  1. Maybe that's the intention, lol! Of course, if that's the case and they are all inconsequential and expendable, it really lends credence to the notion that RM has completely lost the plot when it comes to crafting a well reasoned narrative. WHAT!!!!.......Is This?!!! I need to track that down now!
  2. I didn't think of it but you're probably right.
  3. That was awesomely surreal! Fantastic, LOL!
  4. Every single word of this rings true for me.
  5. Ha Ha, Yeah. I ended up binging it all in one night. Have to say, Kevin did grow on me. They had me guessing the whole way through and the ultimate reveal was a nice twist. I didn't expect any of that at all.
  6. Oh, ok no worries. You may very well be right. I wouldn't know either way, I'm Canadian, LOL!
  7. I'll keep watching but it hasn't hooked me from the start the way season one did. Now that the new character introductions are out of the way, Sam and Peter need to take center stage because Kevin McClain is nowhere near as compelling or amusing a character as Dylan Maxwell was. Also, there's not much that makes me squeamish but this, for some reason, was a little too gross...I think it was because the testimonials and cut in footage went on so long. I was like "ok, I get it, enough with all the shitting." Speaking of the cut in footage, were those supposed to be reenactments?; I can't imagine a school having that many cameras installed, let alone cameras at all. One other thing that bothered me was the "two other crimes". Were they the exact same, just at different school functions? That felt tacked on at the last minute, given that no other details or circumstances were mentioned, compared to the first event detailing how some people had altered their normal routine or that some people were away that day, etc. Hopefully it's addressed in subsequent episodes.
  8. I hadn't seen that final opre clip, that was great.
  9. It really is pretty fantastic...just looking over the albums available on Itunes and it looks like they've started issuing individual character albums. Juliette has a couple, Maddie and Daphne have one, Scarlett.... I'm listening to some samples and getting all nostalgic already....It's kind of a bummer, lol. Looks like I might be spending some money as well, ha!
  10. No problem, Enjoy. It's worth it for the last ten minutes or so alone, I think.
  11. Yeah, that does seem strange...I think I read where CMT is restructuring, not sure if or why that would affect on demand, but maybe. Also, I just double checked, the $2.99 is for HD, you can also get it in SD for $1.99.
  12. It's available on Itunes, $2.99 per episode. Or, If you're comfortable with it and/or know how, you could torrent it for free, I suppose.
  13. Yeah, it didn't really register why at the time, but that was weird. Huh? Who are they, Martha Witchiepoo's walker weapon's? I don't get the reference. It is wrong, but sooooo right Lol LOL! She kind of deserved it in the beginning, I'll admit, but I don't get all the Charlie hate so much anymore. I think she's a pretty good little actress and, let's face it, she DID do us the favor of getting rid of Nick...... :D Well.....to be fair, the poor guy didn't write it. He probably didn't even have a choice of scripts, they probably just booked him and handed him one. The look in his eyes in that first still frame almost seems to say that he can't believe it either, lol!
  14. I didn't even remember THAT.....thank god for this board, lol!
  15. The Plan was to use the car horn to attract the walkers into the water as bait for the alligator so they could cross without the alligator going after them. When the horn died the alligator seemed to immediately sense their escape and made a be line for them. Having John fire into the air I assume was to get the remaining walkers to continue making their way into the water as gator bait but the whole thing was pretty nonsensical.
  16. The best guess I've been able to come up with is that the way she has them collared around the neck somehow chokes off their voice box/vocal chords. .....No idea on question number 2, lol.
  17. What a fool I am, I really thought I was going to be the one to say it, LMAO! I literally said "this is so stupid" out loud to my empty apartment. It was compounded by the thought, 'why were no red flags raised among all the drivers and Polar Bear when their associates all started disappearing and why didn't they start working in teams of two, if not from the beginning then at least once guys started to go missing?'. I think you'd be hard pressed to successfully treat that injury even if the world was fine and dandy and you had the best medical team in the greatest facility at your full disposal. Any way you slice it, dude was a goner. Even in shock and denial you'd know it on some level. Fresh off of 12 Monkeys, it was great to see him on board and I was excited to see another decent actor sign on. He was a bit selfish at times and could be wishy washy with his allegiance and levels of respect but I would've liked him to stick around a while longer and I hope he goes out somewhat redeeming himself by going to help Al get up to the roof. I could have sworn they shoved some kind of steel rod or something through the door handles as well that should have held at least a little while longer but I agree the gurney bed was ridiculous. That was hilarious, thanks for the laugh!
  18. I thought about that - could be that the other mile markers have been torn down over time... Maybe... but wouldn't the crew have mentioned it? "Hey buddy....we're at mile marker 27, meet us there. Careful as you go though...there's a few missing until you hit 21, then you're gold.". The way it went down was just a little too convenient. Perhaps the episode title was really an homage to the writing. ;)
  19. Exactly what I was thinking. Where do you draw the line? With all the nature noises in that location, they should have been turning in circles, lol.
  20. i assume the walkers refocused on the sound of the bird squawking after the car horn stopped. IIRC, John Dorie mentioned the bird several times and I couldn't figure out why until that moment. Could we still hear the bird squawking at that point , though? I don't remember being able to hear it with everything else that was happening but I suppose it's a sound theory. It seems a bit ridiculous to have that kind of exposition in place to justify odd walker behavior but I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility.
  21. Guaranteed that's what he meant, nothing more will come of it.
  22. I quite enjoyed last year, for the most part, but this was a thousand times better and just all around a whole lot of fun! It managed to be both creepy and hilarious. Even before the opening credits rolled I felt like I could already watch it again. To comment much more would be redundant as most of you have said what I was going to say. Joan Collins was a welcome surprise,, not that I was ever a Dynasty fan, but simply as a television icon and I loved that she seemed to relish in lampooning her Alexis Carrington image. One thing I am curious about, IMDb lists both Emma Roberts and Cheyenne Jackson in the cast for this episode but I didn't notice either of them during the show. Was it a blink and you miss it moment or is the cast information wrong? I hope we don't have to wait too long for the HOUSE/Coven connection to manifest.
  23. You're welcome! I like to inject some positivity when I can, but man, it's tough, LOL! It's a perfect example to explain "disbelief" as the proper use of that term. Their actions were unrealistic, therefor, you disbelieve that they would act that way; in order to find it acceptable behavior, you must "suspend disbelief", or, in other words, stop yourself from finding it unbelievable in order to enjoy the story. The thing about this scene was, essentially they were background that should have been inconsequential at that point and it was comical that their actions drew the focus from John and Strand. The fact that they are inconsequential forces you to have to suspend your disbelief in order to refocus on the main characters and their current dilemma.
  24. Thank you for using this correctly! Everybody always seems to say belief instead of disbelief and it drives me nuts, lol! Exactly! I would have found it more believable if they kept heading right into the water or just stopped at the waters edge and stood there like the brain dead things they are.
  25. They definitely SHOULD have as much experience....but they don't seem to ACT like it, much of the time. Whether it's being written that way intentionally or it's life affecting art in the sense that the show hasn't been on as long so the writers are still in that mode of thinking the characters haven't been in universe as long, they should or could have found someone from the original Fear group to take up the leadership mantle. I suspect It's a convenient way to have Morgan transition to the new show without it being a pointless move, other than to hopefully bolster ratings with a familiar, mostly beloved character from the flagship show.
