  1. I didn't say it would make sense (ha!), but I wouldn't be surprised if that's why it happened. I mean, I'm still trying to figure out who's maintaining Michonne's locs. Did she come across a latching tool in her travels?
  2. Side note: I'm side eyeing Sonequa's new hairstyle -- long twists. Don't get me wrong, it looks fly on her (I'm in love with both her and her hair), but I'm wondering if that's going to be incorporated into filming...so that the two black women have similar hair...in case there needs to be mistaken identity...for reasons...
  3. Vice versa. One last time to troll us about Glenn's death.
  4. Mahone ? My heart is breaking because he's not in this.
  5. Not to negate your feelings, but it's just a season one marathon. I wouldn't care about it either.
  6. Quite true. Plus, he and Quinn had a brief flirtation (I think they even kissed) either right before or right after he was with Taylor this last go round (so...3 years ago?).
  7. Aww. No Tucker in that photo :( I need Tahj to have a real storyline.
  8. I was packing while watching tonight's episode, so I was half paying attention. I guess that speech was supposed to be Bonnie / Melissa's big moment, but...eh. I've heard her call both of her sons dummies. At first, it was one of those things where she was being a mom and clearly didn't mean it, but these last few seasons when she does it, it's so acidic and I have no problem believing that she believes those things about her kids.
  9. I'm pretty sure he wore that exact outfit, hat included, when I met him last month. That's his jam, apparently.
  10. I don't know if I believe that. We leave the show with Sam saying "Mom, mom, mom," increasing the volume each time while they inch through a herd of walkers, but when the show picks up, they act like nothing happened. We also went from day to night in a matter of 2 minutes. These are glaring continuity errors that seems like they could have been resolved fairly easily with a reshoot, but it didn't happen. AMC seems like they're on Saved by the Bell production levels of cheapness, but I'm supposed to believe they filmed 11 versions of the same thing? And what does it matter if they filmed 11 versions if an actor stops showing up for work after a few weeks?
  11. The may have learned their lesson from the dumpster fire that was DumpsterGate. I've read Gimple et al say in multiple publications that they're starting off exactly where the finale left off with Negan. Is this the place where we share who was a confirmed sighting on set this week?
  12. Mahone became the best part of the show for me, so I can't even hate that much on season 4. I really loved me some Mahone and Lang.
  13. That singing at the beginning, that Sheriff Rick Grimes action shot and the man playing Daryl's father makes this almost perfect.
  14. I'm not deep in the spoiling community, but I heard that people were making it their mission to find out what happened in a way that didn't happen with, say, the season 4 finale. But this could be some people talking out of their butt, though.
  15. I have no idea where this would go, but Cudlitz was the guest of the Fairly Normal podcast today. It was the podcast's first live one and it was incorporated into Nashville's Wild West Comedy fest, so there was an audience, of which I was a part of. I'm not sure when the cast is going to air, though. Nothing mindblowing was revealed. Someone asked him if he added/changed any dialogue and he said absolutely not because Gimple is such a stickler for that because he allegedly has some masterplan already in place and changing one piece of dialogue would ruin the whole tapestry. Another person asked how much lead time is given to an actor so that they're aware their character is being killed (typically 2-3 episodes). The only thing that caught my ear was the way he referred to Gimple as the current showrunner, as if that could be changing soon, but that also could have just as easily just been awkward phrasing. He's a sweet guy and I ended up taking a picture with him after the show.
  16. The fact that this show pissed off so many people that guys are sending drones to the set to get the drop on them brings me endless delight. Hmm...
  17. I never watched TB; I came to know Kamau from the Denzel Washington Is The Greatest Actor of All Time podcast, so now I'm excited to have a double dose of him weekly.
  18. The one time I didn't watch all the way through the credits. I deleted it and came here and that's when I saw that Charlie came back :(
  19. I thought the sloppy season three ratings were because of the writers' strike. But...yeah. SWC could stay off of my screen forever and I'd be perfectly fine.
  20. All I need in this world of sin...is Alex Mahone. I started watching it more for him that Michael around the end of season two.
  21. She definitely meant to lock her fingers with his. She already had the mints in her hand.
  22. Oh my gosh. Jenifer Lewis was masterful when she struggled to tell finacee what she should call her. The fact that she was trying at all to be more intimate showed great strides in and of itself, but she just wasn't there yet. Finally settling on Mrs. Johnson was both a win and a loss for her, she knew it and it showed on her face and in her tone.
