I figured out a reasoning for Talia's revenge that works for me. It's not that she's mourning dear, old dad, it's that, much like Nyssa did in S3, she resents that Oliver was the one to off him and not her, thereby ascending to become the new Ra's. Let me have this until the show proves me wrong. No doubt on Talia's next appearance.

When did Slade have his first scene with Felicity? 219 when he broke into the lair?
-
Considering Lian Yu is more than likely featured in this episode, I'd say signs point to yes this time.
-
How many fathers can we list? Ra's (bleh), Robert, Chase's criminal daddy, likely Malcolm at this point, hopefully Noah at least referenced with Felicity's involvement with Helix...

I thought you didn't get cold, Oliver. Really hope Barry gets a chance to see him bundled up and rag on him a bit. :)

So, about Susan betraying Oliver. If she was actually in the next episode, I could totally see her running the story of Chase being the throwing star killer while Oliver is kidnapped and despite being warned that she can't do it. As she is not, I'm willing to amend to be part of her motivation for the betrayal. I had the biggest damn scoop in years with Chase bring this crazy killer and had to sit on it because you just had to go and get yourself kidnapped by him. And now my wounds have healed so it won't play as well on TV screens! What sort of a vigilante are you anyway?

Really entertaining episode. Will actually watch again. Chase is super awesome and creepy as he should be. Good call on revealing his identity and have him facce off with Oliver and everyone else in the open. Maybe the distance made the heart grow fonder? Nyssa certainly had a much clearer grasp of who Ra's was. Add to that sadly and resignedly calling Oliver stupid (glupi). Hee. It was awesome. The flashbacks didn't really bring much, to be honest, but I enjoyed Anatoli just being Anatoli, and BAMFing when he entered that arena. The most important development is really that Anatoli knows and has known the whole time that Oliver is the Hood/Arrow/Green Arrow. No way he hadn't heard about this guy from the SC chapter and connected him to Oliver after this. In their attempt to make Tinah into a new(er) BC did they actually give her Laurel's pants? I could swear I saw her wearing those exact same ripped black jeans at one point or another.

I'm betting on that too. SA did mention 517 as a heavy episode, right? I took that to mean workload as well. Maybe there'll be some cuts to the team trying to find him or they'll just have them show up at the end and bring him back to the bunker. I think that's where the SC map is that can be seen in the set photo SA posted during filming. https://www.instagram.com/p/BP8VycNDUDo/?taken-by=stephenamell Now, THIS is the sort of news you want to read first thing in the morning.

That doesn't sound too elaborate. Now I just need to see where I can find dry hibiscus flowers.

I admit, you have me intrigued. Do you have a recipe?

I actually think Kevin is a really well written character, with different and sometimes opposing characteristics that make sense all bunched together in the end.

So, Helix is huge. And thereby infinintely spookier in my eyes. I was expecting an OTA S1 style operation, not Argus-sized one. I think this pretty much erases the possibility of Chase manipulating them, but if there is more than headcannoning in some of Lexa Doig's interview, the ones where she talks about Talia being a part of the modern world and feeling at ease in a board room, I wouldn't rule out Talia being involved with them.

Kevin from This is Us? It's certainly not my opinion, but I don't really follow the fandom for this show, so I don't have a clue.
-
That was honestly not the This is Us finale I expected. Way too little kids for the finale episode. Randall, as always, is my favorite.

I did not recognize him at all. I think the smile threw me. Nice.

I caught Tyler Ritter playing an intern at Mitch's office in an old Modern Family episode. Now that Malone hasn't been on the show for a while I'm able to see that he was pretty cute here as a semi-doofus.

Yeah, that's where my mind went to first, something at the end of the five years ago flashbacks. Though BS is a solid possibility as well.

I'll probably enjoy trapped in the elevator specs tomorrow. As it is, I'm chafing that Curtis and Rene are in the Olicity elevator shaft. Get out of their shaft, you pesky kids!

Is this a set? And if so, what is it? It's definitely during filming because EK is in the same outfit as he is here. My first thought is Argus. My second thought is, so EBR and SA will also have scenes with other actors in 520? I'm almost sad about it.

I actually got flashbacks to this gif. Is it from New girl or private?

This is the first I noticed JB's initials on their chests. ? Who are going to be the other eleven dudes to get his entire name spelled for his 60th? :)

You can say that again. I tuned into Captain America: Civil War for that reason and I just came away sad from the experience. I mean, it wasn't a horrid ending, but certainly not the experience I was hoping for.

A+ What was her WW tweet, by the way? In other news CH got engaged!
