  1. Back again with more GRB news - head on over to this Daily Mail article if you want to see her new nose. I think the next step for Gypsy is become a wackpacker on the Howard Stern show. FYI: Damaged humans seem to gravitate to calling in or appearing on Howard's show and some of them he "collects" and they become semi-regulars, checking in with their disordered lives. If you remember Tan Mom, the alky woman who was in the news for taking her preteen child to a tanning salon, she is now a wackpacker. Some others were a crackhead (Crackhead Bob), two low IQ adults (Wendy and Gary), a man who said he was regularly abducted by aliens (Riley Martin). In about 2-3 years, Gypsy would fit right in with the rest of those characters.
  2. Thanks for the updates @Bazinga. I agree that these cases may sound good on paper but a lot of them feel like frivolous complaints with no legal merit and why waste time on them? The spoiled fish, funeral party and the MTB seemed to be more on the "people do dumb things" than lawsuit material.
  3. I have this in my DVR to record, but I end up deleting most w/o watching. Since the new season started I caught 4 random cases and they were lame. All these cases were people wanting money for things that seemed pretty frivolous. **A son wanting $9K from his father. Son came to stay with dad after his mom died and dad kept texting that he was having a hard time coping. Son makes a deal that he'll stay with Dad for 4 months if Dad will give him the $9K he will lose for missing out on an acting role. Son arrives, but finds that Dad has a new girlfriend -- son and GF do not get along. Son leaves and thinks that Dad should still pay him. **A woman has her fridge stocked with expensive seafood for an upcoming party. Her uncle comes over and decides that the fish is going bad and tosses it all - niece wants $400 from him. **A woman has a "living funeral" for herself and asked a friend to speak at it. The woman had been in a car wreck earlier in the year which made her feel life is fragile and she wanted to have a party while she is still above ground. She said this friend turned the occasion into a roast, making fun of her. The friend says the woman screened a loooong video presentation of her life -- guests started looking at their watches, so he decided to insert some humor into the event. The funeral holder wanted the friend to reimburse her for the cost of the funeral/party as she says he ruined it. **A woman tells a work friend that she is pregnant - the mom-to-be (MTB) gets a "Congrats" balloon bouquet next day and now her coworkers know about the upcoming birth. MTB is mad because she didn't want that news out yet and thinks that the friend owes her for the therapy she needed after she miscarried that child. I couldn't tell you how these cases end because I gave up caring... just that there was a definite theme here.
  4. In the trailer for that upcoming special, Gypsy says she is now "in a different kind of prison". More whining? Why do I think this chick will be milking any/every tiny thing that she can use to keep her name out in the cybersphere. This mess could go on for years.
  5. I watched this fever dream of a show back when it originally aired - it started out interesting but by the 3-4th episode I was annoyed by the storytelling and confused by everything else. Imagine my surprise when I saw today that this show is back. A big thanks to @AnimeMania for the above recap and list of characters as I blocked a lot of this out. I do remember I had an extreme dislike of the character Autumn. Maybe there will be less of her this season... I hope. I will watch to see if things have gotten more coherent in this new season, but I don't have high expectations. Maybe?
  6. The actor who played little Jesse, the Antichrist, is all grown up and still acting. I just saw his name listed in the cast of "Joker 2: Folie a Deux"
  7. No Good Breed Goes Unpunished: This case could have been a simple failed dog sale, but it had two hella trashy people as litigants. Curtis Waters lost his job and couldn't finish paying for the pit bull (Kash) he bought from his cousin. He has a contract says he can't sell or breed the dog until full payment is received, but he offered to sell Kash to Nicole Luther, who he encounters at a 7-11 at 4AM. Nicole says she saw Kash sitting in the rain while the owner was inside and decided she wanted the beautiful dog. They arrange a sale, but days later someone tells Nicole that Curtis has no right to sell the dog since he still has a balance outstanding. So, then, Nicole uses grifter logic and stops paying Curtis for the dog. However, Curtis still wants money and pick of the litter if Kash has any puppies. This case was a hot mess - so many face and neck tattoos, missing teeth, dog sales with drugs as payment, bullet casing in cars, both of these fools being upset that they are restricted from breeding the dog per the contract, calls to DHS after Nicole stopped paying, guns being waved around when Curtis stops by to "discuss" payment. Yeesh. Turns out Nicole read the contract wrong, so the dog could be bred but she still wanted money for defamation or... something. I lost interest. Curtis says he would give Nicole the $400 she paid back - he wanted the dog, but instead the judges let Nicole keep the dog and give Curtis a cash award and a future puppy.
