  1. I think Jim definitely has a Napoleon complex...what was the comment he made to Andy? Something about if you cross him, it will be "scorched earth"?? Geez, I'd hate to be his neighbor!! He also contradicted himself during his rantings. First he said that everyone should be treated equally, men or women, and there should be no difference in how you speak to someone because they are a man or a woman. Then, when Joe Gorga was getting angry and Jim was throwing back Joe's words about Teresa (scum, etc.), he told Joe that he should "treat Teresa like the lady she is".....so, which is it, douchebag??? And fake, sarcastic laughing and the hands and arms flailing in the air....I though Melissa was going to whacked in the head at least four or five times!! (Amber's acting coach must be soooo proud!!!!) :-)
  2. That was a stupid comment, but I think that Nicole is not quite as foolish or stupid as people perceive her to be. Aside from that, I thought she was pretty well-spoken. And, call me a fool, but I kind of like Bobby....and I believe his replies about the photos that were obviously lifted from his FB/Instagram accounts and printed from a computer printer that "Mr. Evidence" Jim-twit brought. And, one more thing - I do wish that both Nicole and Teresa would learn the proper pronunciation of the work "ask" - that is one of my super-huge pet peeves!!!!
  3. Does anyone know how old Jim and Amber are? I thought her comment to Nicole (or Teressa-?) about being "45 and acting her age, not looking like Skeletor" was pretty rude. I also have to wonder about Jim - I think he said that he graduated law school in 2001? So, in thirteen years, he managed to graduate law school, get married, be a douchebag, have two sons, work for a pharma company, be a douchebag, blow the whistle on said pharma company (and be involved in the scam), be a douchebag, make tons of money, get divorced, be a douchebag, get remarried, have more kids (one or two - I'm not sure), start up one mortgage company that got in trouble (or, at least, his employees and maybe his ex-wife were involved in trouble), be a douchebag, start up another mortgage company, make tons of money, advise attorneys on mortgage fraud and investigations, still be a douchebag, and all the while, support his 2nd wife while she was going through "the cancer", and yet, still maintain his douchebaggery.....What a fucking superman!!! He accomplished a lot in a short 13 years....
  4. Yeah - I couldn't figure that all out....he went to law school and graduated, but never took the bar - and then, he took the bar exam in 2013, and is awaiting approvals? And, he didn't become a lawyer because he was making more money in mortgages (I also don't know how that was possible during the years of 2008 - 2011) - but, wasn't he working for a pharmaceutical company and got in trouble BEFORE he got involved in his rinky-dink mortgage place??
  5. I agree - Amber didn't bother me too, too much during the season, except for the constant cancer reminder, but after tonight, I've changed my mind - she is just as bad as he is. Neither of them displayed good Catholic behavior tonight, that's for sure!!! I cannot imagine how they can have any friends in real life with their attitudes. ETA - Because I am a glutton for punishment, I will probably watch, though....LOL!!
  6. Not just him - but I think that everyone was cringing when Teresa answered that question - and, I think they were really cringing for her. You could almost see Melissa and Dina trying to send her a silent signal of "Just shut your mouth - you're making yourself look worse"!!!
  7. I am wondering if or when they will start filming Season 7? The last couple of seasons, we have seen Christmas with the New Jersey housewives. Given all that is going on with Teresa, I wonder if they will start filming before the holidays, and on, thereby showing Teresa "going away", or if they will wait until after....OR, if the show will continue at all???
  8. I don't tweet, but I have read, with amazement, Jim's Twitter account....he is unbelievable. I actually think I'm more on the side of Bobby in all of this, but that just could be because I loathe Jim so much. I think that Jim is jealous of Bobby. Bobby is taller, better looking, has more money, and can probably be charming, I'm sure. I also think that Jim suffers badly from "pot meet kettle-itis", as he seems to know quite a bit about what everyone on the RHNJ is doing when camera isn't rolling... Oh, and those photos he pulls up - it looked like they were all taken at the same place, so maybe it was a publicity party of some sort that they all attended? I don't believe for one minute that Victoria Gotti showed up, despite the rumors. There would have been pictures leaked, or something. I really want to hear what Rino has to say about that whole thing.
  9. Oh, my!!! Although, I would classify that more of a nightmare than a dream, LOL!!!! Hope it was as short as Jim's....ummm....shortcomings!! ;-) ETA - Oh boy, didn't even realize my double entendre with "shortcomings" until after I posted that, LOL!!
  10. I really hope that Teresa and Joe is not, yet again, the complete focus of the entire hour. I really want to hear more about the rest of the housewives. I saw a couple of clips on Bravo, and it looks like Little Jim hasn't changed much. I also want to see how they address the Rino/Santa rumor. To be honest, I am a little tired of never-ending incessant talk about Teresa and Joe and their legal problems. Andy should just realize that she is not going get down on her hands and knees to beg forgiveness - he should just get over it and move on. In all fairness, I know that this is the biggest story Bravo/Housewives/Andy have ever had, and they are sinking their teeth into it like a starving man at an all you can eat buffet, but there are four other women on this show, and they all deserve time to answer questions and address their behaviors.
  11. That's how I remember it, too - I think Teresa's point was to have Andy admit that doing the show with family can be bad. It was a stupid comment by Teresa, because, of course, the obvious answer is exactly what he said - "You don't have to do the show".
