I would rather it is Felicity vs Cooper (who also filmed recently) than her Dad. Mainly because I think Cooper is more evil and we still don't have enough on Papa Smoak to understand his character and motivations. Also Felicity I want Papa Smoak to give a glimmer of hope to Felicity and find out more about him in S5.

BSG is one of those show which the ending makes me a little rage-y, not HIMYM rage-y, but will go into an unsolicited complaints about it if brought up in conversation (I'll spare you guys). Also I don't think I could watch it again Dexter and Justified, Mad Men all had ending which I found pretty disappointing too. Friday Night Lights, Parks & Recreations, The West Wing were all good endings for me (So glad Oliver and Felicity didn't get the Josh/Donna treatment of ship teasing for so long) Farscape's mini-series. Veronica Mars movie & books make me grateful for fandom, which really helped support getting really good endings when the TV ending were so-so.

I just can't see them killing off Malcolm until the end of Season 5, to close off that chapter of Oliver's 5 years away. Killing off the man who started it all is too much of a storytelling bookend for the writers to resist, IMO. I also think they will have Oliver kill him, because the show is called Arrow. Hopefully Thea gets a say in his fate.

Honestly AK, didn't even use it as an opportunity to promote KC appearance on the Flash or talk about what death means in a Time-Traveller's multi-verse. The worst non-answer and also takes away from other Arrow characters.

I would really, really love it, but I think S5 will maintain the same Flashback format that we have had so far unfortunately. Hopefully if it is to do with the Russian Mob, maybe they can connect better than they did in S2. I think non-linear flashbacks would be great for the show, and tie in better with everything, however they've set the pattern, so it is doubtful they will change it. Maybe in S6.

I think it's a legit issue across most shows that is being used to fuel negativity for a decision which was sound for Arrow both on screen and BTS, it seems. It's personal whether or not people support but for myself I need to decide if the main outrage is really for the issue being discussed or the character in a particular instance being killed off. For Arrow it is a decision I obviously agreed with. The one iffy thing about it was the ship baiting for O/L.

I preferred Serena with Carter Bizen though Caroline/Klaus- used to read fanfic and hope, (but doubt), I they will end up together when both shows end. I can't stand Stefan think his best chemistry was Catherine or Rebecca. Prefer Damon/Elena Mary/Matthew - Downton Abbey Minor ships: no real fandom activity Callie/mark -Greys Anatomy anti-ship Christina/Owen and Jackson/April Lydia/Styles - Teen Wolf Veronica/Logan Buffy/Angel or Cordelia/Angel and always thought Dawn/Conner would be interesting Starbuck/Apollo & Helo/Athena - Battlestar Galactica Paul FBI Agent/November - Dollhouse Hated Lorelai but preferred her with Chris Loved Juliet and Sawyer but missed early seasons of LOST

Even in the Alternate Future in LoT, Grumpy Old Man Oliver did not give the impression that he was enjoying female companionship with Felicity "gone".

I agree, if it were any other show KC would have been written out when they removed her character from the LI role. But the EPs were force to keep an element that didn't work for so long it just mades everything more painful for everyone, when they finally were able to write her out, IMO.

I'm so ready to move past Because Comics...This hiatus between the death and the funeral episode is draaaaaaaaaging so much like the slowest most painful band-aid removal ever, and even thought she is gone from the show I still have Laurel fatigue. I now wish Arrow went on hiatus at the same time as Flash so 4.18 &.19 could be shown without a break in schedule. I really hope after the city riot in Season 4, Season 5 doesn't have May = city-wide disaster, if they make Oliver Mayor I want to see him making a difference. I feel Olicity will get back together, and Felicity will not be on the team for a while longer, maybe the talk Felicity had with Curtis that was cut in 4.18 was to push him to fill in for her. Otherwise Felicity not on the team when they need to take down Dark again is crazy. It make more sense for Felicity to be back on the Team plot-wise, but character-wise saying off, trying to help people through PT and getting the relationship with Oliver right again would be good. I'm OK either way, if Felicity is in the Lair and there are sign of Olicity moving closer together, I'm happy, but MG does love his gotchas! and I think rejoining the Team Arrow the obvious answer.

Surprisingly for me the LI storyline was what made Thor weaker movies IMO. I really hope Lady Sif gets to be featured more. Blindspot isn't worth it! I really am looking forward to Batman lego movie.

I'm so behind, hulu was missing episode 9 for the longest time and I've only managed to catch up to 2.10.

"I've Got the Pictures to Prove I was There" Is really good but am I finding a lot less enjoyable fanfic of late, mainly because until BMD the show was doing a real good job for Olicity and I didn't need fanfic to supplement. Now authors are slower to update and some fic quality has dropped IMO, I'm waiting to move past in show what is happening on screen but definitely nor reading as much fic nowadays.

I lurked for years and posted sporadically on MBTV & TWOP. Shows like Roswell and occasionally Greys Anatomy read so many recaps I liked that there was a board for everything and loved the recaps but I love this Board and posting here.

I definitely want The Calculator story to come back in S5, but I think it was wrapped too early in S4, since he may have triggered Felicity's abandonment and trust issues, so I'm looking forward to Papa Smoak's return.

I don't think Donna will appear until 4.20, but I'm looking forward to it. As well as the return of Papa Smoak. It's interesting TVLine are doing spoilers on Arrow again, I think they avoided Arrow spoilers ever since the Funeral Scenes leaked.

If she is a BC fan I'm sure she can do some great stuff with Sara, it's probably a good fit for her.

I think Laurel's Death is meant to be the turning point to start moving Oliver and Felicity back to each other, I can't imagine Oliver reverting to S1 Oliver. I don't think he will be pushing her away at all.

^I agree I only watched the OC after the MB years, and Caitlyn and Julie Cooper were my favourites. I also really liked Willa as crazy teen model Agnes on Gossip Girl, I always thought they should have tried to spin her off rather than the failed backdoor 80's pilot about Lily's youth. Thea was a bit of a thankless role in season 1, but Willa brought chemistry with all her scene partners and she brought sympathy for Thea's point of view and I've enjoyed what she brings to the show. I hope she gets a stronger love interest and I'm also hoping she gets to get rid of Malcolm (not sure I want his death to haunt her) and I would like to see more of how the weird crush Anarky has on Speedy plays out....non-rmantically

I think S1 was pretty faithful to the books...I read them around 2001 while travelling, so very hazy, they do go to France in the books, but boy there is a LOT of stuff happening. I stopped during book 4, it just wasn't my thing in the end. I thought I would enjoy the TV series more, but knowing what is coming I can't be bothered with the DRAMA.
