So Sami confirmed that Nick sent her the pictures after he was killed. She went looking for security footage of EJ in the shower after that? That would be more in line with her comment the other day about her being nice to Abby during her pregnancy scare, and having no idea EJ could be the father. I'm waiting for Sami to throw that piece of info into EJ's face, too. I really hope Sami's revenge plans don't get derailed by all the people rushing to defend Abigail. I just don't get it. Abby is not a nice person. She's gone after two married men and pitted two more guys against one another in order to get their attention in a very short amount of time. She doesn't learn, and yet she has the audacity to judge other people harshly for their actions while skating on any consequences for her own. I don't know what category she's supposed to be in either, though boring, hypocritical, and useless would work. And again, having everyone say over and over again how beautiful she is will not make it so. This! Lucas can follow Jen down the elevator shaft for that comment. What an ass.

Triangles, baby switches, and deaths are the only kinds of drama this show does any more. Rafe could have been a good character. But since Ron C. couldn't figure out what to do with him and lost interest, Rafe became pointless. Once that happened, RC did what he always does and killed the character off. Here's hoping he soon loses interest in Nina, Levi, et al. HP is a very good young actress. I loved Molly, Sam, Alexis, and TJ today. They made the show watchable. Michelle Stafford is laughable horrible. If there was a drinking game every time she held her head perfectly still while rolling her eyeballs around ... <obvious conclusion>. Except for Levi. He's more revolting, IMO. Still, I don't care for Kiki, or KA's acting, or KA's looks (which I know she can't help).

The guy who plays Levi is Spencer Pratt-level repulsive. A better haircut would not help, either. He's fundamentally unattractive. Of all the people who appeared on today's show, I only care about two of them - Mac and Julian. I could care about Nathan, Jordan, and Lucas if they were in better stories and paired with better characters. But everyone else - Olivia, Sonny, Franco, Carly, Shawn, Levi, Maxi, Felix, Brad, Dante, Lulu, and Puke in absentia - could be shot and kicked in the harbor and I would not care. That's a whopping number of characters to not give a shit about, and that's not even all of them who make the list. There's still Nina, her nurse, Silas, Kiki, Sabrina, and a number of recurring characters who are a total waste of time. Ron C. needs to go.

If Eric screws up Sami's revenge plans on EJ and Abby, I will dislike him forever. At this point I'm ready for Eric to follow the Devereaux clan down the nearest elevator shaft. Jen, Abby, and yes even adorable little JJ could be declared sincerely dead, and Eric could crawl out with a new personality, preferably one less boring and Jen-centric than the one he has now. What a fucking waste of an actor. Greg Vaughan can do more than play yet another prop for the tiresome, joyless, hypocritical Jennifer. I really wish Days would replace the Devereaux family with one that was more interesting and self-aware. I don't know where they can go with Theresa and Brady after this, though I don't feel bad for John. Dude's an idiot. Like some others have said, I hope that in addition to having a sex tape of EJ and Abby, Sami also has one of Abby begging to be EJ's mistress. I don't know why everyone thinks Abby is some sugar princess who can do no wrong. She's really not a nice person.

So I watched GH again today because I was working from home and there's still a part of me that craves the comfort of watching an afternoon block of soaps. The only thing GH delivers anymore is WTFuckery and revulsion. Tracy dancing around claiming she found Alice a heart, and Michelle Stafford's disgusting character smiling that Rafe died for her, was as repulsive as anything Guza ever did. What is wrong with these writers? They have no sense of decency, no sense of humor, and no sense of storytelling. And Michelle Stafford is a cartoon that is too painful to watch. DOOL has its problems but I think it's pretty good right now, annabel. I enjoy B&B, too, but wouldn't watch Y&R if someone paid me. That would be so awesome. I'll also watch hours of Murder, She Wrote even though I've seen every episode more times than i can remember. I've been watching The Love Boat, Brady Bunch, Perry Mason, and Columbo recently, too, and just love 'em.

