I hate the baby storyline. I can't stand Estefan. I am hoping it is menopause. And, does anyone think there is any significance at all that one of the possible fathers is named Marcus which was Leo's real name?

I love this show, but I agree about the sex stuff seeming "off". They have always been hot for each other as has been shown throughout the series. And it also makes sense that they have gone 3 weeks without having sex with Beau staying with them so they would feel frustrated but not knowing what each other likes just seemed weird and forced. Like there were substitute writers for this episode or something. And the snakes would freak me out!!!

Yes! I kept saying out loud to the TV..I know..don't judge...they need to retire "being blindsided" from this show. You are all adults and you know what you're signing up for. Only one person will be left at the end!

I know this is small and not a big deal but it completely took me out of the episode. Before the generator kicked in and they were without any power...Manny opens the refrigerator and the light came on! I don't know why but I struggled to get past that. Sigh.

I agree with this. I DO like the Charles character but he doesn't know what we, the audience, know - Liza is his age. But even if he did know that, she would still have a boyfriend and work for him. I like Josh and Liza together and I am so afraid the show is trying to make him all stupid and try to drive them apart. I think they have chemistry in spades. And stop making Diana so crazy! She's coming of as a caricature.

I seem to be in that minority as well - I really like Liza and Josh together. However I agree that the writers seem to be "changing" his personality so far this season. I don't like it. I do like Charles and think they have chemistry but I hate that the show seems to be trying so hard to make us think that her relationship with Josh can't work or for some reason it's better to be with someone closer in age. This hits a bit close to home I guess...I'm currently involved with a much younger man. It can work and it can work well. I do understand Josh not wanting to be involved in her lying and that seems like an honest conflict between them but the show just seems to be trying too hard to make things difficult with them. Oh and the daughter can STFU and just be gone. Ugh.

Could not agree more! And I have a soft spot for Tea Leoni going back to The Naked Truth - loved that show. I'm hoping they get the kinks out in the next few eps. I really want to like this.

I absolutely agree! I'm still watching and have to say I'm a bit disappointed in this season. I'm enjoying it, but it seems so heavily geared to "case of the week" and not so much the story of Dr. Pierce and dealing with his illness. I found Erick McCormack's performance last season to be so nuanced and heartbreaking at times. I'm missing that a bit. And it's not him, he's great, it's the writing or direction or both - not sure.
