What a shit show of an episode. Ramona, Carol and Bethenny stay the fuck out of Luann’s business. How many ways and times does she need to say it. At this point you don’t look like friends but shit stirrers. If as much “evidence” is out there as you guys are basing your actions on then Luann is probably aware and doesn’t care. So just drop it. Even if she was having 2nd thoughts you harpies would be the last person she would admit it to and definitely NOT on camera. Move on ladies. Sonja WTF are you even saying that was such a nothing argument that if this doesn’t send Tinsley running for the hills she deserves what she gets from Sonja. Part of me thinks that this was Sonja’s attempts to “prove” after the last Berkshire fiasco she wanted to show the girls “See, I can yell and argue too, I could have been invited last year and fit right in”. So so sad.

This has got to be one of the most epic crash and burns in Drag Race herstory. Valentina coulda been a contenda. Before Ru read her to filth (umm what about lip synch do you not understand? We need to see your mouth – Shaaaaaade LOVED IT) I thought they would try and bring V back later in the season with some trickery but once the shade was thrown I figured V was gone for good. I’m sure she will come back for an all stars though. Nina and Alexis can both be the next to leave – Runway Gods- Double elimination please. Nina this isn’t Ru Paul’s Therapy Race. She just isn’t confident enough to wear the crown. And I am getting tired of her lack of self confidence and conspiracy theories. No the world isn’t against you the only person sabotaging you is YOU! Also, more importantly she is becoming a one trick pony. I’m tired of the sexualized pogo-stick bounce that she is constantly doing. Yeah it was sorta cute the first 10 times but come on now. Her persona seems limited and handicapped by her breastplate and padding and the blow up doll heightened sexualization that it embodies. Alexis is such a star (in her own head). You know when someone starts off by saying “I’m not trying to throw anybody under the buss…” you know the track marks are coming. Stop with excuses. You made bad decisions and it’s no one’s fault but your own. Step up your game and quityerbitchin bitch!

I guess we aren’t even following the books anymore. Lizzie revealing to Henry the ultimate family secret about the princes in the tower is yet another creative license. I guess it is used as a plot device to show Lizzies love for Henry. Also the visit to Spain was another scene I wasn’t expecting. Although we all know where this is leading it will be interesting to see the path it will take. The Kings Curse was a good read in the vein of all of Gregory’s books. Margaret’s story is an interesting one and quite deserving of her own series especially (as portrayed in the Gregory books) her relationship to Katherine of Aragon and Henry the VIII. Hers is truly a tragic story and she experiences both courts Henry VII and VIII. Wow only two episodes left? I have no clue where this will end historically speaking.

I'm not enjoying the WP as much as I enjoyed the WQ which is unfortunate. I think the soap opera twist of Margaret smothering Jasper is a bridge too far. In the WQ she mooned over Jasper and the sexual tension was palpable. To go so far as to have her murder Jasper is a bridge too far for me

I think the notion that Lizzie conceived before they were married is based on the historical fact that she gave birth to Arthur 8 months after the wedding. It could have been explained that Arthur arrived early and for "PR" purposes he was deemed a "honeymoon" baby and divine confirmation of the Tudor York Union. I've read all of the Gregory books and you have to keep in mind they are fictional interpretations although based (loosely) on historical facts. I have started to read more historical based accounts and an excellent one on Lizzie is by Alison Weir - Elizabeth of York: a Tudor Queen and her World. It is an interesting read that basically discounts Gregory's take on Henry, Lizzie and Margaret's relationship. In her account based on letters, financial records etc. Henry truly loved and respected Lizzie , Margaret and Lizzie got along fine (not like they were bff's or anything) but their relationship wasn't nearly as antagonistic as portrayed and Lizzie had and exuded more power as queen than depicted. Other randomness I always smile when I see Emma Frost's name in the credits (for the WQ and WP) because being the comic book geek Emma Frost is an X-Man villain who's name is the White Queen. Gives me a chuckle each time. I also like the subtlety in the opening credit where they show the crown, throne, queen chess piece as starting out white but slowly becoming red with little flecks of white fading away becoming more red symbolizing Lizzie's abandoning her York-ness and becoming more and more Tudor.