AS was really great today. She must love this story. KM, like others have said, was weak. I wonder if the video Sami has is of the cabin sex, because whenever she's looked at the picture they've also cut to some video showing the same thing. They've done this at least twice, and each time I thought maybe it was Sami imagining the scene. But now? Maybe she's flashing to the video, and the photo is a still from that. Was there a timeline error today? Sami said she saw EJ and Abby in the shower. Later, Sami said that during Abby's pregnant scare she was nice and supportive because she had no idea EJ would have been the father. But the pregnancy thing was afterwards, so I don't get it. Maybe I'm just not remembering right. As for Jennifer, I can't stand her but I think she did the right thing defending and hugging her idiot daughter. Clearly, JJ has inherited the same lack of brains that his sister did. The kid doesn't have even a rudimentary understanding of the legal system in this country. Just because a legal document is old doesn't make it invalid, dumbass. No wonder he can't get into a decent college. I like that Paige told that so-called friend of her to go kick rocks. Paige is a refreshingly strong character and I hope they don't screw her up.

I really don't care about Ridge and Katie and think the show could do without them. Which sucks, because Heather Tom is one of my favorite soap actresses and I haven't minded TK in the past. In fact, I liked him a lot the first year or so he played Zach on AMC. It's too bad they didn't bring him on as a different character. Ridge is very limiting, IMO. Rather than having another showdown between Ridge and Rick over leadership at Forrester (if that's where they ultimately go with this story), I'd like to see FC at odds with another fashion house.

Sami was magnificent today. She found out about the shower sex through security footage? What about the cabin sex? I want more details! I can not wait to see what she has in store for Abigail now, and for both Abby and EJ down the road. No matter how greedy they try to make Eve, I will never like, side, or empathize with Jennifer. The only reason Jack even agreed to give Eve half his long form rights is because he never thought he write a book, so for Jennifer to now act like Eve worked some kind of evil magic on Jack to make him agree to such a thing is bullshit. Even JJ was pissing me off today. Less Devereaux family, please. ETA: I may not ever be on Jen's side, but Eve is sort of stupid here. Does she think the lawsuit will get settled before Paige needs to pay tuition at Stanford next month? Or in time for her to get her surgery in the next couple of years? If so, no way that comes close to being even soap opera believable.

I loved Sami and Kate today. Can't wait to see EJ realize he underestimated his wife. Hopefully on top of telling him that she knows he fucked Abigail while she was in the next room, she also tells him she destroyed the evidence he would have held over her head had she ever stepped out of line. Abby is an idiot. As others have said, does she not realize she made herself a party to EJ's crime? Also, she's weird looking. I'm tied of people calling her hot and beautiful, because no. Jennifer is a real piece of work, acting so magnanimous in offering to honor the legal agreement Jack signed ... except conveniently omitting the movie rights.

If Abby were younger, and not as sophisticated as the writers tell us she is, and if she didn't know Sami and her kids, I might be willing to assign slightly less responsibility to her (as KM expects the audience to do). But she's not some naïve, sheltered thing. She's traveled the world, been in relationships, and most importantly gone after a married man before and got caught. She knew exactly the type of man EJ was and the family he came from. She knew Sami and her children (she's supposed to be best friends with one of them!) and so she couldn't handwave them as abstract concepts immune from the pain her actions would cause. She's every bit as responsible as EJ for their affair, and I can't wait to watch Sami make her squirm. In the few years I've been watching Days, there hasn't been a single time I've found Abby likable, rootable, or entertaining. Why is she even on?

I was just thinking yesterday how much better I liked Tracy with Joe Scully than with Luke. Poor JE, being stuck in a stupid story playing a dumbed down character so Tony Geary can play "dark." He sucks. Also, who thought this story of Sonny holding a woman hostage and terrorizing her with threats and promises of death was a good idea? Honestly, I can't even believe this story saw the light of day, especially given the high profile stories of women being kidnapped and held prisoner by sickos of various stripes here and in the rest of the world. It is sickening.

Kate blaming Sami for EJ cheating was fucking gross. Every bit as gross as Mr. Valdez denigrating women by laughing about how easy it was to sell lipstick. Women are not responsible for the behavior of men. Ever. Still, I don't want the Kate-Sami alliance to fall apart. Stefano can DIAF for all I care, and EJ deserves to lose and be humiliated. Eric was back to being boring.

Brady really is dumb, but damn if EM doesn't look as good as ever. The man doesn't age. I wish they'd write him a good story, give him a brain, and get him away from shrieking Maggie and whispering John. Brady and Theresa are very pretty together, and having them do something other than drink and stare at tiny vials of cocaine would be awesome. Those need to unite over something other than partying and being pissed separately or together at John, Daniel, Eric, Jen, et al.

