I love Celia's name too! GG fan here, and my 30-something daughter grew up watching it with me. But my favorite things about our Celia: her avatar, and her wit. Cackling at her posts is a huge plus, too.

I remember hearing about 2 refrigerators, but not 2 complete kitchens. I learn a lot here. Well, it's true Meri may need 2 kitchens for when mom Bonnie or MarAudge come to visit. We can't expect her to share, since someone may repeat Janelle's fatal error, and stack the cups the 'wrong' way.

Either which way, I would resent the hell out of my family, if I were Jana. She must be looking forward to a heavenly reward.

I'm half-German, and don't like German food, as a rule. My mom only made sauerkraut a few times that I remember, and I'm thankful that she never made me eat it. Mr. Xword, who is not one bit German, likes most German food, except for German Potato Salad. Too vinegary, or something. I've never heard of Kibbeh, but now I want to make some.

That's what I think. I've seen houses for sale with 2 kitchens, and I've always thought it was a mother-in-law type set-up. AFAIK, no poly families live in my community, but what do I know? Anything's possible.

We're on the tail end of a complete kitchen remodel. I could not wait to get rid of those dark cabinets, especially. I think Janelle's kitchen looks depressing, like she doesn't want or plan to spend a lot of time there.

I earned 93 credits (3 PE credits were required) to get my AAS. One had to earn 20/20/15 credits in three areas: Social Science, Natural Science, and Humanities. The remainder could be electives, or additional credits in the three areas mentioned. Of course, I graduated from the community college I attended in 1976, so it's probably all different now. My AAS afforded me junior year admission status at the local University. Yep, Lauren will be another Jessa. She's going to be the decision maker, behind a facade of keeping sweet.

I so identify with the homemaker ADD. I'm famous for starting a task, and noticing something else that needs done, so I do it, and if the original thought gets completed in the same day, I call it good. I do have mild OCD for which I take medication (also for depression) so it's probably all connected. Like you, I never had diapers or anything stinky just sitting around. Those things get disposed of quickly. We are pack rats, but unlike a lot of people on Hoarders, garbage gets taken out at least daily. Clutter is one thing, filth (and room to walk around the house) is quite another.
