Mags being on a first name basis with TB girl seemed weird and inappropriate. I’m worried for Bash: a Canadian citizenship and passport will not protect you from being arrested and imprisoned while travelling to areas with war and unstable and oppressive governments.

The Canadian citizenship ceremony gave me all the feels.

Unfortunate, I really liked this show. Not surpriseing since Netflix didn;t promte it as far as I know. I only stubbled upon this show while browseing through the Netflix catalouge.

Despite the flaws of Season One, I am looking forward to this. I'm letting my Apple+ subscription lapse until either Foundation or For All Mankind returns.

I always love it when Sabi deploys their electrical skills. The funeral scenes were really well done but why was Sabi wearing ripped jeans? They own lots of nicer pants.

That was a strong pair of episodes. That Iman rocks! And Bessy making it up the stairs to confront her son on his BS gave me all the feels.

I love this show!! It is peak Canada. One tiny nitpick: Should Sabi being wearing all that metal jewellery while they do electrical work? IIRC, in the first episode Bessy is hit by a car while commuting by bike. This is a HUGE problem in so many North American cities, including my home city of Halifax. It hurts to watch, but I’m gratefull to see a show address the ramifications of what is usually just a brief bit in the news.

Best episode of the season IMO. I watch a few medical dramas and Transplant is my favourite. I admit I’m biased as I’m Canadian and I appreciate the Canadian perspective on the struggles within the our health care system.

I did like how Kurt and Lyle behaved like grownups towards each other instead of literally fighting over the same woman. Kurt obviously wanted to come chargeing to Diane's rescue, I am not sure what Lyle was trying to accomplish. Weridly, one thing that DID strain credibilty on the absurdist show is that Carmen just happened to have a stunning outfit that fit Diane perfectly. I was expecting sweats. I also came to appreciate the working relationship between Diane and Liz.

I was reminded of a scene in Mad Men, IIRC John S climbed a bunch of stairs. Way to stick the landing, show! This. I'm not ready to leave this world. I liked the Good Wife, but the Good Fight was better. What about the cute animals at the start of the last season? Maybe Diane will end up on a farm. Glad Kurt and Diane found their way back to each other. Their are couples who are happily together despite all the diffrences.

Yet another show that get almost no attention whatsoever. I'm glad Netflix has funded a second season nontheless. It may be because animation is cheaper than live-action

That scene with Carmen gave me 24 flashbacks! I'm sure it wasn't exactly legal. Especially the shipping people off to Anatartica part. Shallow note: Carmen's wardrobe in so interesting. She doesn't dress like anyone else on the show. Kodus to whomever is designing or sourceing her outfits.

IIRC, Diane did encourage Kurt to take the job with the NRA. But i take your point. Kurt never pretended to be anything he wasn't. I have always shipped Kurt and Diane. The fact that they could be together depite thier different politics gave me hope.

I was dissapointed with Tripes of Europa but I will gice this a try. The music is good!

I just rewatched ”The Trouble With Tribbles” and “The Gamesters if Triskellion”. The TOS fight choreography was fantastic. Also, Triskellion would be ideal for a Lower Decks Poject Swingby. I’m sure the Providers got right on training their gladiator slaves to be independent people.🙄

Daniel Radcliff is having a great career. I am so looking forward to the Weird Al movie!

I think Bash is worried in the same way that many parents (or in Bash's case guardian sibling) are worried that being in the arts is too unstable. He is still in survial mode. He is also concerned that forgery will jepordize his Canadian citizship, I don't know enough about Canadian immigration law to determine if that concern is valid or paranoid. The flashback with Bash's Mom broke me. Poor Mags. Maybe a career in research wouldbe better for her health but that is not where her heart is, literally.
