90DF Live Chat 3: I Gave Up Everything To Be Here

In that hat, Kris is a dead ringer for Angelina Jolie in Changeling. -
Me too. A step further: a person who insists someone being friendly should “talk less, lest be unliked” is jealous because they know they’re boring as shit. Like Mya.

Scare intruders.

Lindsay: Ok you think we're moving too fast, what are your actual concerns? Like can you name one specific concern? Danielle: Lindsay: It bothers me that I had to hear about this from the other girls (the ones who hate me.) I just wish you would've talked to me privately if this is how you felt. Danielle: Lindsay: I've known Carl for a decade. Didn't you move in with Robert only a few months after meeting him? Danielle:

James bringing Runaway Ally her hibachi shrimp and fried rice in the lobby is a high-level-partner move for this crew. The bar is low. On the other hand- BlaBla immediately putting her filthy fingers into the girl’s plate and helping herself to a shrimp is a red flag and her personal brand of mistressism. The last girl whose plate she helped herself to can tell Ally “It’s not about the pasta shrimp, it’s about she’s fucking your boyfriend.”

Danielle fancies herself very clever and well liked. I found her body language sitting down for the Carl conversation warm and dare I say.. “inviting.”

It’s like an echo chamber full of hairspray and Michael Kors bags. But the restaurant is really pretty. -

I’d say it’s best to assume someone is not developmentally disabled unless they (or their verbal advocate/s) identify them that way. I think an issue is that most assumptions (and message board statements like “I think Castmember X is autistic”) are based in the most well known and *most negative* stereotypes, which in turn keeps the most negative aspects of the disorders the most well known. -

Yohan (channeling his inner Ivan Drago): I must break you. To get rid of the bad energy. -
Also a very empty stipulation for Katie to agree to seeing as how none of the male friends/castmates can stand her. Not to mention none are single. This doesn’t really bother me since the legal marriage needed to happen before Green Card processes could begin. Makes sense to get it done and plan the wedding at your own pace.

Katie is a toxic, volatile person- tequila, wine, water or otherwise. She reminds me of a relative with BPD. The other known VPR rage texters being Jax and James tells us what category of narcissism she’s in.. Not a fan of Schwartz but I’ve felt for years that he’s been trained with a bullhook to blame himself for her emotional outbursts, constant falling outs, etc and that he has tried to make her cut him out with his various indiscretions. He’s trauma-bonded and feels an obligation to stay close to her. These two need to be far away from each other.

If there were ever a time for Katie to follow through on her repeated “I will set you on fire” threat, him stealing that dragon roll was it.

There was no “hi how are you” because you brought two hardheaded diametrically opposed people to dinner with each other, Nicole. And you told them each the most triggering things about the other beforehand to ensure they both came in uncomfortable and rearing to go.
-
Consequences are never good, Danielle. You know. Like if you don’t pay your bills.
-
Agreed. I think chickpea soup on the Nile overpass with no head covering is the most modern he wants to be, and she seems to know that about him but also seems to enjoy testing her boundaries. I have no sympathy for Nicole.

Danielle trying to sell the same “I’m the only good friend in this friendship” that works on Paige/Amanda to Lindsay herself… *chef kiss*