Every time I turn on this show it's worse than the last wasted hour. Anyone who watched or read about OLTL under this regime already knows how the heart transplant story is going to play out. ReRon may just possibly be the most fitting epithet in the history of epithets. GH desperately needs a head writer not named Ron Carliavati, Bob Gaza, or Megan McTavish.

I was pretty impressed with Darin Brooks today. The lighting for those scenes was spot on, too. I like Wyatt and Liam better as brothers who have each other's backs than as rivals for Hope's affection. Both characters are so asexual.

Sweaty, bitter, sarcastic Greg Vaughan is a thing of beauty. More, please. Can't wait to see Sami drop the hammer on EJ. I hope her revenge on dumbass Abigail is as sweet.

Why are Jennifer and Abigail the town good girls? They're hypocritical, judgmental, and boring. Why can't Kayla fill the good role instead of Jen? She is infinitely more interesting and MBE is a better actor, IMO. I guess the show just needs more Hortons. So why not bring on another Horton woman with a daughter? I haven't looked at their family tree in a long time, but there has to be more Hope cousins than Jen and Julie. As for Abby, I'd take Melanie over her and I can't stand Melanie.

I don't understand why they had to make Quinn into a certifiable lunatic. What a waste of Rena Sofer's talents. She was fine as the weird, controlling, slightly menacing, S&M-loving jewelry designer. Now she's too close to real-life stalkers and abusers to be any fun for me to watch. Can she please be impaled on that ridiculous sword and thrown over a cliff? And then be declared most sincerely dead? Loved, loved, loved Aly and Oliver and Pam and Charlie this week. One thing this show does extremely well is showing people having fun. GH hasn't had that kind of sense of humor for years.

I hope they don't kill (or even "kill") EJ, because then Sami would feel guilt and remorse instead of satisfaction and vindication. I want her to come out of this gloriously on top and EJ and Abigail to feel humiliated, embarrassed, stupid, and alone.

AS has been outstanding lately. I totally buy Sami's pain, and loved her sly remark to Abigail that she would be next. Kate muttering "Well played, Sami" was also awesome. Bring it on, Sami! About the fainting thing. I fainted early on in my pregnancies, so I wonder if Sami will end up being pregnant. It might be an interesting way for her to leave Salem, and give another layer to her revenge on EJ and Abby.

So. JJ clearly inherited his mother's delusion that the world revolves around them. In the Deveraux alternate reality, legal agreements don't mean anything if they were signed a long time ago and are now inconvenient. I wish one person would tell the Deveraux slackjaws that if Jack didn't want half of the proceeds of his book to go to Eve, then he maybe shouldn't have 1) signed away half his long form rights, and 2) written the book and set up a trust knowing that half the proceeds didn't belong to him to give away. Idiots. Surprisingly, I'm now interested in the Jordan and Ben story. Their daddy looks like a mean ol' hillbilly. Can Jen get in his way, please? ETA: Eve and Theresa were pretty damn awesome today. I can't wait for them to finally bond over their shared hatred for the Horton clan saint.

So let me get this straight. Eve gave Jack a bunch of money when they ended their marriage, and Jen's all, oh well, that money is gone, get over it. But when Eve says that in return for that money Jack promised her half of the proceeds of any of his future long form projects, Jen's all, that's not fair, Jack wouldn't want that, I'm going to fight you over this. And Eve is the greedy one? Please. Jennifer is such a horrible shrew. Plus, she didn't give a shit about Jack before he died and now she's concerned about his legacy? Please, again. I love KdP and am so very happy she's back on screen.

They want her to be a love-to-hate type character, for sure. Having her diss Walter White as a fleabag or whatever put her firmly on my hate list, since I think that anyone (even a fictional character) who doesn't like cats is a jerk at best and a psychopath at worst.

I watched today for the first time in awhile. Sam and Patrick should be together. MW was the only thing that made MB tolerable. Ava torturing Sonny is really quite funny. If TIIC in charge get rid of Maura West in favor of Michelle Stafford, then they are even bigger idiots than I thought. MW is a far superior actress and a much more interesting character, IMO. Stafford is horrible with the repeating, the whispering, the gesturing, and the goofy faces. She's as bad as MB with all the tics and scenery chewing. I can't believe she's going to be here for two years.
