From Emily and Miguel's reactions, it had to be a suicide note. I can't imagine Dita implicating the Reyes just because it would eventually lead Miguel to the truth about his paternity which she did not want. Besides, she didn't know for sure that one of them would kill her.

I really like Marcus' ex. I like the twist that she dumped him. I wonder about his wife's reaction to the description of the person asking about him. Is she just worried or does she know the person? Ryan's crew is going hard on this heist, but the guy Tommy recommended promises to be trouble. Esme is going to get herself killed at this rate. She is going to figure out the government is covering up the increase in violence between purges. Who was the Asian actor playing the Ben's new friend? He looked so familiar.

I always thought that EZ was a fuck up and never saw what was so special about him. Tonight simply continues to provide evidence for that opinion. Both Felipe and Angel were initially willing to walk away, but EZ decided to give Dita the easy way out. If EZ was really so smart, he would have figured out that Felipe and Dita were hiding Miguel's paternity and then destroy her world by telling Miguel the truth. Let her live with her son hating her, now that would be the punishment that would break her. I was thinking about an autopsy revealing that Dita was murdered, but given that Dita left a suicide note the authorities likely wouldn't insist one and Miguel would not want one to performed. Poor Angel. His son is adorable. He doesn't even know his name. There has to be a way for Angel to get his son even with Adelita locked up. I know the show doesn't do legal, but he should just get a high paying lawyer. Both he and the baby are U.S. citizens, Potter cannot keep the baby in federal custody. I wonder how Carla/Adelita will be reintegrated into the show next season. Maybe Potter releases her, but keeps the baby for insurance that she does what he wants. Escaping federal prison is near impossible. I have been thinking that Palo must have figured out the ambush was coming when his grandmother told him that she discussed the party with the Mayans, but still to hide her and leave his guys to their fate was cold. The Mayans are in for some serious trouble next season. The other charters will be furious. The one threatening to leave with the guns likely will. Then there is the Samcro guy who was killed. They could just bury his body, but surely his people know that he was at the party so there is no hiding that one.

Okay, that was a fucking brutal season finale. Not sure what was worse EZ killing Dita or the Mayans taking out the Vatos. Hell, they even killed the women. Paulo escaped with his grandmother. Who is the Samcro guy that they found? Next season's mystery. I enjoyed Potter losing his shit. His tie was all over the place showing how he was off his game. It didn't last long now that Potter knows that Angel is the father of Adelita's son. Adelita should have escaped with Angel. Now Alvarez knows that one of the Mayans, likely EZ was there. I was glad when he wiped away the bike tracks. I thought Miguel's paternity would have come out. I am glad that the show got renewed so that story continues. I was so glad that Coco apologized to Chucky and told him how they all loved him. Chucky happily saying that they love him was so sweet.

It was better that the last two episodes so that is something. Candice looked beautiful with her curly hair. I hate that Gypsy is gone just like that. I suppose it is good that Cisco has Kamilla. Most of their relationship has occurred off screen so it is difficult to care. I enjoyed Ralph saving Joe. Although Joe's faith monologue was a bit much. I hope that Nash's plan to save Barry gives team something to rally around.

I am going on Friday. I am glad to read all the positive reactions about the movie.

After the special Ralph episode, the show will likely have a very special Iris episode where Iris confides in Joe since she has no friends. It will likely be the episode before the crossover.

Well, Jasmine won as predicted. I consider that a pity win. The pool was nice, but way too small and those lockers were horrendous. She has got to stop doing ridiculous things in the name of creativity. The person who buys that house would immediately toss out that piece of junk if it came with the house. I have to admit that I would have given the win to Allison. I don't care if that living room was Chicago style that is the kind of transitional sophisticated/formal style that appeals to me and I think most of the people who could afford that house. Mina was okay, kind of bland, but I think a lot of people would like her comfortable casual style. Leanne' style is bland and boring. I want to throw a can of red, blue or purple paint over everything she designs. I hope she dresses her kid in colors other than white.

Rise Up by Audra Day

As usual, the show was hella emotionally manipulative and as usual, I was totally sucked in. I teared up in the final scenes, especially when Athena broke down and Bobby held her. I wasn't sure what I was expecting when Athena approached that door, but finding out that Emmett's killer had "turned" his life around just compounded the tragedy. His family will be destroyed by his secret crime. The main plot point that I couldn't believe is that Athena's mother would have stayed quiet about Emmett. It is hard to believe she wouldn't have dropped his name in front of Michael over the 15 or so years that he was married to Athena. I did crack up at the look that Bobby and Michael exchanged when Athena's mother said that Emmett was the son she always wanted. Damn, she knows how to slide that dagger in hard. I liked the scene with Athena telling the children also. I liked the actress who played young Athena. She must have been terrified trying to take on the role of a young Angela Bassett. She was outstanding and shone bright. The actor who played Emmett was hella handsome. I like these "begin" episodes, but must everyone have to have these traumatic pasts? I dread next week's episode after that preview with Hen crying.

Good grief. More tears... I swear, they are going to be crying every episode until this crossover is over. Oh Gypsy. I loved her.