This show could be a lot better if they took the time so size up whats working and what's not. I guess Melissa has to stay (Jackie Collins wig - NO) But they need strong fashion knowledgeable anchors. I like Brad and was impressed with Carson, he should return. G (ugh!) can stay I guess but Ne-Ne and Margaret can GO. Margaret was a lot less annoying this time but I think she and Ne-Ne lack the fashion chops to be effective and their comic relief is lacking. I will have to admit, regardless of the hot mess that appears on tv it looks like there is a genuine "friendship" between Ne-Ne and Brad and G. It seems like they are having fun with each other.

I was somewhat hoping that when Ramona realized that it was a surprise party for her and wouldn't be able to go on her date that she would politely cancel with the guy and reschedule. To invite him, someone that you couldn't even remember his name, just didn't make sense. Its not like you were close enough that he would have been extended an invite under different circumstances. To ignore him was rude. I would imagine that he doesn't know anyone else there so if you aren't prepared to hang with him for the evening you shouldn't have invited him. I didn't watch WWHL but I read that Ramona was flippant about her treatment. Now you know that if it were reversed and her date treated her that way she would have been pissed and offended. Ramona, you don't get to a 3rd date because you can only hide crazy for so long. By the 3rd date they realize "Dis Bish B Cray"

I guess what pinged my more than friends radar was that, outside of clinginess, he commented on how he had “won” because Khasan chose to spend time with him over the BF. This is strange to me because if you are just friends, even BFF’s, wouldn’t you be a lil more understanding that it’s the 1st weekend that your BFF’s boyfriend and he are in the same place and would understandably want to spend private time together? Why as a “friend” would you want to get in the way of that? Jorge just seems a tad too insistent to establish his status in Khasan’s life as being #1

I guess that is the beauty and curse (no pun intended) of the curse it can apply to all the players in the game – Anne Neville and Margaret Beaufort. If Anne killed the princes in the tower then by her only son dying that would fulfill it. If it was Margaret it would take longer to fulfill but eventually it would. I think the fine details of the curse was that there would be no surviving male heirs until the line dies out KLJ, Just take Margaret of Burgundy’s step daughter dying as Elizabeth “mystically” lashes out as creative license. Historically, the stepdaughter actually died years before. So for dramatic effect they moved the date of her death. I remember in the WQ Elizabeth’s mother Jaquetta saying (paraphrasing) Be careful with magic because you can’t control it. It is a curious choice for them to position that Elizabeth is responsible for her step daughter-in-law’s death being there is no reason for her to see Burgundy as an enemy.

So true about Phae Phae thinking she is the smartest person in the room. Bravo aired a "before they were housewives" special about ATL and I remember distinctly seeing an interview with Phae pre housewives. One of the questions they asked was something to the effect of "what would you bring" or "what you add to the cast" and Phae said that she would be the smartest cast member being that she went to college and law school. So she was already up on her high horse from the jump. Hmmm I wonder what Phae would be like if she was on Married to Medicine? At least on there there are women who also have multiple degrees and went to professional school i.e. medical school, dental school.

The thing is that Jorge while sufficiently giving off a Coo Coo for cocoa puffs vibe his level of obsession is alarming. That level of clingy-ness doesn’t come from just friendship – THEY FUCKING. I don’t recall if Khasan or Jorge denied they are fucking but I think they are. Jorge seems like a bunny boiler – just sayin.

I would be the one to ask Porsha to define journalism. Hell even SPELL IT! No sweetness what you are doing is not journalism. I very much doubt that you are doing extensive research beyond checking 2 blogs on any story. Are you beating the pavement following up on sources? Are you writing your own lead in's or stories? Lemme answer that for you - NO. At most you are reading from a prompter what others have researched. don't overinflate what you do. You are an on air personality and that in and of itself is an accomplishment but no you are not a journalist.

