  1. Nicole Kidman's blank expressions take me out of the show. I wish she never had done the plastic surgery because it reminded of that Simpson scene where Homer sucks on a lemon and goes I don't know.
  2. And someone rightfully criticized Scott Baio and Jon Voigt in that horrid movie together. They deserved that criticism. Jesus, Voigt's speech had so many inaccuracies that I just shook my head.
  3. And Bill should quit the open arms to Trump supporters. As if that would work at all. I don't get this kumbuya mantra he has all of a sudden. Makes zero sense.
  4. They are running out of puzzle clues. It's that obvious. I must admit, I am a little spooked out with the arm in arm intro that Pat and Vanna always do. I know it is WOF tradition for years, but during a pandemic?!? And Pat had an operation not too long ago. I know they get tested, but still.......I don't know.
  5. I had to fast forward the lawyer. She was beyond annoying, all smiles and such. I was glad her part was over.
  6. That sucks! Hope they are okay. I noticed their skin tone was off in the first two episodes.
  7. When you said he swore like a sailor, I have to think of that guest spot in OITNB.
  8. Here is a story about Alex's pancreatic cancer diagnosis from his wife of 30 years, Jean.
  9. So we have two game show hosts still around from the 60s-70s era of television like Chuck Woollery and Bob Barker, leaving only one voiceover announcer Johnny Gilbert, who is in his 90s! There is not a lot of those from that era and they are slowly dying off. I am watching a lot of those 60s game show hosts and it is sad how most are not around at all. I was shocked that Trebek began hosting in the 60s! He really was there for a long time as game show host on different shows. Quite a longevity for someone like him.
  10. The one playing the son is from A Quiet Place and Ford VS Ferrari. I think Noah Jupe is his name!
  11. Absolutely! In the past, SNL, In Living Color, and Mad TV made fun of political people at various times, but it wasn't like overboard or to the point of repeating the same mantra again. I think the problem us the writing itself.
  12. Well, outnumbering was the only way to defeat him for not gaining another 4 years. By 4,000,000, that is. Say what you want, but we didn’t it give up. True, the outcome was not the best outcome we had for, but I think we had no chance to turn it all back.
  13. Johnny Gilbert is 96 years old, too! It is going to be weird for me not hearing Alex saying Thank you, Johnny Gilbert or Johnny Gilbert introducing Alex Trebek. It is going to be a totally different atmosphere.
  14. Norm Crosby, comedian and master of malaprops, passes away at age 93
  15. And so many guest spots on so many shows and this was not half of them. The Mama's Family episode still remains my favorite to this day.
  16. And I saw a James commercial recently and now hearing the news of Trebek's passing is just too much.
  17. Wow....I guess Friday was his last appearance then. My condolences to his family.
  18. I wonder what Chapelle would say. His monologue would be interesting.
  19. But she was pretty in the 60s. Still looks good.
