Not only is he the hot one, his story with Alex is the only interesting thing on the show. The stuff in Montana is just a bunch of miserable people being miserable! Generally, I'm a fan of westerns, but the Hemingway-esque African adventure/romance is a better story than the usual western shenangans.

It was nice to see the rest of the gang again, but the show is dull without William. As for next week's episode, I suspect William knows Arabella is running some sort of con.

This felt like an episode made to keep the show under budget. 👎 It wasn't horrible, but I doubt I watch it again.

The superhero conversation between Eddie and her partner at the beginning was recycled from a past episode. I remember Eddie and Jamie saying almost those exact words (especially the part about Peter Parker being a native New Yorker) before they were married.

I think you are right, but it made for mostly boring TV. And I still can't figure out why he wasted an entire episode on the Fayeds. I'll watch next season even thou I think most of the casting was a misfire. The two best were Debecki and Jonny Lee Miller and neither of them will be around for season 6. ☹️

Di liked to play the victim, but I wonder if an acknowledgement from the Queen that Charles had wronged her might have gone a long way to improve relations between Di, the royals, and the firm.

I agree. I keep thinking QEII is a victim of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Imelda looks nothing like her. Olivia didn't look much like her either, but I didn't find her off putting. Claire is still the standard bearer. This episode was pretty meh.......

I think giving Charles the hero's edit was the point, but in real life it wasn't like that. I remember him looking pretty ridiculous in that interview. I'm not sure which was worse Charles and Andrew Parker-Bowles making small talk on the phone or Camilla and Andrew watching the interview together. The phone call was revolting when I was a teen, as an adult it's pathetic.🙄

An entire episode for the Fayeds and nothing for Anne's wedding, kidnapping, or Olympics. We've never even seen her first husband! Plus, we've barely even seen Fergie and she hasn't even had a line. So far season 5 is a bust.

I don't like Jonathan Pryce as Phillip. He looks too old and frail compared to what the real deal looked like in the early 1990s.

I'm not digging the new cast at all. That guy playing Phillip seems older and dowdier than the real Phillip did in his 90s. I don't think they've got the makeup right for Liz either, but Jonny Lee Miller is stealing the show as the PM.