  8. I watched the first half of this very tedious series and came here to see if there is any point in finishing it out. From the posters who already commented, I see that the answer is a big fat NOPE.
  9. I hope that no sketchy production team gets ahold of her and pitches a reality show, which you know this woman will take for the dollars. She has no education, has never worked, has been in jail for murder, is living with family, just got divorced - what are her prospects? Unless she learned a trade in prison, what can she do? I'm sure she would jump on a reality show for a quick payday. I could see her dad try to gave advice, but she's grown and probably would want whatever fee is offered. The only thing that may put a damper on crafting a show for Gypsy is that she has such a nasty past and nothing going on currently - no husband or kids or job to focus on, no siblings or a crew of friends to hang out with. What would they film to fill the time? Let her go to prisons and talk to inmates? Please, do not have her going out on dates! UPDATE: TMZ dropped a story that Gypsy was seen at a tattoo parlor with a guy that she was engaged to for a short time while she was still in prison. They got matching wolf tattoos, but they say that there is nothing going on between them. Yeesh. His name is Ken Urker if you want to look up more details.
  10. Can you see her raising a kid? I wonder if she would strive to be the best mother possible after being raised by a monster, or would her severe trauma, lack of education and other issues prevent her from putting her child(ren) first. I know she wrote a book -- let's hope she still has some of that money to fall back on, cause who's gonna hire her? I pray that she doesn't go the route of that Teen Mom Farrah , who had a kid, got implants and a nose job and started doing porn.
  11. The news came out today that she and her husband are splitting up three months after she got released from prison. Whodathunkit? I never felt much positive feelings towards Gypsy - I took her for a grifter, just like mommy. She hooks up with a brain-damaged mental case who has multiple personalities and she thought it was all going to be sunshine and lollipops? She hints that she wants her mother dead to this wackjob and doesn't think he'll do it? She should have gotten more jail time, IMO. Then she gets out with some mess of a husband and goes onto talk shows and Twitter bragging about her sex life and having millions of followers? She's almost as trashy as Mama June. She says she's going to live with her dad and his family in Louisiana for the time being. I think she needs to get off social media for the foreseeable future - no more finding boyfriends/husbands from the internet. Relax, sister.
  12. Today's theme was "Cowboy Quickies", which has nothing to do with Ree/Ladd sexytimes. This was a selection of dishes made for the guys working some cattle on the ranch. I had a WTF? moment to see that her tweak to making her "perfect pancakes" was to mix buttermilk and whole milk together, with an extra dash of vanilla. That is a lazy stretch to make a standard pancake batter different. She also made meatball subs and fried onions. ZZzzzzzz The only thing that kept my interest was that Paige (who is a GIANT!) was helping with the cattle work, and I was waiting for Ree to make a "girly" item for her daughter. I got so used to Ree going for a lighter menu (salads, light pastas, etc.) when she's cooking for females, I was surprised that Paige didn't get a dainty basket full of finger sandwiches instead of a large meatball sub. How times have changed.
  13. I swear I've seen these two women before. I had a serious case of deja vu while watching this, wracking my brain if this was a rerun or if these two have been jumping around to different court shows.
  14. More crap happening to Wendy - seen on today's Yahoo News: 1) The IRS is coming for her - they put a lien on her NYC apartment for over half a million dollars in unpaid taxes from 2019 and 2021. Story here 2) The ex-husband is going back to court to obtain 2 years of spousal support money he feels he is still owed. This punkass will not stop trying to put his fingers back into Wendy's purse. Hopefully, the Guardianship place will handle both of these issues, due to Wendy's current condition.

  16. I live in NY and the state came in and put my father (who had dementia) into guardianship after a lawsuit was brought against a sibling who had taken control of dads finances and was using his money. The state appointed a lawyer who deals with elder cases, who was sent to observe the family dynamics - what the lawyer saw was a family divided (we were not being civil) over the situation and decided that none of us three children were "appropriate" to handle dads finances. We had no say after that - it was all taken out of our hands. The guardian agency took over all of the money and medical care - they would pay for any outstanding debts and pay for the nursing home out of dads funds. The guardian agency told us that we would get invoices to show how dads money was being spent for his care... we never received not a one. FYI: The guardian agency is also paid out of whatever money the client has. Luckily, my father was smart with his money and his nursing home costs were covered. I honestly don't know how it works if the client is not financially well off....
