Which brilliant writer/producer/director said that they give the fans what they want albeit in unexpected ways? So if some factions were hoping for Sam and Dean to get a child and raise him, this is an interesting (sort of) way to go about it So now that there was a marginal increase in ratings, TPTB will now think that they have to keep the manbaby sick or in peril all the time. Eh, I got nothing else.

Aww, I wanted to see Lilly reunite with her daughter. That must have been really special. 😭 Did Amanda direct the episode? I missed the credits. it was a nice surprise to see Mrs Routh. She's great. Like her with the Legends as well. Well I guess the moment at the end when they were all together eating a burger was a pretty happy moment for all involved. I guess it would be too soon to take the angel 😛😛. Sam and Deans reactions when Jack died didn't really ring true for me though. They've known the kid what, a year? A year and a half? ( I honestly don't even remember) so them going all angry and emotional when he died was A slight exaggeration. They (and us as the audience) didn't EARN that reaction. Honestly, we barely know the kid. I got more emotional when Anubis said Lilly could reunite with her daughter. It was a good episode overall. Glad no Mary or Nick were there.

OMG, no wonder he looked so familiar!!!!! He's hot as heck. Those scenes with Constantine were great!

well, considering she established a charitable foundation and is one of the most recognized First Ladies ever, I would say she will be remembered long after skeletal Charlotte has faded away. Thats a huge stretch to say considering her daddy gave her her position and all she has is because of men bashing their skulls in for others' entertainment value.

Ugh, I'm sorry but those half-time costumes are horrible!! Who told them that looked good? I know Megan is famous for not kowtowing to "barbie" model types but come on. The boots are hideous. They look like SS footwear. Plus the no make-up, (or not much of it) really hid the glamazons that we all know and have slight contempt for. :P

Why is Grant waaay in the back? That annoying Nora character should NOT be front and center. Too bad Jesse L. Martin couldn't be there. I hope he recuperates soon. Carlos all handsome in a suit and his hair pulled back. Nice. Danielle P. looks very austere as well. I love this show. Happy for them.

Not gonna lie, Genevieve's dress is stunning. The make-up is all wrong, of course, but the dress is divine. Oh, Danneel, going for the goth Cindy Lauper look, I see. Will that woman never learn how to dress? You'd think with all their millions she could buy some fashion sense. One of these things is not like the others, one of these things just doesn't belong.

I thought about that right away, too!! Curiously though, Sam seemed really worried and uncertain about Dean and Jack going on a hunt, even going as far as to suggest sending some other hunters to work the case. So he trusts Maggie to hunt on her own, but Dean watching over Jack on a hunt is too dangerous? Well, obviously, he cares more about Dean and Jack than some practical stranger. So yes, he worries.

I enjoyed this for the most part. Dean and newbie Jack did work well together. So did Sam and Charlie. didnt like that Sam and Dean didn't touch base at all. I've read that Jensen and Jared have had very different work schedules and I guess this is that. I don't like it.

It's also interesting that the guys haven't bothered to live tweet the show. This usually gets more eyeballs to watch live!

The first half was super boring. It only picked up in the last 20 minutes, but I guess everybody had left by then.

Yeah, I agree. The hunters are nondescript and the Nick storyline is just been there, done that. Jack is not interesting any more since he lost his powers so he is just a moper. I'm not even going to touch the sisters. Didn't watch then, have no interest now. Yes, I'm mostly a brother fan and someone somewhere else said that there was a "disconnect" between the brothers. I think that is true. Even in the episodes where they are working together, it seems the brothers are worlds apart. They didn't even seem so far away from each other after Dean came back from hell and after Sam came back into his life, or after Sam was possessed by Gadreel. It's as if they can't be as intimate (no, not that way!) as they used to be in a bunker full of people. Even Dean complained about this. Just adding that even though some people bitterly complain about the bond that Sam and Dean have, let's be honest, they are the show. Their interactions are what we have been tuning in for the past 14 (!) years. If they aren't in sync and in tune, the show suffers massively. Like what I think is happening now.

That can never happen because networks rely on advertising dollars to keep going. No ad dollars, no budgets to make shows. I do agree that the Nielsen tracking needs to drastically change. I get asked almost every year to fill out my little paper diaries. It's a pain in the ass, honestly, but I dutifully fill them out. They just need to figure out another way to document tv watching.

I always thought that saying or being from the hood just meant your neighborHOOD. My brothers ask me all the time "what's going on in the hood?" meaning, whats happening with the neighbors! Not necessarily "inner city" because we live in the 'burbs. ghetto is the more offensive word, especially if you are describing someone.

Liat (what kind of a name is that) and her hubby are trash, no matter how much money they have. What nationality are they? Eurotrash for sure. I was totally surprised that Jeff gave up drinking for close to 2 weeks! Jenni's new house looks amazing. Her husband is a doctor so I'm sure they could afford it. Her little girls are adorable. The assistant should use some of his money to fix his teeth.

I liked this very much! It did feel old school. Just having Dean and Sam on my screen wearing dorky things and being in sync really was enough for me. i felt bad for Dean when he said there were too many strangers in his home. I gave no thought to the cast of hundreds and where they were. Out of sight, out of mind. Loved how Dean was eating for much of the episode. The pizza and then the lollipop and then the vending machine dinner.

Off-topic, I know but I don't know why they sacrificed Supergirl and put it on a Sunday to help out Charmed. Half the time I forget it is on. They should of put Arrow there. Don't watch it anyway.

I thought that mansion was beautiful before the outside paint job. The shutters really got lost with the new paint. It was a huge house. I haven't seen the second ep yet.

I'll also add that gone are the days when the CW could put up a new series behind or in front of the show and they would do well enough to keep going by sheer association and then move them elsewhere later. Gotta feel bad for that Legacies show.

Yes!! They talked up the MichaelDean storyline the entire effing summer only to kill it 2 episodes in. It's disgusting. There is a reason the women sisters or whatever that crap is WAS NOT PICKED UP. Add to it the fact that the other two storylines hold no one's interest and it's a clusterf**k. They might not make it to the end of the season!!

Why was Charlotte there?? Ugh, it's not about you, Skeletor. She's not there every night (yes, I know, neither are Kelli or Judy) but still. So happy for all the girls. Forgot to say Judy need glasses desperately. Those squinty eyes give you wrinkles, Judy!
