I found a weird casualty of the government shutdown. I still have a landline at home and use the Do Not Call Registry for unwanted phone calls. The website is not in service.

I'd like to know how anyone could keep the strings from strangling everything in the washer. You'd end up with one huge mess of clothes after the spin cycle.
