Jeff revealed on his Sirius show this week that Hollywood Houselift has been renewed! Season Two starts shooting early next year. He also said that Anthony Anderson will be back. Jeff has continued working with him since their first project.

There’s a commercial for California Closets that plays relentlessly on YouTube. It’s a woman in her beautiful walk-in closet, fine. She’s thinking about what she’s going to say to the boy she’s adopting (very sweet). The voiceover is soooo distracting! She has a weird, deep voice that does not sound natural. It reminds me of Elizabeth Holmes. It really confuses me.

Ari definitely created her own problems by insisting on moving to Ethiopia to have a baby. I have a feeling her parents went along with the idea, initially, sure that she would come to her senses. They were probably afraid that objecting to it would cause little Ari to dig in her heels, just to stick it to mom and dad. She was such a brat about it, that I don’t have a lot of sympathy for her right now. That said... Biniyam is ignorant and not ready to have even a pet lizard! I cannot believe that he’s spouting this crap about mothers being less loving or emotionally attached (whatever the hell he was trying to say) to children born via C-section! Really, a**hole? That is so insulting and condescending. I will pray for this child, that he or she will be adopted by Grandma and Grandpa and shielded from the idiocy of these two.

Hi! I’m a tad behind. Armando/ Kenny timeline is confusing me: Kenny complaining about how hard the adjustment to Mexico is. It’s been a freakin’ week, ding-dong! When did K’s kids come to visit? If it was within a week, why was he crying so hard when he left the US. Kenny is being an insensitive jerk. Shouldn’t he have done some research before the move? I binged season 1 last night. Impressive cast, great performances, but it left me cold. When I wasn’t wincing at the gore I was mostly bored with the slow pace of the meandering plot. However, I t is an absolute visual treat! The costumes are stunning and over the top, and the sets are spectacular. I especially love the Tony Duquette style of Lenore’s house and the California Art Deco interiors of Lucia State Hospital. The production design is top notch, but like the plot, some of it never comes to fruition. I would’ve liked to have seen more of the hallways drenched in green light. What did it symbolize? Why did they just drop it? I will say that the last episode left me wanting more. This season’s plot was all over the place (typical RM), but I have hope that they’ll get it together season 2.

Ah - i hope you’re right. The speculation is that these are either typos or the dates weren’t inverted when the document wasn’t translated. I’m not a huge Andrei fan anymore since seeing his aggressiveness the last few episodes. But Family Libby are so repulsive that I’d hate for them to have something to hang on him, especially considering the Chucks both have records.

On a separate note: Sherrell’s World(YouTube Channel) has discovered a document showing Andrei was indicted for embezzlement a few years ago in Moldova. He was ultimately acquitted, but the implication is that this is the reason he left for Ireland. @Neurochick, I watch Sherrell’s World regularly. Love her and her sidekicks❤️ Anyway, did you see where her Moroccan “correspondent” said that he has inside info that she was definitely not in Morocco? I think that’s why she was hiding in the dark. The Man in Morocco later said that because of Covid-19 it was near impossible for her to travel to and within Morocco when she claims to have been traveling. Last week Nicole was active on SM asking people for advice on getting from A to B, within Morocco and incorporating what Sherrell’s guest was saying. I think this is all a ruse and she’s a lyin’ Baby Beluga!

I just finished watching S3 and came here to say the same thing about Ben Daniels - he was my favorite thing about this season! Lucky you that you saw him on stage. He is excellent in this role and I wish he’d been nominated for an Emmy. (My first introduction to him was on the underrated FX series “The Exorcist.” Very well-written and worth a watch if you like supernatural stuff).

This is exactly what took me out of the show this season. Going from Claire Foy to Olivia Coleman is a bit startling (my apologies to OC). But to ask the audience to accept the sudden change within a year of S2 Ep10 is tough. In 1964 QEII was around 38. I guess 38 year olds looked older back then. I do love the casting, though, especially HBC and Ben Daniels as Lord Snowden (Tony). Really, they’re all fantastic, and the sets and costumes never disappoint. ETA: @JudyObscure - Haha! The Chin!
