  1. Oh wow. I hope Willas mother got her consent before posting that. But that makes me so sad.
  2. I'm debating whether I want to keep watching or not. I completely get that everyone is going to react and feel differently about this and that it's a personal choice about watching or not watching. Myself I know that this has distracted me enough that right now I'm not that interested in what's happening on the show or what's coming up on the show. Which sucks because I loved Arrow and for 5 years it's been one of my escape shows I watch when I don't want to think about how crappy the real world is. Yes Kreisberg is 'suspended' - not fired, but he's presumably still receiving a pay pack and will continue to recieve royalties. But beyond that we now know from Marc's former assistant that he was aware of Kreisbergs behavior, didn't care and wasn't a respectful boss himself. And I can't really believe any theories that Berlanti didn't know or wasn't aware. When he had multiple female directors declining to work on his shows or come back to work on his shows and one director (Lexi) publicly state that it was due to a frat boy toxic environment that should have given Berlanti warning signals. But as long as the money and the offers and praise from the CW was rolling in why rock the boat... I think it's damaging to assume that with Kreisberg suspended that solves everything or makes up for everything. Just like it's damaging to think Harvey being fired is the end of everything and not questioning the fact that the Weinstein Company knew, did nothing and even rumoredly had people on their payroll who sole job was to protect Harvey and assist his behavior (find him prostitues etc). That being said on the other side I do feel a loyalty to the actors and the characters they work hard on to play and have spent years being invested in their journey and I do still want the characters I love to have good outcomes. Its a tough one.
  3. Yes Cartermatt because that's what's really important and not the harassment and the protecting of the harassers by the production (sarcasm)
  4. Berlanti has made an official statement but Marc said he won't comment on an ongoing investigation on twitter, which is stupid because though it'd be nice it's not a police investigation so I really don't think there's anything stopping Marc from making the standard and scripted "Im shocked and sadden to learn...." statement. Then again maybe it's better to say nothing then to have him make a statement that's so obviously fake in sentiment. I mean I'd rather Ben Affleck not use his social media accounts to pretend to be an ally to women while it's fairly common knowledge he used his celebrity to protect his sexual harasser of a brother, that he also knew and protected Harvey and that he pushed Rose McGowan to carry on with a press conference right after she was attacked by Weinstein and came to him about it to protect the movie he starred in. I don't need to hear from that guy that he stands with women and that men need to be better. I need him to acknowledge and apologise for his own crappy complicit behavior.
  5. Turns out the Andrew Kreisberg story encouraged a former staff writer on One Tree Hill (current show runner of Crazy Ex Girlfriend) to basically open up about the One Tree Hill show runner and his very Kreisberg like behavior to staff members and Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton have gone on the record as backing the writer who exposed him. https://mobile.twitter.com/audreyalison/status/929504349889298432 Seriously he is so gross. Another part of my teen years tainted.
  6. The way I see it if he is that petty and that fragile that he takes it out on Felicity's character or Olicity then I don't want his show in my life any way he can keep it. I'll treat 6x04 as the series finale and know in my heart of hearts Felicity and Emily are worth more. Thankfully though I don't believe Marc will go so far as to give Felicity shit storylines just to punish Emily. I've heard the way he speaks about both Felicity and Emily on DVD episode commentaries. He spoke highly of both Felicity and Emily and he's been protective of Felicity as a character in the pass. And even if he does prove to be that petty I have to have faith that Wendy Ben Beth and Sarah would balance him out.
  7. I imagine the worst that could happen to her is that Marc gets petty creatively with her screenntime/storylines but even then I highly doubt that'll happen since Felicity is pratically more popular then the titled masked heroes in Arrowverse. I came across this thread on twitter and I've obviously never paid enough attention to Marc's interviews or twitter account: Im not going to accuse him of being the same as Kreisberg but I will say based with in the context of those screen shots he doesn't sound like someone who would have fought tirelessly to protect women from Kreisberg.
  8. I would think that the WB/Guggenheim wouldn't dare try and direct backlash on her in this climate. Btw the amount of "I agree with Marc" "Marc is right" posted over in Reddit is gross.
  9. Well done Emily! That was a brave move and I hope no one comes for her for that.
  10. Well it's interesting. I don't think the CW would shut down or suspend 4 of their biggest shows but having said that BBC did suspend their upcoming Christmas mini series starring Ed Westwick given his two rape allegations and are rumoured to be considering cancelling his other series White Gold. Sexual harassment classes should have already happened and is really the bare minimum of responses. I'd hope they'd do a hell of a lot more then that.
  11. Yep I respect Carina Mackensie coming out and confirming that Andrew was every bit what he was being accused of but her statement that Andrews behavior doesn't reflect on Greg still doesn't sit well for me. Because he either knew and didn't do anything about it or he's guilty of not fostering an environment where his staff feel safe to come and tell him about these things or guilty of not spending enough time within his workplaces to be able to see what kind of environment he's in charge of. So I don't think Andrews behavior is a reflection on who Berlanti is as a person, I'm sure he is as great as Carina says he is. But I do think Andrews behavior reflects on who Berlanti is as a leader.
  12. If this is true add it to reasons why I need to shower for a month and also debate whether I want to keep watching Arrow. The idea the cast used their celebrity to hush up victims is disgusting.
  13. I'm going to side with the paps that if they say it's fake it's fake. Given they have access to call sheets I'd assume they'd know if there was a Felicity funeral scene especially since it looks to be filmed outside. And on the chance its real well... Felicity's not dying.
  14. It'll be interesting to see what WB does. Gal is the star but Brett helped the WB finance the film and depending on what their deal is they could be looking at litigation if Brett decides to sue, given he's only been accused not proven to be a sexual harasser (even though he probably totally is).
  15. While we get actual in show meta disses ?
  16. If they are real they'll probably enjoy them as much as they salivate over the Felicity gets shot in the head LOT gif. Where they completely miss the point that Felicity was the last man standing against all their masked heroes who were dead and it was actually framed as a hero moment for Felicity not a diss.
  17. Lol I just checked the Reddit thread and not even they believe these are real or that it's not a dream sequence/earth x Felicity. So yeah swing and a miss Rogue
  18. Lol are they even filming on a weekend? Also how convenient that the pap or fan was allowed right up close to the grave set? Im not saying their fake but if they aren't I don't think it means Felicity is dead. Sorry Reddit I hope you enjoy your immense disappointment.
  19. Allison Mack was recently been revealed as a high ranking member of a sex cult where her initials were branded/burnt onto members skin.
  20. I wanted to punch him when he spun the making sex gestures to a male employee into a story about how they 'act out' how they want sex scenes to look like on film.