Iger basically confirming that Disney cutting back on the production of Star Wars' films which I think is a really good decision. Wait and see the film that Feige and Kennedy come up with before committing to any additional films. ‘Star Wars’ Slowdown Is A Disney Priority, CEO Bob Iger Says: “Less Is More” https://deadline.com/2019/11/star-wars-slowdown-is-a-disney-priority-ceo-bob-iger-says-less-is-more-1202776823/ In the Rian Johnson interview below, he says that “We’re still engaged with Lucasfilm and we’ll wait and see,” Johnson said. “No updates on it at this moment, but yeah.” So he doesn't actually have a development deal. Like I said before, I wouldn't count on that happening. I just heard the news. A sequel! Of course, I knew it was coming, but great that is now official. I can't wait to see Miles' next adventure,. "You are the best of all of us, you are on your way, keep going."

I will settle for them just eliminating one story or one time period. The cast is huge. I don't know who thought that was a good idea.

I am Jason Bourne fan so I watched and caught up. It is okay. I am good at following multiple threads of a story, but too much is happening with too many different characters and it is difficult to keep track. I will give it a couple more episodes. Maybe it will improve.

So Candice doesn't know why her fans want to know if she is the crossover. Maybe it isn't a big deal to her as it is to her fans. She does seem happy about her role in the show this season.

I didn't realize that the show was back and just caught up. I am really enjoying this season. I totally think that it is the wife who put the hit on Derek Luke's character. Who else could it be? I suppose she could have a lover who wants him out of the way. I think that Esme will end up asking to Ryan to help her or protect her as her investigation endangers her life. She isn't as good as she thinks she is. If Ryan could spot her so easily, whoever she is investigating must be on to her by now. I was surprised that it turned out that Ryan and his crew were former cops, but that makes sense. They would have the skills to successful commit crimes and survive purge night. I think they will end up saving their convicted friend in the next Purge. The only story not interesting me is the college one. Maybe guy got too violent too fast. His intense tormented expressions just don't work for me.

I am glad to hear that Iris is heavily featured in the episode post-crisis. I presume the photos with the superheroes in the crisis means that she will filmed with them at some point, but does not indicate that she is in the crossover. I like Katee Sackhoff, but not Amunet. It makes sense that she would have connection to the post-crisis big bad which might be the organization kidnapping and using metas. I wonder if the organization has something to do with the Godspeed clones that Barry has been finding. Maybe it has been testing Barry to see if it can stop him.

I told ya that we would be getting a very special Barry and Ralph episode and here it is. I thrilled that we are seeing Chester again.
-
Yeah, I can't believe that Cookie gets taken out by a car bomb. She almost died that way before.
-
I don't see the show as giving any crumbs to fans who hate Iris or WestAllen and it certainly isn't responsible for what those fans want to read into every interaction on the screen.

I thought this was the best episode of the season so far. The scenes with the bad guy "kidnapping" Ansel were tense and scary. I practically cheered when Ansel figured out that something was wrong and came up with the plan to give the waitress the card. I felt like we really got to know both Grey and Hoffman. Both men with pasts that haunt them. Hoffman's past is easier to deal with because while he feels guilt, he isn't a criminal. He can learn to accept that he cannot change the past and move on. Grey on the hand got involved with a tough crew and getting out is harder. I am not sure that he is really free and clear, but is probably his best shot. I totally understood the fear and anger that made Dex hit Grey. She is right that he kept secrets that put Ansel in danger, but she knew that Grey was a criminal so there was always a risk there. I like how Dex never just overpowers guy twice her size in fights. Rather she uses any and everything she can gets her hands on as a weapon.

Seeing Sendhil reminds me to comment about how horrible the CGI has been. Ramsey's arm turning into blood looks so amateurish.

So far, I think that Mina wins because of those quartz slabs in the bathroom. I could change almost everything easily unlike the other designers.

Well, Eric Wallace's honeymoon didn't last long around here. Ha. I haven't liked the last two episodes because Team Flash's acceptance of Barry's death is too unrealistic. At least, we should see them coming up with a plan that fails and devastated, they accept that there nothing that they can do so they prepare to say goodbye to Barry. They are definitely no Avengers. I didn't view Iris as being sidelined as much as going back to her usual place as an afterthought in the story. In the first two episodes, Barry and Iris were strong as they grieved for Nora and then faced the news together. Barry has now moved onto preparing the team, first KF and last episode was Cisco's turn. I expect we will be getting a very special episode between Barry and Ralph at some point. I am not convinced that Wallace is doing fan service by wanting Cisco to lead the team as much as Barry knows that Iris has finally found her true love as a reporter and he doesn't want her to give that up to be team leader out of obligation. This dialogue that was missing in the Barry/Cisco scene. The Barry/Joe heart to heart has been a hit and positively received in general online, but I thought it was overindulgent and I agree with the person who said that Joe was more broken up than when he found out Iris was going to be killed. And the dialogue in the scene was overwrought which is probably what they were going for. Of course, it is all going to be ridiculous when Barry doesn't die or stay dead.
