I have wondered about the change in voting for AFP. Really feels like they want to sweep everything under the rug re:Taylor bullying, it was never fully shown on the broadcast show & new voting favors casuals. We shall see.

I mean, did Mark Harmon think he was making great art on NCIS going into year 18 there? No. He & Ellen are making huge paychecks because they generate huge profits. Also, they understand that if they walk away, an entire cast, crew & staff may lose a solid gig, many of them not as secure. It’s a conundrum. Are you an ass for hanging on too long (audience) or hero for keeping going (staff). Ultimately both just decided they’ve done enough & hopefully show can go on. As for us, we all just have to decide when is enough for each of us individually.

Monte won part 2. And just like that, the spell this show had over me this summer is broken. Sigh.

Did they see the end of season 42? If so, perhaps they subconsciously saw Morriah as Maryanne & decided they couldn’t let her go through for fear of losing to her at end? i always find for most women it’s long term bad in pre-merge situations giving voice to the ‘who is weak…we need to keep tribe strong’ justification. That can bite you really quickly.

I was confused on the Hunter original reference. I’m simply assuming Turner is the only logical intended reference when they said Hunter. If there is a house guest I missed after following all season..…my bad? if there is a Hunter, could someone point him out to me:)

Nice to see the campaign to discredit a Taylor win starting early!🤷‍♀️

I think Brittany has a bit of that in her as well--she likes her best when Taylor feels as low as she does & resents her joy when it's not shared with her. I'm hopeful Brittany has time to reflect once out of the house and realize what happened, I don't think hers was mean-spirited solely.

My fantasy ending is that Monte wins final HOH & decides the best way to put Taylor further in ‘her place’ is to sit beside him at final 2 so he can show his righteousness when he is named winner & further prove his ‘superiority’ to her, only for her to win & step out of the house without a glance at him. My hope is that Taylor wins final HOH & wins, regardless of who she takes. My expectation is Turner or Monte win, most likely Monte. Sigh.

Taylor needs to step away from this Brittany mission and start working on Turner & Monte. She's onboard a sinking ship right now with Brittany trying to plug holes when the entire hull is out. I think she's so focused on winning this battle at final 3 she's missing what she needs to do to win the war. Boating & war analogies, who am I?:)

I appreciate that she is fighting and not rolling over. However, I really don't see how it would be good for Monte to keep her over Turner. Turner has shown no indication he would do anything other than take Monte at the end.

There is no such thing as a calm week with Taylor around!!

To clarify, if I might, she flirted w/ 3 men in 70+ days, has had consensual sex with only one. Seems perfectly normal, particularly when with one, it was a drunken one night flirt, immediately regretted. Who amongst us??!! . Good lord. Exhausting. I’m done here.

Oh my goodness, she’s using the M&Ms! I immediately flashed back to Vanessa who toward end game was using skittles to make patterns & holy hell, I just remember I couldn’t figure out the patterns & saw it as a ‘Brilliant Mind’ kind of thing like the movie. Man, was so disappointed she couldn’t pull out the final 3 because she was masterful in the game in so many ways, it was astonishing at times the moves she was able to make. She was also a bit frantic & messy & it was just fascinating to watch. huh. I think that’s the last season I was invested in (for this, that, other reasons)—-was she brought back for all stars or a returnee season after that?