One thing that stood out to me was when the Duchess of Burgundy mentioned how she has had 4 significant deaths through all of this, her father and 3 brothers. She actually had 4 brothers who died in all of this so I am surprised at this mistake. Her father and brother, Edmund of York, were the first to be killed followed by Edward’s reign and death, and George and Richard’s death. I wonder if she was not counting Edward since he didn’t die in war or a battle for the crown like the others – Papa York, Edmund, George and Richard, maybe those were the 4 she was counting. Also, I think I need to adopt the “blind eye to accurate portrayal of historical facts” because the Duchess of Burgundy’s step daughter’s death from horseback actually did not happen during Henry’s reign but actually a couple of years before during Edward’s reign but I guess it was creative license to reinforce Elizabeth DQ’s “magical” powers. Another interesting fact that is shown in the historical context is that Cecily and Margaret Beaufort had a friendship that was sustained over time. Margaret was not only influential in getting her a husband but there are also records that show her giving Cecily money and support over the years. I think their relationship is a subtle nod to that. Lil Margaret of York kills it in every scene she is a good actress. I can feel the pain she feels for Teddy and just wanting to get away from it all.

I was on the fence about whether or not I would watch this show but damn you lazy afternoon with nothing on TV. The levels of hot messness of this show is epic. Basically LOGO is saying fuck the pretense, this show is about dick, ass, hook ups and drama. This show in essence highlights the superficial vapidness of the “Chelsea scene” in NY. The most telling moment was when the queens were on the yacht with the older Fire Island residents and they were sharing with them the freedom that FI represented in the 80’s as an enclave of acceptance and safety for gay men. And Cheyenne in an attempt to show his depth compares it to the FI of today saying it has the same significance and is so accepting. What he failed to mention is that yes it is accepting if you are a white gay male with no body fat. I live in NYC and have been to FI so I know the real deal.

I just can’t with Porsha’s nonsensical doubletalk. How many brain cells does it take this chick to put together a coherent statement that doesn’t step all over itself? Clearly more than she has. So in the “you said you want to eat me out til I cum” scenario Porsha: · First she denies that the make out happened. · Then you admit that you were drinking and may not remember everything mmhmmm · Then it was confirmed that it did happen but you deny that you made the proposition because that’s too vulgar for your respectable sensibilities (insert eyeroll) and that you weren’t even thinking about that. · The kicker is that when the convo eventually turned into the screaming match Porsha had the audacity to say, I wouldn’t want to eat your p#ssy cuz I could smell it. Ummm WTF? · Sooooooo you say you can “barely remember” any of that night but you can randomly remember what Kandi’s snatch smelled like and that you didn’t want it. Which in some ways confirms that o a)you were thinking about it, o b) that you wanted it but o c) because of the “smell” you changed your mind. Porsha Porsha Porsha

Couple of things. Yeah I agree that Dorinda showed her ass last night but I give her a pass because she has provided me with my favorite phrase. Whenever anyone asks me how I am doing i respond “You wanna know how I am doing? NOT WELL BITCH” complete with hand gesture and up-in-their-grillness. Ahhhhh it gives me life. That phrase is my spirit animal LOL I just can’t with Sonja. Did she have work done. She looks amazing in her talking heads but also a lil different… She also gave a lil more insight into her priorities. She gauges and judges her friendships on whether or not she is included or invited/disinvited to parties and get togethers. Which is sad. Also the “argument” with Tins was telling. First how are you going to tell someone they aren’t close friends with someone because you are closer. WTF?!?!? I see why it’s hard to have a discussion with Sonja because she is just so erratic. First she started out saying that Tinsley shouldn’t hang out with her friends without her being there which Tins rightfully checked her on then in the same breath literally 5 seconds later the reason was if you are going out with my friends you should tell me about it. I hate arguing with people like that who flip flop around. Sonja, just because Tins is staying with you does not mean she has to get your permission on everything. I will say I agree with the no sex in my daughter’s bed rule. That’s just creepy. It’s a freaking townhouse I can’t imagine there are only two bedrooms in it get Tins out of your daughters room.

