Actually, I think Shep deserves that downgrade. She must have pissed him off or embarrassed him. I realize that he's not a beacon of decorum, but for a guy who comes across as having some kindness, this seems really nasty to me.

I can't see Donn or Ryan orchestrating a visit solely for the purpose of irritating Vicky, but it is likely a bonus benefit.

Yes, Luann shouldn't be condemned for asking to be called "Mrs.", because if she would have given it three seconds more thought, she would have insisted on "Your Entitledness" "Countess". Bethenny and Carole have been highly condemned in this forum for their treatment of Jules, and rightfully so.