  12. Copa - I've eaten at his Little Italy restaurant (once) and the Brooklyn restaurant, Ponte Vecchio, (several times) and I can attest to the deliciousness of the food at both!! Now, this was before I even knew who Rino was, so can't recall whether he was there or not, unfortunately. If the restaurant in New Jersey does open (not exactly sure where near/in Colts Neck it is), I will definitely be checking that one out, too!! :-)
  13. I just read Massimo's bio on the Bravo website - his family did leave Croatia when he was young and settled in Italy.
  14. I was pleasantly surprised that this show was not as bad as I thought it would/could be - I laughed out loud at several scenes. I thought Massimo and Fawni in Target was hysterical. Massimo, in particular, made me laugh many times ("I'm dressed in Target colors so you won't feel lonely...." LOL) Fawni seems very nice, but, not sure because of her claim of wanting to "fuck everything she touches"... There is something to love/hate about the Jannick, the jewelry guy - I think he's handsome, but I also think he may be a little full of himself. Also, dating a girl for three years, and not putting a ring on it, yet?? Seriously?? Bleona - I don't know - she is coming off pretty badly, as a spoiled brat with no respect for anyone, even her parents - I don't know what type of fame she had in Albania, but she's chasing a dream here - she seems a little old to think she can be the next pop princess!! The rest, well, I don't have an opinion right now. I think this show will be good for a few laughs, though - I'll keep tuning in!! It's a nice diversion from the usual "sturm und drang" of the Housewives!!!
  15. Sometimes, I think of all these women (from all franchises) as marionettes, and Andy up above, behind a curtain, pulling their strings, with the paycheck being the main string attached to them all. None of them seem to interact organically or spontaneously anymore, at least on camera~~they seen to do what they think he wants them to do, just to secure their status (and paycheck, of course).
  16. Of course she would, and then, Jac would blame Teresa for "making" her jump off the bridge, and then fake-cry, text and tweet about it ad nauseum.... :-)
  17. I agree!! Now, to me, that would be a "Real" housewife (well, maybe not the husband in jail part), but dealing with essentially being a single Mom, living in a modest home, etc. would be interesting.
  18. He's "first and foremost, a real estate developer"...didn't you know that, LOL!! That's what Melissa said when Andy asked her how the document shredding/destroying business was doing. She said that was just one of the businesses that Joe has invested in, and didn't really seem to have too much knowledge about if the business is currently successful. I, too, wonder where their money is coming from, although I do think that they don't front as much as some of the others. Melissa is good at deflecting and giving non-answers.
  19. I agree!! :-) I hope that when it is Amber's "turn" for her Q&A session, someone will have asked that. It probably should have been included in the "Housewives' Mispronunciations" segment.
  20. I agree with you, but on the other hand, I have little respect for Andy, too. Andy, imo, loves all of the stuff that goes on off-camera with the housewives (all franchises), because to him, it equates to more ratings and more money. I know that is the bottom line for any producer or executive producers, whatever, and as you said, and as he basically said, it is the housewife's choice to allow the cameras into their lives. My point really, was, that Teresa and Joe were still processing the fact that they are both going to prison. I firmly believe that neither of them thought that Teresa would be going anywhere, except maybe home arrest up until the day of sentencing. They had just done an extensive interview with Andy, one on one, so he could see what they were going through. She was very subdued and at times, looked visibly shaken, imo. I honestly think that Teresa was doing her best to not fall apart and become a dripping puddle of emotional mess on the floor, and that is why she got up and walked away. Other housewives have done it, for far less reasoning and he allowed it, so why hold Teresa to a more stringent policy than the others?
  21. No, but I actually like Amber's definition - "midget tyrant"....wonder if that will be Jim's new "bedroom" name?? :-)
  22. I also wonder if that was the first time Teresa was seeing that clip of Kathy, Richie, Rosie and their Mom. As you said, she was still in shock at the point of the taping of the Reunion. I can totallly understand how that could have upset her, if that was the first time she saw that, and I don't blame her for walking off and trying to keep her composure. She didn't scream, curse, flip a table (or Andy). She didn't insist that they NOT discuss it (the way Ramona from RHNY did about her marriage). She removed herself from the situation, and allowed them to discuss it, just without her there. She was not part of the scene they were discussing, even thought the scene was about her. I think she was trying to be the better person in that one situation, escpecially given that she knew that more of this would be discussed once Joe and the rest of the men came on set. I know Teresa and Joe are guilty and they never should have done what they did, but it's done and they will serve the time and punishment that the judge felt was appropriate. Whether they learn from it, or show remorse is entirely up to them. Actually, I feel that Andy is absolutely milking this for all it is worth, and he is intentionally trying to get her to snap by humiliating her even more. (I also think that Teresa may have had some "pharmaceutical assistance" during the filming of the reunion.) As far as Jac not showing at the Reunion, I wonder if that may have been one of the terms that Dina set forth when she found out that Jac would be filming. Jac's part on this season wasn't even what I would call "friend of" status - it was more like "friend of a friend (Kathy)" status, so I, for one, was glad she wasn't at the Reunion. Her crying without tears, pointy fingers and screaming insults are something I'm glad I won't have to see.
  23. I noticed that in one of the scenes where Kathy had her hair pulled back in a pony tail that she also has a very low hairline and small forehead. Not as bad as Teresa's, but it's lower than what could be considered normal. Kathy, most of the time, wears a side-swept bang, so it's not as noticeable.
  24. Great post--all of it--but this part that I bolded may show why Dina and Teresa get along so well - so much of this could also pertain to Teresa and her brother and her brother's wife, as well.
  25. I think she mis-spoke and meant to say 1/12 of an inch....(oh wait, Andy didn't ask her the size of Jim's penis, did he??) ;-)