  17. There is a man named Dr. Grande, who has a sizeable Youtube channel, where he discusses various people, events, situations in the news. He is a psychologist and says he is NOT diagnosing any individual, just discussing the situation at hand. Here's his take on the WW situation -- HERE.
  18. While I was watching part 3 where Wendy was in California, she reminded me of the character Norma Desmond from the classic movie "Sunset Boulevard". Norma is an old movie star, from the silent movie era, who is stuck in the past, always reliving her glory days and thinking that any day her old studio will be calling with a new movie for her. The problem is that movies have sound now and Norma doesn't realize that her days are over. Norma lives in a big empty mansion surrounded by gaudy old stuff, has a dedicated manservant who caters to her every whim, and lies to her that movie offers are coming in. Wendy stumbling the streets of CA, visiting studios to make contacts, and asking folks if they know who she is was sad. Also, hearing her constantly stating that she is going to get back on TV, she is Norma v2. Poor dear.
  19. I don't hold the disrespect and bad treatment of her staff against her because I'm pretty sure it's the disease doing that. Wendy is being controlled by the symptoms of her illness. I think that her manager Will is a viper with dollar signs dancing in front of his eyes, and he was going to stick around as long as possible while getting a paycheck. A lot of people on the other WW forum used to wonder what happened to DJ Boof, who seemed to be Wendy's personal slave for a while, then disappeared from the show with no explanation. I guess he was not under a NDA, so he was given the opportunity to give some backstory on his situation. He says that he saw the changes going on in Wendy (the drinking and mental decline) and decided that she was no longer the person he knew, and so it was time to go. I wish that Suzanne and Norman would have been interviewed too... you know they saw some shit.
  20. I'm watching the Lifetime documentary in real time - it just started. Love Wendy or hate her, the first 5 minutes are incredibly cringy, sad and depressing. Buckle up and get your happy pills because this is a hard watch. EDIT: DJ Boof was interviewed and cleared up why he disappeared from the show. After trying to be a friend and confidante, and going out of his way to help out (stopping by, bringing food, etc.), he saw how the drinking was taking a toll and the other changes happening to Wendy, he left because "she was no longer the person I knew".
  21. Watching now... the first 5 minutes are incredibly cringy, sad and depressing. This is gonna be a hard watch. Back later.
  22. @Jaded is right about guardianship being taken away from family cause it can get ugly. This happened with my father having dementia and one sister who took control of all of dad's assets, using his funds (hundreds of thousands of dollars) and not letting the rest of us in on decision making. Family drama ensued, involving lawsuits and police when the sister froze the rest of us out, hid information from us and lied. The courts decided that none of us should have the power to make decisions because of the animosity and bad blood - we were determined to not have dad's best interest at heart, so he was made a guardian of the state. Lawyers and a guardianship agency took over and handled all aspects regarding finances.
  23. Seems like there is drama behind the scenes of the SHERRI show. I just stumbled on this story in the NY Post. An executive of the show was found dead and it's causing a stir because he was being investigated for mishandling of the shows finances. Apparently, besides issue with petty cash, the rent for the studio hadn't been paid since September to the point that production could have been shut down. It appears to be suicide, which does not bode well for this situation. Story is HERE
  24. Saw this update from @DanaK over on the Wendy documentary thread: Good Morning America will be discussing the WW doc on the show tomorrow morning (2/22). Family members will be discussing the situation. I guess Lifetime's promo department is sparing no expense to get this out to the masses - GMA is a good get, national exposure. I wonder who they got... her burdened young son, her shifty brother Tommy, her older sister Wanda, who I've never seen. Realistically it will probably be some distant cousin or aunt who doesn't really know jack squat but just hyped to get a trip to NY.
  25. Yahoo had an article about the upcoming doc where family members and others give details on Wendy's issues. A driver tells how he was instructed by Wendy to drive past the studio where her show was taped. Five minutes after going past it, Wendy asked him to drive by again, like she didn't just have him do this already. Her son says that Wendy has definite cognitive issues, like memory loss, etc. which doctors attribute to years of alcohol abuse. Make sure to scroll down to see Wendy back in the day and gawk at some of the outfits, those untamed implants and over the top wigs and accessories. You will have a laugh but it's also sad to see how she has changed physically. Check out those outfits