Sadly, these women live in a bubble, the Bravo bubble, where the only "sin" where there are repercussions are being boring. In some ways they are incentivized to bring the drama. If it is true that Phaedra started the sex dungeon and drugging rumor and fed it to Porsha to do her dirty work that would speak volumes of Phaedra. I can understand Kandi's anger. Putting out such a serious rumor could be catastrophic. What if Child Protective Services (or whatever the ATL equivalent is) was called? Lil Ace and Riley could have been removed from the home. THose agencies don't hesitate to remove children from potentially dangerous situations and environments. If things had gone down that road what would Porsha and Phaedra have done? Said "oops my bad I'm sorry"

Yes, Scarlett, I know what you mean by that. I guess my point was that in the books and in the White Queen, Duchess Cecily's hatred extended to the York children as when the princes were in play it was primarily them, and de facto Lizzie and the girls, that she was intent on bastardizing for Richard. It would make sense that she would have a fondness for Margaret and Teddy as they were her favorite son's children. I may be overthinking it LOL I tend to do that. More importantly :-) I know this is a limited run and I am curious as to how far they will go with Lizzie's story. There is so much story to tell leading up to her death and Henry VIII story line to pick up that I can't imagine covering 1/2 of that in this series.

I can accept that the author (Gregory) and the screenwriters have taken creative liberties in the telling of this story but I am having a more difficult a time with the creative liberties on the creative liberties. Cecily York - Nothing in any of the books, that I can recall, paints Cecily to be as jealous of her sister that they are depicting and to act “against” the family. Her actions and friendliness to Margaret B seem out of place. Duchess Cecily – The 180 degree turnaround from the woman who loathed Elizabeth Dowager Queen to somehow become the loving grandmother is odd. This is the woman who hated Elizabeth DQ to the point that she considered naming herself a whore and her son Edward IV a bastard and subsequently his children to discount their claim to the throne for her other son Richard III. I can’t imagine Lizzie looking lovingly upon her. The Prince(s) in the Tower – They are too cavalier in their definitive stand that the York’s knew that one of the princes “survived” and to speak plainly and openly as Cecily did doesn’t make sense. I do find the depiction of Margaret of York’s portrayal interesting. I think the actress is doing a good job showing the emotion of the insecurity that Margaret would have been going through – deemed the daughter of a traitor, titles and lands gone, protective of her brother knowing he has a target on his back and knowing that her safety and security is totally tied up with her cousin Lizzie. The actress even looks like a younger version of the actress who played Margaret Countess of Salisbury (who Margaret of York grew up to be) from the Tudors.

Dear Ramona, No you and Avery don’t look like sisters and no her friends don’t think of you as a girlfriend they see you as the sad old mother of their friend that for a few hours they have to humor and make her feel like she is one of the girls. Do you really want to become Amy Poehler’s character in Mean Girls as the “cool” mom with the rock hard breast implants totally clueless as to your ridiculousness by inserting yourself in their lives …. Oh wait you are… Lu and Beth have too much history to be anything but frenemies. I think it goes back to the call me Mrs. De lessep in front the of the help moment. Beth came on the show thinking that she was the outsider and although she aspired to be on the same financial level and relationship level as her howife costars I think in some ways at that time she still saw herself as “the help”. That interaction touched a nerve in her that and I think established the dynamic of their friendship – Luann looks down/thinks she is better than people like me (the help). Ironically enough she has “grown” on the show to have had a husband, child and wealth but there is still something about when she feels Lu is acting superior it sets her off. Whenever B rails on Lu I always feel the final unsaid word from Beth is “And you are no better than me”

