I keep saying he should have used that extra vote. It would have been a tie and gone to revote and if it stayed a tied and went to rocks Deshawn and Danny would be at risk. So one or both would most definitely have flipped on revote. Bye, Liana (and HER ugly face).

Only thing I can think is they planned to vote Naseer out. Ricard and Shan. So she wanted 1 vote on Heather in case Naseer used his idol. But she could have just done 1 Heather vote and told Ricard to go ahead and vote Naseer. But maybe they also didn't want Naseer to know since he is on jury (little early to make big jury management moves). So there were 3 Heather votes where Naseer may think he, Shan and Ricard did those. And there were 3 Naseer votes that Naseer may think the extra Naseer vote was from Erika or Heather???? And on revote Shan or Ricard had to flip to Naseer to avoid them going to rocks and one of them going home. That's how they might hope Naseer would see it.

I thought he did tell them he would use it on Evvie.

He should have used the extra vote. Let it go to rocks and then he and Evvie and Liana would be safe and one of the fellas would go. Got to always have a back up in case the flipper doesn't actually flip.

Also she got all pissy when Jake mentioned having a fiance but she also had a boyfriend. Man, is she one of those who does/says/behaves what/how they want but you had better NOT dare do the same back. I have a mom like that. Boy, she can dish all the crap she wants and when I get fed up and dish back it turns to hysterics/tears/stomping end of the world dramatics that I don't live down for like 2 years. I am thinking this. I wonder if he wins immunity and then opts not to use his idol on Evvie and she gets voted out. If he uses his extra vote it would likely be 3-3. So maybe he opts not to use that either. But if they went to rocks he and Evvie would be safe. So maybe he tells that to Deshawn and he votes with them. I don't know. Gut feeling says Evvie and Heather go. In keeping with the cookout 2.0 plan.

So I dislike Shan and Ricard. But up thread someone said they thought those 2 were still a tight duo alliance above the AA (Cookout style) alliance. I disagree. I think she is all in on that. Every name she pushed...Evvie, Xander, Tiffany....did she even throw out Heather or no?...was a white name. And her vocally attacking Ricard for eating the papaya made me feel like she is looking for a reason to sever ties with him. Or have a reason to give when she throws him under the bus soon. I really see Danny, Liana, Shan and Deshawn going to the end. Maybe not F4 because that would be BB dumb of the gals to keep Danny and Deshawn to the very end...tougher to beat in II (I mean Danny should 100% be on everyone's lips from moment of merge...but he isn't). I think they will be more inclined to keep Nasheer and Erika over Danny and Deshawn. Even though Nasheer is likable and not good to go the the end with (especially for the unlikable Shan) he is not a smart gamer and can be manipulated. I see Heather being the last white person left. Maybe a black widow brigade 2.0 with Shan, Liana, Erika and Heather....and poor sweet Nasheer as the Erik. There was talk of girls alliance at beginning and I am betting this will be revisited. Especially with Deshawn coming in hot against Shan. Shan is no Parvati so I am not excited for this. Boo. But I also am not excited for another cookout Pajonjing with Danny, Liana, Shan and Deshawn as F4. This is likely going to be a disappointment of a season for me. My faves are Xander and Evvie and I luvs me some Danny (that jump in the water 😋). I'd love to see Xander win it. But not gonna happen.

So from the moment they boarded that Justin guy was nasty to Terri. Saying stuff like 'kick you down the steps'. I am thinking...maybe...she did something to tick him off right before they took this trip. Maybe stole a client or some sneaky real estate thing?? He wanted her OFF that boat. Maybe they are EXs. Initially I thought he was just trying to be funny and entertaining but was way out of his element. But he really really seems to HATE that lady, Terri.

My thoughts on Nate...and first of all I think his portrayal in season 2 is far fetched and not realistic...but I think when he learned that spit thing (that Rebecca advised him on) to bring out the tough assertive take no crap Nate...I think he got stuck there. But that isn't the real him either. I mean who would want to go back to doormat mousey Nate? To be beaten down and ignored? Nobody. He is just lost and confused. And feels he has to bring on the tough Nate at every moment I'm his life where Rebecca only needed it under certain circumstances. Sad that poor Nate was so walked all over in EVERY aspect of his life. Him taking it out on Ted is only because he looked at Ted as THE one and only who NEVER would treat him poorly...but then that one time and it made a big impression. I guess I am on an island of one (maybe 2 @Schweedie) who feels bad for Nate and hopes he does redeem himself and find that middle ground (not a doormat but not a pric either). From another doormat here...it is hard to do.

Plus she said the lamb to lion thing and the episode title is 'ready to play like a lion'. So...if she doesn't smash it then she clearly is no lion. Will be such a let down. If she doesn't do it I suspect Xander will go home after Liana steals his idol. If she does smash it then I suspect it will be Sydney, Ricard or Evvie in that order. As I do think we will have cookout 2.0 (or is it 1.0 and BB is 2.0?). Plus Naseer and Deshawn have some sort of advantage. Though Liana could steal Naseer's. But he is a POC so she likely will steal Xander's at some point.

I was thinking this too. That they are too similar and that's why they are nipping at each other a bit. I suspect they will actually get along fine though.

Oh, and seems like Rachel is trying to have a better edit this time. Hmmm...we will see how long that lasts. Looking forward to 1st crew party time.

Temp Captain is cray cray. As chef Rachel is STILL. They would make a great couple. I always like Eddie. So at least there is that. Not sure about the rest of the crew. The Med season that just finished had no sexy time with the crew. Zero. But this BD crew seem like there will be a lot of sexy time.

Whole episode was running in a circle or trying to paddle upstream....they ended up right back where they started....where, low and behold, everything they needed was right there under their noses (or, uh, floorboards). Space filler much?!?!?!

When Shan was deciding does she take the loyalist or the strategist my thoughts were LOYALIST. A duo only needs one strategist. But a loyalist is always helpful. They will do whatever is asked and can be used as a shield pretty easily (I always go back to Rob with Philip). I am no fan of Ricard and his RBF but I really hope he eventually stabs Shan in the back.
