  1. I don't cosign the blackmail theory either. I was thinking it was all storyline driven, but that wouldn't explain why they're "still together", six plus months post-taping, especially when his participation in the future of the show is highly questionable. Ashley is a perfect choice to continue with the show, regardless of any future relationship with TR, simply because of her caustic, nasty character (as seen on TV). As respulsive as the thought is, she is exactly what Bravo loves in an antagonist.
  2. I can handle brashness, I can handle vanity, and I can even handle low class. I can't handle it at 150 decibels. Problem is, ^these things comprise the Bravo contract trifecta. I lose.
  3. Oh, I think she's every bit what she's showing us. We see you Patty.
  4. I don't think we've seen evidence of her proceeds from the divorce, have we?* I have no reason to believe that $4 mil in real estate was all she got. *It's a genuine question. If we have, I missed it.
  5. So, Patty's pal is an ambassador now. However will she manage to hawk her schmattas without her? Ambassador to Poland. Shouldn't be any hazard pay with that locale. The 2017 minimum pay for ambassadors is $124,406 a year. The maximum is $187,000. Should easily keep her in Clairol Red #104. For some reason, I hadn't realized the full hideousness effect of Pat's caftan prior to viewing this photo. It's...different. Bless her heart.
  6. Interesting location for a distillation machine. Outdoors. In the elements. *cough*bullspit*cough*
  7. I'm no Ashley fan, but for me, the answer would be someone who went through the schooling and training it takes to become a nurse. js
  8. I pretty much agree that this latest legal no-no will have little consequence to Luann. That said, I have to believe that CVOM has been in her ear to fix it for a while, and only resorted to spending the money on a legal move as a last resort. Shows some stubbornness that we don't often see from Luann. Well, except for that caviar recording. Maybe that is the real Lu, and she keeps it well hidden for the cameras.
  9. Move him down to Charleston, and sign him up for Southern Charm. They could use a handsome guy, and I'm thinking they'll have an opening or two for the next season.
  10. I'm thinking that the Count & Kids are trying to ensure that their money doesn't evaporate, whether by Luann's actions, a potential suitor's/future husband's actions, or by the actions of another recession/housing crash, which could certainly happen, and make the $4 million original amount go *poof*. If the charges in the lawsuit are true and legitimate, I don't blame them for acting now. Perhaps they are taking her recent problems with alcohol more seriously than she is.
  11. My husband actually started watching RHOC waaaay back in the day, and introduced me to it. Moments before I was convinced he had lost his entire mind, I became hooked. The rest is Bravo reality TV history. Damn him! p.s.: He loved the original Basketball Wives. I can't. I just can't with him.
  12. Can't even remotely imagine him raising Ravenel's spawn.
  13. I understood all of ^this, I was just speculating that since he didn't file suit after the sale of the home prior to this which, as you say, she was supposed to set up the trust per the dd, then perhaps he has some concerns about her social activities/lifestyle choices preventing her from doing the right thing this time as well.
  14. I get that, but how about just run the damn trailer, like every other network does. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  15. If Luann is indeed dating, even if only semi-seriously, I would say that is likely the impetus of the lawsuit. Count VonOpenMarriage might think he sees a pattern of irresponsibility that could threaten his children's inheritance. Purely speculation. If so, I wouldn't blame him.
  16. I believe what she's dealing with is Bravoitis; the desire to monetize one's appearance on a reality show by hawking merchandise while filming scenes, in this case, unattractive schmattas. I'm thankful that she didn't just bedazzle one of those stupid pug caftans at least.
  17. At the time of taping this episode he hadn't been sworn in, but I'm pretty sure he has been in real time. The photo was posted in a thread somewhere, perhaps his thread?