Ridethemaverick, first gotta love a Living Single reference werk! LOL, I disagree that the point Porsha was making was about emotional support. I actually don’t think Porsha was trying to make a point because she is pointless and she spiraled off into some nonsense. The reason I don’t think it was about emotional support because Kandi and Porsha never had that type of close friendship. As compared to Kandi and Phaedra, they actually did have a deeper friendship where the lack of emotional support may have played a hand in their friendship collapsing. The point I think Kandi was trying to make was that she has supported Porsha in the past – hiring her to be in her play and supporting her when she was on The Apprentice. Her point was that she thought they were cool and the “evidence” of that was her donation of 5K which I believe may be the highest donation one housewife made on behalf of another housewife’s charity or endeavor. Her other point was that she always supports charity and even if they weren’t cool she would still donate. An example of that would be her donation to Phaedra’s Detroit Camp. She and Phae weren’t on the best of terms but she still supported and actually donated the most out of all the women and was very generous. Because this made rational sense of course Porsha couldn’t comprehend this and started screeching and went dramatically left with the “just because you gave me money (making a donation on my behalf) doesn’t mean you can treat me any kind of way, which was never the point. But, I’m not surprised at her automatically going there. I get the vibe that Porsha is very comfortable with sugar daddy dynamic (being Kordell’s beard, the rumored Africans that have given her cars, purses, STI's) so it makes sense that she would attribute giving money with someone controlling her.

Yes, iMonrey, Margaret and Teddy Plantegent are the children of George of Clarence. Richard III had one child, a son, who died early which is why as King going into the Battle of Bosworth he named Pole to be his heir. The closer heir to Richard was Teddy as his nephew and only surviving male heir. But as Margaret mentioned due to Teddy's mental state he replaced Pole with Teddy.

Ru and the judges, especially Ru, look like they are really having a good time. I really like the judge banter this season. I really like Nina and she is one of my frontrunners but I hope she doesn’t rely too much on the provocativeness of the breast plate. I am ok with using a breast plate to fill out a look but to me having them just out with tape covering the “nips” is just lazy drag. I think she is way more creative than that and dumbing down her drag to a sexualized stereotype, I think she is better than that. I get it that it is a character she is channeling – THOT realness, but I want her to elevate her drag.

This is going to be a long painful reunion if the first night is any indication. Porsha and Phaedra I’m looking at you two. First the good – I really liked Phaedra’s weave - other than that got nothing else for dat chick. Porsha you spiraled into crazy nonsense rather quickly - pace yourself and your lies. I predict (with the benefit of the clips) that Porsha spiral into a mess where her lies cave in on her. She isn’t even trying to hear anyone else. Kandi’s point about charity was that she thought that She and Porsha was cool so yes she would support a “friends” charity like she did for Phaedra as well as for Porsha on Celebrity Apprentice. Porsha then started talking nonsense about how that particular donation was because of the charity it wasn’t for her. WTF? Kandi specifically mentioned the only reason she made the 5K donation was so that Porsha could win and how is that not supporting her? Then Porsha doubled down on the crazy and then started yelling that just because she made a donation in her honor that doesn’t give her the right to speak to her any kind of way and that she isn’t for sale. UMMMM Gurl…..Gurl really. Because what you are saying NOBODY one, brought that dynamic up and two, not the point. The point you are trying so hard to distract from is Kandi saying that she has supported you and your endeavors which she has.

Another thing that grated my nerves was the convo with Joc and the baby mama of the twins. I don't know why he just didn't say outright that I don't wan't Rod around my twin girls because.... and I question why you would want to mess with him given he already has two "girlfriends". Is that a situation you want to expose to our children? Personally, a man in a sketchy "relationship" with two prostitutes/strippers/STI incubators is not someone I would want around my daughters.
