  1. Henry is going to kill Stan or lead to his death. Henry knows...........
  2. Scully emotionally ditching "William" was something that made the most sense of the writing that occurred. Even back in season 9, Scully worried what this "child" really was and now she knows. He wasn't Mulder kids, he wasn't really CSM's kid either(I am his creator line proved that). Williams was basically half alien, created when CSM used the chip in Scully's neck to ovulate her a egg and then during En Ami, inplanted the alien "sperm" to create a organic supersoldier, which Jeffrey turned against the conspiracy when he injected him with Magnetite. That wasn't the real problem with how the series ended. The real problem was the cash grabnomics of this and Carter not putting more out in the plot line of what has really been going on since 2002. I bet he still dreams of that 125 million dollar budget blowoff that is never going to happen. Creating mysteriously plot points of what happened to 2012 invasion and why Monica is running with the new conspiracy, is just being a ass.
  3. That tells a lot. The revival was a cash grab, at least from CC/DD's view. The first mini-series was a money maker, because well, it had been awhile and people wanted to see if they still had it............ Then we have the delusion CC/DD have that Scully is just some bit character who doesn't deserve equal standing among Mulder. I bet everything GA suggested to make the revival actually worth it, was laughed away while they told her to get them some soda's.........snarkly chuckling at her. I also wonder if this preggo reborn stuff isn't CC/DD trying to bring back the original pregnancy ark from season 8, which they both wanted to be the last season, but Fox wanted to spin it with Doggett/Reyes(which failed, so a win for CC/DD!!!!!). GA having nothing to do with it. I don't see Fox reviving it again with how CC/DD handled the revival thus far. It simply doesn't hold candle in modern day TV.
  4. My guess Mulder comes back and has moved away from Scully after a violent breakup due to her being pregnant. He wants abortion because he feels the "baby" is purity trying to create a anti-William. Scully disagrees and they split. We find Mulder on the west coast, retired from the FBI, mostly boozing and depressed. Then something happens to shake, reboost his faith and he goes around the world looking for paranormal. Exciting times indeed..........
  5. Gotta give CC credit. Not only did Scully ditch William at the end essentially, a super human child who destroys purity(no wonder 2012 didn't happen, based on script outakes, it explains the explosions of CC/Syndicate members) at will, who just wants to be loved and his "mother" is saying he is freak and should be left alone..........then tells Mulder she is Pregnant at 54.....Mulder stares off looking he would rather be 100000000 miles away from Scully. William, who they think is dead, heard everything under the water, looking betrayed. You can't make this stuff up, MS series was really about William. It was very self-contained and written like somebody with ADHD. But the payoff should have been Mulder/Scully find, save William as the conspiracy closes in. Mulder gives him another shot, taking away his powers. We seem together at the end hugging, family rejoined at last. Nooooooooooo, we get some crazy messed up stuff that may have been the last episode of Xfiles.
  6. Biggest revelation was that Williams wasn't of Scully or Mulder. He was implanted by CSM and they used the chip in her neck to manipulate his DNA. Basically he is a mutant, a dangerous mutant. Typical Carter cut up mess. It should have been 90 minutes to properly flesh it out. Also looked like black oil coming out of CSM in the water............. I doubt the show returns. That probably in Carter mind is a decent send off lol.
  7. Notice that the spoilers don't mention what happens to Scully. Lets just say, it sorta completes the journey and ends Scully's personal story fwiw and mimics Mulder's at Requiem. For Mulder, the mytharc is reborn. The old is gone and the old has returned at the same time. Things are clearer now. My guess if CC/DD can turn another season out of this, it will be heavily driven mytharc heavy mini-series. Not the X-files, but sorta of a post-Xfiles with Mulder and his son battling the plague. I would love to get Patrick back for this phase, it would be interesting.
  8. Season 1/2 have a level of post-early 90's angst that never came again. By season 3 it started becoming a much lighter fare of show. Mulder also changed greatly after his "spiritual journey" into a much more self-conceited, self-absorbed character.
  9. Yeah, but the Lucifer/Chloe thing is what go the Bromance between Lucifer and Cain going. She was made by God to weaken Lucy, pure and simple. Definitely one of the goofiest episodes in this series so far.
