It's hard for me to get excited about Mykelti's news when we've already seen the twins in real life and not just on the scans.

Hi guys! Ready for another fun episode? Christine's 50th b'day party without Kody and Robyn. Why the hell would they be invited?

Yep, he said it, but it didn't make sense to me either. Being in limbo is one thing, but what's the pun? I have no idea. Of course, it was Kody who said it so that could explain a lot.

Nah, he and Crybrows prefer to make everyone sit outside in coats for any visiting.

According to Kody, apparently hundreds. And she chose Kody. I wonder how long it took to start regretting that choice.

Didn't Christine throw Truely a birthday party in Utah? I would expect so even if we didn't see it filmed. That would make what Kody and Crybrows did look even more miserable.

They always were, they're just now figuring it out and blabbing it all over the net in "exclusive" clips.

To be fair, the fathering they've had since they were teens and older was biased, skewed, and hurtful. The sons don't need THAT kind of fathering except as examples of what not to do with their own kids.

But don't you realize that the point (in his mind) is that he shouldn't have to do any work at all? He is the Pater Familias and everyone needs to recognize his importance as head of the family and take all the effort to maintain relationships that he forgot he had!

Agreed. We had the advantage of seeing Kody say over and over and over in TH segments that he was finished with Meri, but she didn't get the words until this episode. Meri is a very literal person who needs to see and hear things for herself. Well, except for the catfishing incident, which probably really made her turn inward and less trusting of what she thinks is going on around her. She needed to hear the words directly from Kody that he didn't want any kind of a relationship with her. He's a shit for not doing it long ago, and even more so for deciding to do it on their anniversary. But at least he did and she heard it.

Everyone in the family sees that Kody is a different person. Kody blames everyone else because he is perfect.

I don't know anyone's number anymore because they're all keyed into the phone. I would think Robyn would have added all the kids into his phone for him.

And once again we have Kody waiting for a child to reach out to him instead of picking up the phone that goes both ways and calling HER. Robyn needs to explain to him how that works. If he wants to talk with her and maintain a relationship, he has to do some of the work.

It's so weird to hear all of their excitement about Mykelti's twin pregnancy since we've seen them already.

Ha. He never tried to fix anything. But by now he's confessed to being in love with Robyn and rethinking polygamy. I guess he finally was so sick of Meri hanging around that he just blurted out what he'd been saying in the THs all along.

Meri's hair looks a bit more tamed today than the past weeks. I don't really like Meri but Kody is so cruel and abusive that I want to reach out and hug her.

Kody's told everyone except Meri that he doesn't want to be married to her. WE'VE known it, but he's been very careful to not say anything to her. It's about time, dude.

Christine is ecstatic when Mykelti tells her she's having twins. Then, Meri reveals that while out for their anniversary, Kody finally admitted he no longer wants a relationship with her, and she is forced to consider ending her marriage for good. Started this because LiveChat is still locked and we need somewhere to talk!

And you know what? She would just laugh it off.

I finally got a date for my bariatric surgery - November 20th, the Monday before Thanksgiving. No feasting for me this year, just liquids. Maybe some chicken broth and a bit of liquid protein for my Turkey dinner. But I don't mind. Thanksgiving is about more than food, right? My goal before the surgery is to lose another 8-10 lbs so I don't lose my momentum. I'm already 35 lbs down from my heaviest weight.
