina! She's never been to a ball! She doesn't know how to dance! Love her, pet her, worship her! -

I see three ways it could go: 1) Emma poofs Hook to safety before he hits the ground, then they talk. This seems to be what the vast majority of people think happens, so it doesn’t require a lot of delving into. Though clearly Hook is desperate to find/reach Emma and still believes she cares for him. This is the show that had Henry deliberately eat a poisoned apple turnover and Emma jump overboard to get everyone’s attention in Neverland. They don’t shy from drastic actions. Even if they're stupid or real-world problematic. 2) The talking scene is set at some previous time, Emma doesn’t save Hook, and he ends up in the hospital -- explaining the return of Dr. Whale. We’ll see if David Anders tweets about being on set in the next couple of days. If this is the case, I imagine Hook jumping would be the totally evil “cliffhanger” for 5x08, to entice people to come back after a week’s break for the awards show on ABC Nov. 22 between eps 8 & 9. There was some thought that maybe somebody saw Emma on the roof during part of his jumping scene, though totally unconfirmed, so maybe she’s simply standing there watching him jump to his possible death and he doesn’t realize it. That would certainly show how far gone Dark Swan is, and would definitely be the darkest part of the arc. 3) Something is pushing him. I don't really put much stock in this theory because of the Gold's shop scene, where Hook is clearly desperately trying to find her. -

This person said one take looked maybe like someone was pushing him, but the next take was different and didn't. I think he jumped, perhaps to desperately prove that there's still good in Dark Swan and that she still cares for him. Let us not forget that this is the show that made Henry deliberately eat a poison apple turnover and Emma jump overboard to get everyone's attention in Neverland. Nobody can hear the dialogue or see the Hook/Dark Swan scene on the street, so no way to know if it's pre-jump or post-jump. I strongly suspect pre-jump. Or it's not actually tied to the jump at all and is a different night. -

I think Hook is trying to prove there's still good in Dark Swan by forcing her to save him. But since this is for ep 8 and not ep 10, I think she either doesn't show up or lets him fall. (According to a set stalker, the unit filming in Steveston is the first unit and is filming ep 8. The second unit was at another location filming ep 9.) Enter Dr. Whale. Also, there will be a week break in airing between 8 & 9 because ABC is airing an awards show on Nov. 22. I envision Hook jumping as the ep 8 cliffhanger. -

And that actually fits PERFECTLY for a former naval officer who knows how to waltz but who became a pirate. The accent is a holdover from his Navy days, and he still speaks in a grandiose way in some respects, but then other vocabulary he picked up as a pirate or chose to affect for the image. -

Oh, I think they noticed. Arthur and Percival shared a look. Clearly they're setting up Regina to fail at the start but she will succeed at the end in saving Emma and all the realms. This arc is about Regina's journey to be the new Savior. It's so disgusting.