  10. Colonization was always about the eradication of all life on earth. Which is why they were trying to create human/hybrids which could survive in the early seasons. There were different parts of the Syndicate as well. The one in "Deepthroat" that Mulder saw the ship on was one that wasn't running with CSM's crew. Carter's "dialogue" tries to make that something revelationary is going on, which is not the case. The Syndicate members that are saying the aliens don't want to mess with earth are lying to manipulate Mulder. IMO, this series is over in March.
  11. Not to gloat, but I predicted this right after the episode Requiem all those years ago. CSM was having himself some fun and I knew it. He had her eggs on hand and had it ready. Don't forget William turning the machine in the episode William either. Considering the black oil returns in the finale, my guess the colonization is happening and the other old syndicate fart was just trying to butter Mulder's wheels since they know what is coming. I suspect Scully will leave with William to live their life on the alien planet while Mulder dies. The truth can be a bitch.
  12. A lot of denial in this thread about Harmon. His long running feud with Weatherly was well known. He is quiet but deadly if you get on his bad side. Pauly looks to be on his bad side right at the shows twilight. It just doesn't look good.
  13. I suspect Dom was put on 9/5 by Santiago because of her inexperience. She has talent, but isn't a full jedi yet. That was pretty much on display during 2 seasons worth of Dom screw ups. Now she has been turned to the darkside by DA. My guess Vera's return suggests a "3rd party" is coming between the WR/DR war vs the Alderson's which has now erupted into a cold war.
  14. The longer season 3 went on, the more it detached from reality via Elliot of course it got. I think the first 3 episodes were pretty kosher. Then episode 4 began to detach from reality and then Elliot was right back to his mental state by episode 5 of pure delusions and misrememberence. I only can guess what mindbenders are in store for the finale.
  15. lol, the same episodes of Elementary are running for the 8th straight week on CBS at 11/12. That has to be a record.
  16. For a filler episode, not bad. The quips were right on(Dave Matthews Band was to music what He Man was to 80's toys. Why why why?????). It will be good to get back on schedule however.
  17. This was just a temp gig for Cliff. I suspect he returns the gratitude to Kim.
  18. Why the Preppers would give the Clark's so much power was pretty evident: They didn't expect the "kind" of dystopia. They weren't ready for it and 2 of Otto's founders already had changed themselves. They were alone and lost. Otto, being the grifter he was, did not have the place stocked for the long long term either. I think he was hoping since the Clark's had about 3+ months in the "wild" they could manage things around in this new world for the group. lol................ That is the nature of the bourgeois state, even in rebellion, your protected by its vast legal structure and processes. When it falls, we run in packs. It reminds me as one 60's radical put it "ah, you will have to trust and learn to work with each other again". I doubt this show goes past 4 seasons unless something happens to boost its quality and future viewership. I think a large reason why the pimple named Gimple was brought on as Executive Producer is to stream line this show into the actual TWD universe. It is pretty much a corpse. Erickson's flop. In his departing comments, we feel the flop come out in his words. He is pissed. But it is his own flop. He was given a wide array of choices and picked badly.
  19. I can see Sherlock "dying' in the opener with Watson,Gregson and the black guy looking down off a skyskraper, then flash backward several months.
  20. Jake and Alicia are two peas in a pod. Dreamers, idealists. Maddie and Troy, realists and mentally damaged. What could go wrong?
  21. There can't be much left of the founding ranch/colony either. The 4 founders are dead and the militia got hit hard during the fight. They need more bodies to protect and work the ranch, with plenty of Indians leftover from the fight. It is not going to end well though. Period. I think Otto was probably always a selfish, nihilistic asshole. But the end, which happened not like he thought, really brought it out. I think that was a large reason why he let Madison, is because she had "lived it". His soul was torched and she had some moxie. He liked it. The problem is, Madison sucks. Period. She can't lead anything. As we found out, she is also not a stable person. Maybe instead of fighting each other, Otto and Walker should have agreed to brain Maddie. That would have been the right move.
  22. I wonder if this season will finally mutter the words "Gaia Theory" yet? Reading TWD comic and watching parts of the show, it is pretty clear Kirkman's cause of the "zombification" of humanity was the Earth itself. It tired of the capitalistic rat race, the destruction of its ecosphere, the loss of tribe of humanity. Basically a Malthusian nightmare endgame. Maybe the Otto character will say it. Survivalist and Eco-Terrorist ideology have a crossing point in my experience back in the 70's and 80's. Of course Otto's gang of Millies will have a dark secret. It sounds like at first, Madison and her Kids will be intoxicated by the group's plans, then come to "Jesus" that they can't accept how they do it.
