  1. If anyone still has cable tv Just checked them out and now they are $69.99 now on ebay and at Walmart
  2. Just saw "Meet By-product" episode where Doug first meets Carrie. If you have it on DVD can you check out this one little item for me? Near the beginning when Doug was working outside as the "Bouncer", there was this guy with a goatee standing at the front of the line (with no dialogue). Is this the same guy who played another driver "Tim Murphy" who did impressions, the episode was "Entertainment Weakly". These episodes are like 4-5 years apart. But tell me what you all think?
  3. SVU should have also picked up Pembleton besides Munch as characters. But I guess they only have so much time for dialogue and most of it going to "you know who".
  4. What's up with these good black actors appearing to die suddenly to us viewers. It always saddens me when I take their talent for granted and then they are suddenly gone. They need to run Brooklyn 99 episodes along with Homicide: Life on the Streets episodes. I felt the same way when Lance Reddick past away so suddenly.
  5. I don't have streaming, I am back in the stone age and have cable. I had problem with GET for a while, I should tell Buckeye Cable in Toledo, Ohio to give me access to another channel until it gets fixed.
  6. I wonder if the studio or NBC has to redo all the contracts now with the actors, because I don't think they agreed on exact numbers, just a promise that actors will get a bigger piece of the pie now.
  7. A cable system in our area has trouble with the audio, but they say it's no them but the source. Are you having any problems with the sound in your area?
  8. If you want to watch episodes of Perry Mason and you don't have the series on DVD. suggest you watch the episodes on Freevee than Pluto. The episodes on Freevee (as far as I know) they are the entire episodes, whereas Pluto has the edited ones. Probably for the commercials, just like they do for regular TV.
  9. This episode to me is just a complete opposite of what the majority of the episodes were all about. Where Doug almost always lies to Carrie or tries to hide something from Carrie. Did you notice how Doug felt justified in feeling morally superior to Carrie when he said he would of told her about his fling or two, if he had one.
  10. Another long time part-time quality regular lost to us!
  11. At the Restaurant, Della bluntly says how far would you for for a friend, and then she mentions 25,000. He pulls out a check and makes it out for the 25,000 amount and tells Della, without questions and with out thanks and Della feels like she is 3 inches tall.
  12. They finally found a regular spot with him and Danny when those two buddies play off some of the gay jokes in a couple of episodes. It's just would many of these gay jokes be acceptable today
  13. It was so good if you just accept it and the natural flow of the action. But at the end, when Doug gets fooled at the end, he runs out to his car. How does Spence know that Doug was going to be chased to his car by the waitress? But it was a great effect when Spence comes out of the shadows of the backseat to surprise Doug.
  14. Hasn't there been some situations where Perry didn't want to put up with the BS and help Della out which I thought he would do anything for Della. The gorlla episode and the ceramic Weary Watch Dog episode?
  15. He will definitely be missed for his quality of acting, along with his longevity!
  16. Sorry you had a tough time sleeping that night and I hope you get plenty of sleep before the next episode "Caretaker's Cat". That was a good one. Did you notice that James Hing as he was lighting the fire to the house? The propmen over did it with the gasoline and it caught Benson Fong off guard for a second.
  17. Did the intro to this episode (Toupee) make any sense at all when it came to the surprise return of the company's owner? They didn't explain much about it, except that they inferred he ran off with the plant manager's wife and was gone for two years and the owner felt like he didn't have to explain himself, but that his wife must explain herself.
  18. Those purple nurples were addressed when Doug went to and over eaters group, but ended up in Men in Abusive Relationship group.
  19. I don't know if they would be allowed to show a few of these episodes, because they are so close to being offensive to today's audience. Someone would definitely be offended today, but would the producers knuckle under to some of these overly sensitive groups?
  20. I think this is from the Perry Mason shows on the Sundance Channel that are on over night
  21. Does this mean the Lifetime Movie Network and Law & Order SVU will be making better movies and episodes (respectively) now that their extreme cheapness have been exposed?
  22. I seem to remember some 35 years ago, there was another actors strike or something like that. I also remember that ABC (I think?) made up some kind of circus programming. Circuses from all over the world were highlighted for a one or two hour special each week for a couple of months. I wonder if they will do that again.
  23. From Youtube, Hargitay seems to be on the side of the writers here. But I wonder what side she will take considering the actors are striking against the producers and executive producers.
  24. Is the Chief acting like too much like the biggest jerk of all time.?Why wasn't Benson there to talk to the 14 year old kid's mom? It seems like she would be the best one to sympathize with her because they both have sons?
  25. I wonder how this will affect SVU https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/hollywood-writers-vote-whether-negotiators-111240429.html
