That suit did her NO favors. I loved how Nick put Danielle on the spot: "so putting aside honesty and (whatever else he said) which are a given, what do you need in a relationship?" She thinks really hard and comes up with "Love, and Trust." That is a deep mind folks.

I think they "ignored" her because they felt uncomfortable having someone sent to do stuff they are perfectly capable of doing themselves.

I watch it online (really, listen to it as I read this thread). Much better to know which parts I need to *see*, like the choking thing and Raven's bad bathing suit. His eyes were literally glazing over. It was hilarious.

Sorrrrryyyyy. I thought she was one of those who got an early one on one and then thought she deserved another.

Did Jasmine ever have a one-on-one date? I feel like she must have, but I can't remember a thing.

Vanessa seemed to be trying REALLY hard to stand out this episode. Jumping around like a crazy person, yelling out her favorite ice cream flavor. It seemed really forced from what we've seen of her before. And I loved Rachel talking about the clear blue water and sun as she's on a boat on a CLEARLY cloudy and not terribly warm day. Got to get the travel plug for the Virgin Islands Tourist Board in there.

Taylor looked pretty fresh after walking all the way back from the swamp to interrupt Nick and Corrine's dinner.

Me too. A very interesting print, but it didn't really send me. -

YES! I thought Chelsea won? Izzy was in the top though. I guess I'm in the minority. I kind of liked that confetti thing. -

when a judge asked whether the "gapping" in the appliques was intentional and she said yes, I *really* wondered -
yes

I don't think they'll ever do this again. First of all, these people have been through the wringer on how intense Top Chef is. Plus, most of the returnees were already near-finalists or finalists (Brooke, Sheldon, Shirley???? Weren't they all in the finale? Not to mention Casey?). So they were already the best of the best.

All the drama about the "nips" and "tatas" showing reminded me of the fact that there was way too much age diversity here. I mean Tielor is old enough to know what a nipple is, but can you imagine A'kai in that same role? Ewww. -
I thought that just meant there's culling of the "fan favorite" competition. Sort of like playoffs.

Like everyone else, I thought "prom" as it went down the runway. I later revised it to "bridesmaid dress" as prom dresses are usually more stylish with some ruffles or bling or asymmetry; while bridesmaid dresses are intentionally usually pretty boring and just need to be in the bride's color scheme. That was a really boring dress. nvm, I see it was answered. Still seems silly. -
I'm pretty sure that was Brooke. They shared the same season and were together in Alaska.

Also when Justine was lying on the ground one girl sort of circled around looking down at her. It reminded me of how I imagine one of my cats would react if another one was lying dead on the ground. Like, "hmmm that's odd. Oh well."

I'm always mesmerized by how a girl who looks like nothing much special IRL can have a spectacular photo.

We're battling it out in "this super cool underground parking garage" said no one, ever.

I wonder about that too-- I mean there's OXY10 and Clearasil and Proactive and such, but is there any real instant treatment for pimples that actually works? I'm far past my teens so maybe there's a magic formula these days.

One of the girls (I think it's Cody but I'm terrible with names)-- in all of her talking heads she had tons of bumps on her forehead. I just have trouble figuring out how that can be effectively covered up for photo shoots.

I don't get this. I can see she can be a contender for maybe top 5 -- they just force the lead to keep the person around. But if there is no interest on the part of the lead, how can she ever be a serious contender for F1? And this was BORING AS HECK. I took a break, came back and was relieved to find "girls in the house talking." Thank God, the stupid haunted house was over. But NO, it was just the three non-group-date girls, and we are BACK AT THE HAUNTED HOUSE.

I hate to be mean, but I cannot understand how Stacey McKenzie ever made it as a supermodel. I don't see the appeal in any way whatsoever.
