  1. I saw this elsewhere but it’s funny— Hoping the Seewalds give this baby a “T” name.... Spurgeon Henry Ivy T.....
  2. I had a light case at 11 and infected all my sisters and cousins who were born at that point. The youngest cousin was just a month old and the doctor as very worried about how it would affect him-thankfully he was fine. I had another case at 30-something-I had no idea it could be chicken pox until I went to the doctor-no itching just lots of spots and some bad scarring mostly on my legs. Now I scared to death about shingles. You have to be 50 (I think) for the vaccination. I asked my doctor and they said I shoI’ll be fine, the whole thing was just a fluke. Thankfully my kids had been vaccinated when I had my second case and were fine. I hope the Duggar men insist their kids be vaccinated too.
  3. @wilsie He’s a shipoo (mom is a shin tzu and dad is a poodle). He has the sweetest personality and is very loving (and spoiled rotten). Bonus is he does not shed at all!
  4. Adding to the cute animal pictures: this is my grand puppy Bo Barkley (we’re an Auburn University family)
  5. I teach-and have a second grader named Connie. That’s a blast from the past (to me anyway).
  6. No way will Lauren keep up with Michelle. She’s likely to freak out once she realizes not everything goes back like it was before, the stretch marks get worse, and the weight is harder to get off with each pregnancy and she claims the lord just isn’t blessing them anymore—and poor Josiah breathes a sigh of relief. Lauren is all about Lauren at the end of the day. And more babies equals less attention for her too. On the other hand I see Kendra having a ton because she and Joe seem to actually like each other and we all know the end result of that when you’re barely 20 and been proven to be pretty fertile.
  7. There’s a ten year difference between me and my boyfriend. We didn’t meet until we were in our late 30’s and 40’s respectfully so it never really seems creepy unless we talk about how I was in second grade when he went to senior prom. I can’t get over the fact that Jill graduated from high school in 1997. I graduated in 1992 and she looks so much older than me.
  8. I saw some online that were between $3500 and $5000 from one litter.
  9. Facebook muted a 30 second video I posted For my daughter because of the background music-so no way will she get away with it.
  10. Ahh...Magnolia. Brings to my mind the drag queen Magnolia Crawford who may have been one of the worst queens ever on RuPauls Drag Race.
  11. Just think back to JillR’s tacky vow renewal. Tells you everything you need to know about the upcoming nuptials.
  12. My cousins baby due in October is going to be Oliver. Old names seem to be coming back so maybe Smuggar number 6 will be named Mildred or Maude.
  13. I thought Guinn had spoiled the name and sex of the blessing but was just replying to the poster. “Melodious Echo Mason” fits perfectly with Spurgeon.
  14. That’s it. I hope I didn’t give any fundie name ideas with Heisrisen. ...
