I thought Cynthia’s dress was gorgeous from afar, but up close it looked cheap. And it did not flatter her profile. Al in all, this was another snooze fest.

So the fact that Brandy feels guarded around Tiffany and like she can’t be her authentic self leads me to believe she never thought she did anything truly wrong. She doesn’t seem to be able to distinguish between racist antics and having fun. I guess they’re one and the same to her.

That was a whole cringe fest. I mean... how do you face your kid’s teacher after putting all that out there? Maybe I’m just a prude. I can accept that. I do agree that Kenya was so wrong to try to out people and cast judgement - especially if she’s saying that Tanya was involved. I wasn’t clear if she was implicating Tanya in the Bolo threesome but she’s swimming in dangerous waters if that’s the case - she’s potentially jeopardizing Tanya’s long-term relationship.

The murder mystery would have been fun on the second day maybe, but not after an 8 hour bus ride. Although I did love how much fun the women were having with the “actors”.

How is it that Noelle didn’t get either of her parents’ height? I’m always surprised by how much shorter she is than Cynthia. This episode was a huge nothing burger. Although kudos to Kandi for her event.

Why did Drew and her husband think that appearing on this show was a good idea? He consistently comes across as an asshole and she consistently looks like a damn fool for putting up with him.

Was anyone able to make sense of what Elizabeth said about her condo/beach house? She keeps clothes at the condo but lives at the beach house? No entiendo.

None of these women are likeable. They come across as vapid and shallow (save for Porsha - but that’s a very recent development).

I think Wendy looked fantastic. She should stick w/shorter hair. I wasn’t sure if Gizelle’s relationship was fake until tonight. She made it painfully obvious in both her demeanor and lack of real response that it’s all for the show. I was actually embarrassed for her. Andy looked so uncomfortable during various points. I think even he was overwhelmed by the amount of shade/gossip being thrown around. And like a previous poster mentioned, I was also surprised at Ashley’s reaction to Monique. She seemed to only tolerate her and when Monique brought up the binder, Ashley tried to shut that down. I am glad they brought up the colorism issue and i wish they’d had more time to dissect it.

Michael looked so disappointed when Juan proposed to Robyn.

The promo scene for next week cracked me up. Ashely is sitting there very seriously while admitting she wrote a letter for Monique and Candiace is sitting there reacting to it in a dominatrix outfit - complete with bunny ears. Only on a housewives show! The utter ridiculousness of it all both repels and attracts me. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Wendy, stop!! So annoying. I don’t think she’ll be happy until they all genuflect and tell her how impressed they are by her many accomplishments. Ugh. Although I did love the story she told about how she got her name. More of that Wendy, please.

I can understand that. I was speaking less to mothering and more to being married to an obnoxious boor. Chris has shown himself to be uncouth, controlling and selfish. Being married to that sort is laborious.

Did Monique work to get those 4 homes, or did those homes belong to her husband? One might argue that being married to Chris is work. She may not have paid for them, but she’s earned them.

Oh, and Gizelle is so darn shady - that whole business of “mistakenly” calling Robyn’s hat line “embezzled”. With a friend like her, who needs enemies?

I wonder if Wendy cringes when she watches the show and realizes how often she mentions her degrees? Hopefully it serves as a very humbling wake up call. Side note - I actually really like Candiace’s song. I think she and the producer did a nice job.

Random thoughts: The contouring on Candiace’s face at the party was much too much. If Wendy’s husband has not had contact w/his mom, was sending the invite vía text really appropriate? I think he should have called her. And yes, why doesn’t Candiace have Bluetooth in her car? I loved Ashley’s party dress, but I’m a sucker for anything purple/pink and sparkly.

I’m impressed by Braunwyn’s honesty. I’m sure it took a lot to admit that she’s an alcoholic. I wish her peace.

Gizelle was so nasty about Karen’s homecoming parade. Completely unnecessary. And why is Gizelle saying that she didn’t realize how much Karen was going through until now? Hello?? She knew Karen lost both of her parents prior to going to Surry. She’s just terrible.

Will someone please tell me what Monique said at the end when she hugged Karen? She had such a devilish look on her face.

I feel really bad for Denise. Every time Andy mentioned her 20 year friendship with Rinna, her eyes welled up with tears. You can tell she’s very hurt by Rinna. Meanwhile, Rinna had a gleam in her eye and didn’t seem fazed by the destruction of their friendship at all. She actually seemed gleeful.

Monique can’t stand Candace. She was only using the whole fire pit thing as an excuse to get upset at her and berate her. If Michael and Ashely have an open marriage, I can’t understand why they would do a reality tv show! They had to have known their secrets would come out. Why would they open themselves up to such scrutiny?

I think it goes back to what a previous poster said (sorry, I don’t remember their name!) Dorinda is a narcissist, so John asking Tinsley’s boyfriend for money is personally embarrassing to her and thus, rage-inducing. She likely feels humiliated, especially since it was Tinsley’s boyfriend and she was already jealous of that relationship.

I love how each woman stayed true to her personal style. I think all they all looked fabulous. Probably the best reunion styling in ages.
